Lieferzeit war kürzer als angegeben (angegeben 70 min, tatsache ca 35 Min), und das essen war schön warm und frisch. Ich fand die Belagvariante Philadelphia gelungen und lecker. Ich habe hier mehrmals bestellt und war bisher immer mit meinen Bestellungen zufrieden. Beim letzten Mal habe ich jedoch ein Angebot wahrgenommen, das für eine 20%-ige Ermäßigung bei Abholung wirbt. Dieses Angebot war sowohl außen als auch innen im Geschäft klar sichtbar. Leider wurde mir bei der Bestellung nicht mitgeteilt, dass diese Ermäßigung nicht für Burger galt. Als ich meinen Rabatt bei der Bezahlung einforderte, wurde mir erklärt, dass dieses Angebot nicht für Burger gilt (Bestellt hatte ich 2 Burger Menus). Eine solche Einschränkung war nirgendwo ersichtlich und wurde mir auch nicht im Voraus mitgeteilt, was zu einer entsprechenden Enttäuschung führte.
