The lady working there thought I was a non-Japanese and said rude things to us, using filthy language thinking I wouldn’t understand. It was so shocking that couldn’t react. I’ll never forget the experience I had.

When we tried to use two dryer at the same time, black out occurred. I was bathing,so I was really scared. The room was ok although the cost was a little expensive.

The hotel has a really good view of the nearby lavender fields. The hotel room that I had was very dated floors were worn thru and covered with floor runner rugs. The rest of the room was okay. Parking was easy. Booked thru Agoda.

Classic Japanese mountain top hotel aging gracefully. The decor is old but everything is extremely clean and well maintained. If you are coming to Furano to relax in a calm and quiet setting then I highly recommend this hotel. I was surprised by the quality of staff service and food presented at both dinner and breakfast. Upon checkout, the reception went beyond expectations to assist with transport to my next location. I plan to return next year for a longer ski trip. 10/10 stay

Nice small hotel. The area is very tranquil with the Tara Buddhavist right in front the hotel. The food is unexpectedly good. Male receptionist speaks fluent English. The hand written note to guest gives a warm touch and expresses the hotel's thoughtfulness. Recommended for those who want to stay in the vicinity.

Staff is friendly and kind. They left a welcome note in my room when I checked in. Room is spacious and I love the bathroom concept. View from my room was beautiful. Had a comfortable stay!

Visited this place at the end of Spring. It's virtually empty... During our stay of 2 days , 1 night, only 1 hotel staff that's visible. Kinda spoky.

Rustic feel. Obviously seen better days. But spacious and value for money. But far from amenities and attractions

An older hotel at Furano, which is situated on higher grounds overlooking the entire town below. Creating a nice view. Though the hotel is dated, every place is well maintained and clean. The rooms are so spacious with a sitting area, and so are the toilet and bathroom. The beds are comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Breakfast is included, freshly cooked traditional Japanese dishes with heated soup for each person. Besides these, there are sausages, buns, yoghurts, fruit juices, milk, and others on the main table.

The place is ok. The room is nice and clean. A major minus is that this place does not have an onsen, which is a major attraction on Hokkaido.
