This place smells like heaven, the freshness of the warmly baked goodies...awesome. I love the fact that the personnel are well 'dressed' including covered hair, so you are certain there will be nothing amiss with your bread....did I tell you about the taste of the bread??? Out of this world.

I had a bad experience with your staff today at Kyanja. The girls are usually good but today the one who packed my items, did the wrong numbers on two items out of three. The cashier costed all items and left out one, I realised on checking the receipt. I picked the envelope of the items which had not been costed and gave the cashier. She asked me rudely what they were. I told her to check and informed her she had not included them on the receipt. She could not even say a simple thank you. I thought I had saved your business a loss which deserved a simple thank you. Your girls have been good. Slowly they are turning into bad, rude girls. For the first time I felt bad as I left your shop in Kyanja.

Well organized, variety of bakery products. But the inside it gets too hot; no air conditioning available.

Bread was excellent at the start but now it has silt. Kindly improve. Also the cake bread is unbalanced, some times it's too sugary.
