The food was good and it is a nice setting. I ordered a chicken caesar wrap and they brought me some completely different type of wrap, the only similarity was that it had chicken. When we pointed it out they insisted that it was the right kind. Not sure if they just didn't want to make a new one or if the menu is just wrong, but either way it wasn't what I ordered or wanted. I've been twice and their credit card machine wouldn't work with my credit card both times, even though it works everywhere else around Kampala.

So.... I have been here three times and I keep having a few managerial challenges. First and foremost, Sauda is extremely helpful. I raised my issue which she understood and addressed. I asked a for a COCONUT Milk Shake, take away which costs 15,500/-. I would imagine that if it is served in a 500mls glass, the least is that it should be full but then it is 300mls instead. I raised it and Sauda addressed it but to my shock, the Barrister whom you actually can observe while he works, started quarreling like it was my fault. I think Management needs to take time to train the employees here because a quarrelsome barrister looks really bad on the business. Or they should have 300mls glasses so that I know the actual value of a milkshake. ps: there was no difference when it was returned. The other time, it was a WiFi issue which I could think was a network interference but it completely failed to work ... Otherwise, great food, great ambiance, Furaha just needs employees with a better attitude. For those who want to check out this place, Good Luck coz I don't think I will be back here anytime soon.

Such a beautifully designed space, ideal for large and small groups dining. They service both local and regional meals. It's also a place one can bring their family for dinner or friends for celebrations. It is wheel chair accessible. We went their for buffet though the waiters were really rationing the meals but the meals were well prepared and tasty. Don't follow the Google map directions it took us to a different place.

I personally have a love/hate relationship with this restaurant. The place looks good but there is something I can't figure out that keeps the customers at bay. If you are looking for a non-crowded place to be then is a secret haven but if you love crowds they may not be here. On many occasions you order for stuff on the menu only for the waiter to return with an excuse and that is rather disappointing. However, if you order something available, rest assured you will love the meals at this place.

A warm and comfy place 😊 lovely interior and friendly staff. Rogers was very helpful to every detail of my order and helped make a choice of coffee plus escorts on a cold evening. The restaurant serves ice cream too

From the cuisines to the setting and customer care, everything is paid extra detail to ensure that the clients are satisfied, not forgetting the good breakfast and fine dining. Amazing ambiance and great hospitality is also available, not to forget the delectable food and with health juices, not for getting the sanitation.

Lovely! Can't fault it! It was a lovely experience. Would recommend to all my friends. Furaha Restaurant, it specializes in Swahili cuisines. Is the first of its kind in Kampala and serves authentic Swahili foods.

The food took to long to get to the table, first orde of drinks( juices) wasn't available, we had to opt for other drinks, the food was basically cold when served, and the waiter had communication issues, really shy and took to long to return each time he had to go for stuff, The menu. Said Goat nyama chome... What came was a stir fry with big chunks if veggies, i didn't understand the banana on my plate... I think the food is expensive considering the standard. The atmosphere is really private and green, the toilets are cean.
