We had an incident with a local tour company back in august. We contacted UTB for help, after they responded promptly we thought we were finally getting somewhere. We went out of our way to send multiple emails, documents, and proof after we were scammed by this local tour company we were dealing with. Needless to say after all was said and done UTB did absolutely nothing. In fact they did more than nothing, they continued to ignore communication with us afterwards. I don't know what they are here for if they are not here to help the tourists. What a disappointment and waste of time.

Well I have been well over 100+ guesthouses across Uganda. This one is terrible..only good thing is the large garden. The rooms are tiny, outdated, highly expensive and are infested with mosquitoes. After killing 31 I gave up, the net was at the other end of the bed and barely stretched over the bed, the noise of well over 40+ mosquitoes in a tiny room is pretty loud. The rooms at best are what you would expect in a 20k room. All rooms are the same 50k and 60k there is no difference all are poor and not worth the money. I have had rooms 6 times bigger, with better bed, good mosquito net and a balcony for 30-40k in Kampala. Also no fan in the room, and with room being small it was like laying in an oven, very hot and no air. Avoid staying here complete waste of money, and your almost certainly going to get bitten hundreds of times. Malaria waiting to happen. AVOID.

A spacious place for all functions,the restaurant area is being upgraded to cater for fine dining and a wide variety of activities for everyone including wifi,children's play area,coffee shop and making the menu as diversified as possible...not forgetting great customer service.

The gardens are really okay most especially for small parties and there is some little construction still going on. The gardens can easily be accessed though the parking is limited and hence it would be better one doesn't come with a car or you come early. Otherwise the place is good and green.
