First time to expect something legit in that location "katanga" due to historical background of poverty,slums, thieves and so on. The hostel itself is fabulous 💕 with bigger rooms, gym, beauty parlors on its face of higher floor. It's just a right place for legit students even more comfortable and beautiful than Olympia.

It's a better choice when it comes to searching for a local hostel.

Stayed there for 2 years and the experience wasn't too bad. Great security, location is near a garage so the environment is a bit noisy. Great location for makerere students as it's never the school.

This hostel is located on Nkizi road Wandegeya. It has tight security will high entry restrictions for outsiders which safe for students.

One of the best hostel at Wandegeya for students in terms of security, clean environment, and an appropriate EREA dedicated for revision and discussion in group for students. It's the best choice, especially for those who are willing to study in Makerere University.

It's one my favourite places to sleep around wandegeya. The parking lot is spacious, security is tight, the rooms are big enough to accommodate me and my stuff

Large, hostel mostly occupied by students who study from the adjacent tertiary institutes. Offers accommodation to both males and females which is available in form of single rooms and double rooms that are self contained. Rate is usually per semester. Also commonly used by international students when they travel for exchange programs. Has good security which is strict on entrance, a valid Identity card should be carried to avoid inconveniences.

The Aryan Hostel in Wandegeya is arguably the most elite student hostel at Makerere University. The rooms are nice, area is hospitable but the price is high

It was good mostly the showers were great plus the hot bath tub it was just fine
