Busy place but good service

The cue is quite a problem but not bad services compared to a few centres I've been to

The lady we dealt with on Saturday was grumpy - it made our experience pretty miserable. We went for a replacement sim and were told the number would be back on in 10 minutes. It wasn't. We've been to Airtel in Kabalagala and were told to wait an hour. That was 4 hours ago. It's impossible to get through to Airtel from a non-Airtel number. What are we supposed to do????

I went there for sim name edit. For mobile money on 26th Apr 2023 around 9 am. We did everything and they sent me a message showing its done after spending 4 hours there and that i should wait for 4 days to start loading float. After 6 days I went to put float and the simcard was still reading the previous names now what is that. Yet I spent my time at your service centre.

yesterday Monday 10th July, I processed a sim swap with a counter lay, Joy I think, and paid 2,500/=. She said my number would be activated within 10 min. 19 hours later it still says "unregistered on the network ". And I can't call service centre because I have no active Airtel line

Today I got a bad experience with them, I paid 20k for a new sim. The lady person who is sitting in centre cabin took n finished all formalities. Till night sim was not activated, after getting a doubt, I called a customer service n they informed me that sim was not registered. Get shocked, seems cheating money from a foreigner or what. You cannot trust anyone in this world.

Came here to get a new sim card so was able to skip the very long queue that also seems to be outside the store... The process was quite straightforward but what was disappointing from a customer service point of view was that the employee was dealing with another customer whilst my application was being made. Otherwise I was happy with the service.

Staff really good. Quite helpful. But sometimes the delay is nerve racking.
