I just get worst experience here, girl cashier not be so friendly when i'm order.. be respect and stay calm when have entertain your customer.. so dissapointed and experience with direspectful like this.. please respect and smile to customer.thank you!!

Lousy place order hot milk tea gave me cold then say I didn't say properly. Large and hot two different word don't understand what I am saying. When I ask the manager answer me say that they repeat order I didn't say I want hot. But I order two cups one ice one hot but when she repeated my order she didn't say both is ice or what. Insist me that is my wrong. Bad management.

I don’t eat pearls so I order sparkling tea without pearls, but the cashier and workers insist cannot remove the pearls!😠 Why can’t your customer choose whether want Pearl or not, I don’t eat it! I am ok to pay with ori price although remove pearls but they don’t let me! Last time I can order it without pearls, no problem, now they say cannot. They say either I want it with pearls, or I cannot order the drink! Finally I am forced to order a coco drink and the milk powder inside haven’t melt yet too! Bad review for Tealive Kampar at new town!😠 The staff is not friendly either! They are not flexible enough! Bad review and bad image!

RM9 for coffee. It's ok. But they don't provide free wifi... It's better to walk to the store beside it and buy coffee with RM2... Lol bad services.
