don't really like it here. I will not be very comfortable pulling my wisdom tooth here, but the wound of that wisdom tooth suddenly bleeds a lot in the midnight and no choice next day I have to go back there clean my wounds and it’s make me whole day can’t sleep. I went to another clinic to extract my another wisdom teeth. The service there would be better. The wounds they treated me didn't make me feel very uncomfortable, no feel any pain and uncomfortable , and the price was not so expensive, comfortable and good and only (8xx), but here makes me uncomfortable plus expensive and cost (1xxx). Really big diff !!

Just back from another great visit at Cheryl Dental. So so thankful to have found her. Gentle, courteous, and very skilled, every visit is well worth the time and money, and through her patience and knowledge, I have a very happy set of teeth. Of all the dentists I've experienced (mostly in California where I am from) Cheryl Dental is by far the best of all. One of the best dental clinic in Kota Kinabalu. Waiting time is short. Clinic is clean and comfortable. Dr. Esther is very nice and professional. I don't even feel pain when she anesthetics my gums. The whole procedure was smooth. Rates maybe a bit high compared to other clinic. But for the quality service it provides, really worth it.

I had 6 visits here and will continue to get my routine dental care at this lovely clinic. From check up to intensive procedures, all service was done with a lot of care. Whenever I get tense, doctor gave supportive encouragement which helped a lot. Doctor Cheryl and nurses are always ready to answer any questions. If you're looking to solve dental phobia problem, I definitely recommend here. Just give a call and ask for a consultation. It will be fine.

My first dental polishing experience with Dr.Cheryl was amazing. Had scaling before but never had polishing done until I met her. I always had pain when scaling due to my sensitive teeth, however she was gentle during the process and the job was done without any pain. The polishing had left my teeth feeling smooth and refreshed overall. Will I return? Yes I definitely will!! Highly Recommended!!

I am attended by Dr. Esther. She is very friendy, professional and explain every procedure in details. She handle dentist phobia patient like me with great care and able to comfort me. A total of scaling and two fillings done smoothly. Good job I must say. I can say the best in town.

An excellent experience! I had a dental emergency when on holiday here. It was going to be 6 days before I returned to Europe. Dr Cheryl was very competent, friendly, helpful and informative. 1st time walk-in customer for tooth extraction. Staff very polite and ambiance neat and tidy. Dr Cheryl was very warm and helpful in my Q&A. Surprisingly, the tooth extraction was close to painless and quick, which made me all the more glad and thoroughly satisfied. Definitely the place to go!

Had my appointment with Dr Cheryl herself and couldn’t have been impressed with the professionalism of everyone including the staff members. Right from the moment I walked into the door, the ambiance is relaxing and staff are very welcoming. Procedure explained clearly and facilities well equipped. I highly recommend for those with kids visiting dentists for the 1st time, as Dr Cheryl is very patient with uncooperative kids..;)....my 9-year-old daughter needs much persuation to get her tooth removed. But after 10-15 minutes, Dr Cheryl manage to coax her to open her tightly shut month...tq Dr Cheryl and team, for patiently treating my daughter.

Went here on Saturday morning. It's only me here so the waiting time is short. Procedure was done quick, 8.40am to 9.10am. Dr Pang was the one who attended me, soft spoken and she seems a bit tired 🤔 A bit pricey, Rm100x2 for 2 tooth filling and another Rm30 for fluoride varnish that was recom for one of my sensitive tooth. Had to ask for my receipt cuz the staff forgot to gave me. They accept QR code payment method. The environment is clean and looks new. Overall was an okay experience.

So glad I found my personal favourite dentist! Dr Cheryl was very gentle and thorough during the entire check up and the whole process was very relaxing. That is really something coming from a person who is immensely terrified of dentists! I bought my 2 year old toddler for a check up as well and to my surprise, my toddler warmed up to her so easily. Was expecting a lot of resistance and tears but my toddler enjoyed her first visit to the dentist so much that she was reluctant to leave!
