Really enjoyed our stay here ! The room was very clean & spacious. If you love taking photos, this resort would be the right place for you because of various amazing spots 🌟 The owner was so friendly, the staff was really helpful. I really appreciate each & every one of them. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would like to suggest : water hose/spray for the toilet & wallpaper to cover the window in toilet. Overall, everything was SUPERBBB 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jabez is one of the best places I have stayed in Kundasang-Ranau area. The view that's facing Gunung Kinabalu was very majestic when the clouds cleared up. The rooms are clean, water is fresh, they provide dinner & breakfast. The breakfast was simple on the other hand, the dinner was grand. You could also get some 3-in-1 NescafΓ© for free at the pantry area and enjoy the night sky. A few specific places for taking pictures and just nice place to recoup your mental health before going back to your busy city life.

Here for a niece's birthday party, held in a spacious dining hall with indoor and outdoor setting. The outdoor setting has beautiful scenery while projecting the majestic calm mount. The place allow us to karaoke, to drink and free flow of water and few selected beverage. The Inn located right at the back of the famous Old Blue Bus restaurant (that is just next to the main road), and we have to drive up to the hill w a junction showing to a primary school down below. Car parks up to 20 cars to fit in. Hilly green space perfect for children to roam around. The place was used for religious gatherings so it does have that dormitory concept of living. It also has it's own tidbits shop inside that sells various coffee, instant noodles and other necessities.

This resort is located at a very strategic place. The dinning area is facing the majestic KK mountain. You will enjoy watching the sun rise and sun set here. A good place to rest and relax. Price inclusive breakfast. Do take note the main gate close at 5pm daily for safety reasons. There is a 200 seating hall. A good place for retreat / church camp.

Whilst travelling with tour group off 16 from Australia we unexpectedly had to stay at Jabez inn prior to arriving our guide received an email which read …. Guest were to pay on arrival a $100 ringgit should any linens be soiled 😱 bleed on food stains on or bodily waste on shall be charged and you bought linen x a bit out there anyway checked in to find many rooms unsatisfactory x toilet in one room cracked and broken with sepage into tiles . shower was directly over toilets you had to use one towel to dry toilet after shower and move toilet paper so it stayed dry x one guest had bed bugs on request sheets were changed towels in room were yellowed and several off us had stains already on bedding which we photographed as proof x the inn is alcohol free which we respected we were allowed to drink under our door area x the food at dinner was good breakfast slim offerings for Australians x the best thing about Jabez inn is the stunning views of Mt Kinabalu also grounds around hotel beautiful x staff at reception not very friendly 😞

A decent resort with basic rooms. Free flow coffee and tea throughout the day. Gate to resort will be closed at 5pm. However guests staying in the resort can request for the key to the gate if we think we will be back late at night. The garden has a perfect view of Mount Kinabalu. Wake up early for the sunrise, you won't regret that!

Wonderful and great taste from the chef ( master chef). Need to order beforehand. No grab no taxi available, need own transport. The room walls are peeling.

The staff are very friendly. The dinner need to pre order a day before also very delicious. The place is cozy. Toilet floor in the room is a bit slippery due to the tiles type. Remember to bring mosquito repellent since it is a natural scenery in Kundasang.

Enjoyed staying in such refreshing and well kept resort on top of a hillock. Good full view of Mount Kinabalu on a clear day from the back garden of the resort. Resort staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean and neat. Good cook at the restaurant.

This place is highly recommended. The view of the Kinabalu mountain is awesome. The breakfast buffet has quite little choice, but the weather is cool. The room is cosy and comfortable. The staff are also friendly.

the gates were a bit weird (for security purposes i think). they closed it after 5pm but there's a number at the gate to call the receptionist to open it for you. reception untill 9pm. if by somehow you're arriving later than that please coordinate early with the staff. great environment for both campers and non. rooms were clean and cozy, there's quite a number of common areas including the self-service cafeteria, tables on the backside lawn with a deck overlooking the mountain. campsite were not that big but sufficient enough for a few families.

Amazing view of Mount Kinabalu, clean and comfortable rooms. However, staff at front desk were not friendly at all.

Delicious meals with reasonable prices in Jabez Resort restaurant helmed by Chef Lam who had been working in Taiwan, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia……He had 200 over staff under him in Vietnam hotel. Yet he chose to return to his homeland to personally cook for his customers. The chef himself cooked my lunch & dinner during my stay there. Lunch : His signature fried salmon fish head bee hoon soup with beancurd, ginger, salted vegetables & tomatoes is rich & full of favour. Dinner : 1. braised fish maw seafood soup is delicious, tasted just like home cooked. 2. Aus sliced beef fried with ginger slices & spring onions. Beef is tender & delicious. Chef Lam cooks with his heart. He is light in his seasoning to bring out the freshness of his dishes. 5 star Chef! Highly recommended!

The hotel is just ok..the good thing it hv a nice view at their restaurant. The room is just like a normal room, nothing special and no view which we are aware before we booked. Iron is not provided in the room but u can use it outside the room which they put it in 1 area. The hotel mgmt should ask the cleaner to clean up the room nicely especially the toilet coz the room 209 which we stayed is really not be clean properly. I cant even look at the toilet wall as its really dirty with stain!

A simple and clean environment with one of the more picturesque views of Mount Kinabalu during sunrise and sunset. Superb service and good local food menu.

Very nice view from the Resort garden/restoran. Room facilities a bit old but big enough for family room. Shld install heater in the room because it was too cold in the room during night time.

Good location, you have to drive up a small hill to enter the property so it's nice to have a sense of privacy. Rooms were decent for it's price, clean sheets and is sufficient for the average traveller. The outside scenery is nice for photography too! ☺️ Hotel staff are friendly and briefed us about the gate timings as we checked-in.

Seek and you shall find. For those who want to know about themselves, finding out who you are, what on earth are you here for, this is the place. The very existential question that you yearn may be found here ! To experience Spiritual awakening surrounded by God's own creation

Lovely place. Quiet with a spectacular view of Mount Kinabalu. There are nice art works like the pictures all around the lodging. It is spacious all around the building where you can go for a walk in the cool Kundasang air.
