A very good place to do shopping. Been here for quite sometime. I like to stay at Manhattan ITCC and the view is great especially KKcity view.

It was in the afternoon, we travelled from Inanam to ITCC just for a drink. Reached this place and searched for parking. We turned around and around three to four times but still couldn't find one. And at last my second daughter told her younger sister to park at the gravelled parking area then only we managed to parked the car. We walked to the Mall and I was quite surprised because it was crowded. All shops were opened. Many kiosks selling clothes and foods. At first we wanted to have our drinks at Papa Cafe but it was full. So we walked around and around and around just to find one suitable restaurant. Many restaurants were fully occupied. And lastly, we decided to have our drinks at Subway. We ordered our own drinks and bread. We enjoyed our time together ❤️🥰.

I don't know what to say about this place. Can we stop building and building? Development isn't about how many buildings we have in our state. The world is getting hotter. We should have focused on how to manage the waste. It's an eyesore seeing all the rubbish. What's the point of having quite a lot of tall buildings but empty? What's with the politician nowadays? The money should have been used to upgrade the road and focus more on how to prevent flash floods etc.

Big mall, got a lot of stuff inside to look see and buy. It has a kids playground as well. Great big mall. Although the highest floor might not open yet the other shop lot is good. Variety in the type of shop lot businesses .

No rubbish bins at all. Cellular phones signals are 1 bar to absolute nil. If you have any distress or emergency, good luck getting help, not even signal for voice call.

It’s a huge shopping mall in Penampang, but most lots are empty even after years of opening. There are no interesting shops to check out. The internet connection here is a little bad too. Might suggest getting antennas for underground parking. I only come here to eat and do some groceries shopping at Bataras. Other than that, there isn’t much to see.

Basement car park no signboard show where to exit, very dangerous for us going to wrong way and make an accident with other cars. Should be improved.

The International Technology & Commercial Centre is among the latest to open in the hinterlands of Kota Kinabalu. Christmas 2017 is the first such Open House the Management has held. This place will be a one stop shop for most of the local needs. Plans have already been put in motion to have a supermarket, retail outlets, restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets, cineplex, hotel and apartment units.

Do not believe my rating, go there and let me know if it deserve higher rating. The mall air-conditioning is more like an air blower. Not a pleasant experience at all. It have many restaurants, hopefully in a few more years the shops will be fully occupied for things to improve.

Lots of delicious food can be found in here. From average price to expensive, such as Subway, Domino's, to Japanese food, Chinese Food, Malay/Indon Food, Western Fusion at Grill Patio, Secret Recipes food chain, Mdm Kwan food chains, bakery, Zus Café, U-tea Cafe and etc... They also have biggest bundle store, Super Saver store, Mr DIY store, Bataras Superstore, beauty store like Guardian, Watson, e-Novel, Beauty Wonderland and many more....

Not sure why this mall called as ITCC mall but no IT store like what you can find in Karamunsing complex

Bad management. The way you people handle stuff like hidden cameras or possible assaults is very much horrible and just straight up really unprofessional.

Locally oriented with shops tailoring to local needs and wants. Plenty of choices for food and drinks, eg. Sushi Kings, Domino's Pizza, A1 Chicken Rice, etc. Free basement car park and surrounding parking lots available.

I like it here. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The shops offer good stuff. The prices are reasonable. More importantly, it has the largest bundle bundle shop in Malaysia within the business center! That's a hook!

I like going here because its nearest mall in Penampang. They are various shops here but nothing can compare to shopping malls in KK. I only come here for milk tea, bataras and J&T. They also need MORE ATM MACHINES. All malls have many atm machines, but this mall only have one. Its honestly a big inconvenience. Not all shops use card machines 😑 And not everyone has e-wallet. Toilet - Very dirty. Even the bidets are broken. no hand soap at all. Who pays 50 cent for a dirty toilet?? 🙂 Not even tissues available for visitors. Ada pun machine di luar tandas, visitors have to pay 50cent for a small size tissue 😑 . So if you come here, bring your own tissues. Save your money. Missing shops they need to add - Bookstores, Movies, Computer/IT, korean food, vegetarian restaurant. All the big fast food franchise like KFC & McDonald's. I heard no shop willing to open here because rent is too expensive 😅 Maybe they need to consider making it cheaper so shop lots are filled up. The mall is always jammed here because people love to double park suka hati and the staff + management doesn't give a damn about it. Sampai ada yg parking di bahagian OKU & VIP 🤣 I wish they would just be more strict like other malls, clamped those who parked at OKU and VIP parking. And halau those like to double park at drop off area. 🙂 If you come here, you need to be fully vaccinated and kids below 12 years old are not allowed to enter. But the staff doesn't seem to care 😅 Check gitu2 ja lps tu kasih masuk. Sometimes tidak check langsung. So antivaxx senang2 je masuk 🙂. Sometimes I saw children that looks like below 12 years old in the mall. The ignorant parents are one thing, but 2nd thing is sometimes there was no staff handling at the entrance/basement entrance. Sampai parents senang² bawa masuk anak-anak dia 😌. It seems that ITCC Management just don't care about their visitor's wellbeing. I already complained and give them feedbacks so they can improve. However, they kept a blind eye to it. 🤗 I hope this review will open up their eyes.

Decent shopping mall compared to other places in Penampang area. Ample parking spots if you don't come during peak hours la. Nice mix of tenants with one big supermarket. Cleanliness can be improved more.

These are more local people who come here. It is cheaper than some of the other malls in the centre of Kota Kinabalu.. but you need a car/ Grap to get there..

A big mall in a rural Sabah setting with good selection of food outlets and interesting shops.. must eat at Tamarind Cafe (Ground floor facing main road) for superb authentic local foods and Noñya flavour’s ..reasonable prices and friendly service ..

Good food with comfortable surrounding. Prices also okay, except I'm not really on board with the pork rice portion 😅 its too small for a 10ringgit meal (almost like a kids meal). And the pork for the nasi lemak is only 4 pieces. 😂 Other than that, everythings okay 👍

Please improve the restroom. No soap, no tissue, nor hand dryer, some stalls even don't have water hose yet the entry charge is RM0.50cent. Charge for what exactly?? Also, please sanitize the front entrance glass door as people are touching them frequently. Thank you.

They have two lifts but only one was working and the walkalator was also not working. To move goods after shopping at Bataras you have to fight to use one lifts to the basement parking lots...

It's a complete mall right now in 2023. The last I went was in 2019 and it was still alright. A lot of eateries and other shops like Guardian, a big hypermarket, halls for events to rent and lots more.

Everything is good and overall a fun experience. The arcade is big, shops have good customer service and lots of restaurants as well.

I like this shopping mall. It is so convenient because I don't need to go all the way to KK anymore to buy things. There is Bataras Hypermarket, MR.D.I.Y., SuperSave, Watsons, Guardian, Domino's Pizza, Secret Recipe, Tealive, UTea, A1 Chicken Rice, Uncle Bob, Golden Fish, Hokkaido Cheese Tart, Digi, Celcom, Vivo, Bata, Hush Puppies, HL Pharmacy, Pasaraya Am Departmental Store, New Tech Furniture, East Con Electronic Store, Dex Mobile, and much more. There are also new shops opening soon like Madam Kwan's and 5 Star Hainanese Chicken Rice. If not for ITCC, I don't think Penampang would ever have so many nice shops. Let's support our local shopping mall. 😍❤️

i come here often because its very near to where i live and lots of convenient places (got maybank and pbb atm/cdm, bataras, kedai makan minum, bundle shopping2) only 1 comment is the basement parking. the road arrows are so faded that alot of people end up driving the wrong way. jadi koboi town betul 😂 some lights are not on/changed so it can be quite dark. and when it rains there’s often pools of water around the basement so alot of the parking spaces cant be used because who wants to step on water if they get out of their car kan.. hopefully ITCC can improve on their basement parking. 👍🏼👍🏼

ITCC has great potential. However it's management may have not presented a competitive offer to retail outlets as business has been slow to occupy its lots (even before the pandemic started). But as you can see businesses are opening soon (I hope it's not just a carrot dangling). Nevertheless there are lots of eateries, chemist/pharmacy, a supermarket, household goods and electricals outlets as well as clothes to be found here. The premise is clean and air-conditioned, basement parking also available, currently not too busy.

A place that better than megalong. Expect that ITCC haven't got cinema yet. Parking wise slight difficult during peak hours. Supermarket like bataras also have. 2rd and 3rd floor not full yet.

Good mall with plenty of fine eateries and shops. It’s very big and although always many people visiting, you won’t feel crowded at all.

Everything okay.. Its have Watson, guardian, bataras, bundle and homeware store so that you can find everything in one place. You don't have to go around to find things.. Except the books.. I thinks it doesn't have book store.

Nice mall.... One of the recent landmark in Penampang / kk wth free car park entry (until recently n hopefully it'll continued)... I think the original idea was to be d gadget n techno stuff centre like lowyatt... D mall still lack of anchor tenants, only few known local business / market player like Bataras,some electronic boutique n reputable fast food chain restaurant, local clothing retail n etc... Still many vacant shop / business lots, but a numbers of kiosk / souk n stall that selling miscellaneous stuff with unbelieveable price (i mean most of them selling stuff a bit expensive..

This shopping mall is getting better.Though still a lot of empty Shop Lots.Domino Pizza,Sushi King,Subway and a lot more eateries are located here.Really happening place.

The location of this shopping mall really benefit for many people who stay in penampang and donggongon. Outlets inside this mall are mostly local business, no major branded companies has open their branch here. Most of the time i only visit the MR. DIY and A1 Chicken Rice. Hopefully management can consider to open a Cinema in this mall, i believe its surely can attract more crowd. People stay nearby no longer need to go citymall, imago and suria sabah for watching movies.

The air-conditioning should be improved. Its a little bit uncomfortable due to the warm environment in the mall....

ITCC at this moment of this review is still new in the District of Penampang. It has a great variety of places to visit from a universal Church that can be used by any Christian body, a bridal pre-wedding shooting company (Yes I Do) - Which has great customer services, Dominos Pizza eatery place and also a traditional Ayam Penyet restaurant in the Ground Floor. *Need some electronics? (Rice cooker, a new iron or needing an electric kettle?) Please visit Khind Care. *Want to buy some Do-It-Youself tools? Kindly visit The DIY Shop! *Desiring to visit a place to buy household items? Do yourself a favour and go to Bataras! *ITCC management also provides a great hall to do wedding reception events. *Kids need to have some fun-time? There's a toy shop in ITCC with a limited selection and also there are also many gaming outlets in this shopping mall. Sometimes, there are some local buskers playing music near the entrance of ITCC to add some entertainment in this place. Ah... so many things here if people actually take the time to appreciate this mall. Great spaces between the floor ceiling making ITCC very comfortable to walk around in.

Most of the places here closes at around 08:30p.m. :') so you need to come earlier than that. Bataras still opens after 9p.m. though so that's a good thing.

Good place to hang out, eat, shopping. Easy access. Crowded especially on weekend and public holiday. Make sure you come early to get a good parking spot. Near to escalator. Overall, good place to visit.

Great Commercial centre... its still new and some of the lot inside still looks empty but as for now you can get all the basic item of most mall have. Definitely a bookmark. I can see great progress, Only the bad side is the lack of parking slot.

I am suggesting to bring the cinema here and the other will follow suit. Please keep your parking space free too. It was indeed an attraction to most of us,even if you are going t of charge us make it as minimum as possible.

Love this place.. no need to go anywhere just spend few hours then i can get anything that i want.. everything i need they got here… watson, bataras, the music centre, games, the bundle mania, variety food places and just a nice place tu hang out..

Indeed a Happy Mall. I like it here for few reasons coz these days, there are many shops open but still, restaurants are optional choices. Also it is just 5 mins drive from my house. I hope there will be pet shops or vet be open in the future.

When for a shopping, parking area is available both outdoor and basement. Area is crowded due to weekend and shoppers flocks to buy necessity for upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year. There are many shops available to choose from. MR DIY, Supersave is available here as well Advised to come just before opening time should you need a good spot to park. Overall, this place is a nice place to go for daily necessity and even clothing

Can get anything you want in just 1 building.. From Bataras Supermarket to Mr. DIY, healthcare and beauty store, Supersave, Bundle, and many more stores as well as eateries..

A new shopping mall where you can shop and eat.

Toilet very dirty, unhygienic. Reeks of unpleasant smell & floor is covered in water, management so irresponsible, such a bad experience doesn’t even seem like it was made for any human use. Would 100% not recommend this mall to others. Tons of other malls better than ITCC, also with cleaner and more hygienic toilets.
