Very
Disappointment
with
the
experience
I
had
during
my
recent
stay,
expected
to
receive
a
certain
level
of
service
and
unfortunately,
my
expectations
were
not
met.
During
my
stay
at
your
hotel
on
13
June
2023,
I
was
disappointed
to
find
that
the
hotel
is
not
completely
renovated
or
ready
to
serve
guests.
1. No
facilities
can
be
use
except
canoe,
but
I
found
the
beach
is
full
of
stones
and
rock
that
may
injure
my
2
young
children.
2. There
were
stains/
dust
along
the
corridor,
no
lift
services
because
it’s
not
ready
yet.
3. Uncompleted
staircase
handrail
will
temporary
cardboard
paste
at
the
big
hole
at
the
handrails.
4. Staff
liaise
with
guest
using
WhatsApp
only
even
we
are
in
the
hotel
having
breakfast,
we
are
the
only
family
having
breakfast.
I
don’t
understand
why
a
five-star
Hotel/Resort
service
is
not
offering
face
to
face
but
using
WhatsApp?
5. Inconvenient
facility
offers
at
another
Damai
Resort.
Only
2
beach
towels
provided
for
each
room
even
we
stay
with
2
children.
6. Because
of
less
guest
during
the
stay,
I
found
some
of
the
vegetable
was
dried
and
look
like
keeping
for
days.
In
conclusion,
I
would
like
to
express
my
disappointment
with
the
service
I
received
during
my
stay
at
your
hotel.
I
understand
the
stay
is
pre-opening
promotion
but
at
least
you
need
to
get
ready
with
safety
issue
and
facilities.
We
even
can’t
use
the
facility
of
table
tennis
due
to
you
are
receiving
bulk
of
kitchen
stock
and
doing
checking
around
the
only
facility.
we
were
left
with
an
uncomfortable
experience.
Given
my
experience,
I
believe
it
would
be
appropriate
to
receive
a
refund
for
my
stay
but
the
management
refuse
to
do
so
because
of
their
refund
policy.
