You guys need to improve on your customer service relationship and communication. I bailed out at the last minute booking because the response and exchange between myself and the service person was so unprofessional, communication was poor and nothing to write home about.

I least expected the service I got looking at the location. However, I loved the process and product. Quite relaxing and professionally delivered.
