Extremely rude front desk lady who treated guest queuing with contempt and brushed people aside. Japanese owner of this establishment this lady brings shame to your company and Japan where everyone greets customers and welcomes them. You should send her for re training or reassign to a non customer facing role. Food was average, table had no wasabi, requested a wait staff for some and he came back with a ball in his hand and dropped it on my plate. The most unprofessional eatery so far in my visit to Japan. Would not recommend this place and don’t let the long queues fool you.

Tasty sushis, however some are a bit rushed. Some are also smaller than expected, but most are good portions. I liked all my orders except for the urchin. I had fresher ones, and this one tasted a bit metallic. Nice place to start the day.

Nice fresh fish, friendly staff, and family friendly with tables in the back. Super reasonable prices. Cash only, no credit cards!

Don't bother queuing up for this place. Sushi is so-so (and not cheap for a fast food style place), service is not particularly impressive, not worth the time waiting for a seat.

Good food! We tried the super fatty tuna and it immediately melts in our mouth! Totally food of the day for us. We went there in the morning and no queues at all, but if you came during the lunch time, surely there is a line. Enjoyed the experience there and will come again.

Just OK, nothing special. Seafood are normal. Better try other local stores in the market, it’s better.

High quality sushi and a lot of variety. Not cheap, but fairly reasonable. Cash only. No wait at 9.30am in the morning. Many locals and repeat customers visit here. The best thing about this place is the variety of neta on offer, very seasonal and the chefs are generally friendly. You can order using the iPads and English is a language option for the menu. Self-serve green tea (add powder yourself and fill with hot water at the table tap).

Quite a good sushi restaurant. Very fresh seafood. Just that the choices are a little limited.

There are some peoples queueing in the morning, but not too long. I tried the Hokuriku set, and a raw Uni sushi. Both of them taste good and so fresh👌

Get ready for a wait but it’s totally worth it! We waited an hour and a half and then when they call your number you better be there because they will pass you up very quickly (they have to because they have a lot of people to get through). It’s more expensive than the typical kaitenzushi, but for good reason. Everything we ate so fresh and tasty! Reminder: They do not take cards here, so bring cash

Went around 1030 and no line so if you don’t mind an early lunch this is the time to go. Great food at reasonable prices. Try the nodoguro fish broiled it was SO GOOD

Nice conveyor belt sushi place. Ehen we arrived on a weekday afternoon we had about a 10 minute wait. You order from an iPad at your seat, or you can pick up any plate rolling past on the conveyor. When you're done the staff scans all the plates to add up your total. The sushi was good, but of course not top grade. Please note they do not accept card payment, only cash.

First sushi experience in Japan for us with the process of booking in for a seat via the panel outside easy and your number called out in English. The screens also showed in English, with a wide variety of options. We stuck with a platter, some ship rolls and a prawn trio. All really good and a great intro to sushi in Japan. Hot water taps in front are for green tea which is the powder in the circle green pots (which were showed to us as thought the taps were cold water). Service quick and friendly

Very nice sushi restaurant. I do not eat fish, but they have enough other dishes I like. The sushis are a bit rough of shape, but tast is good. I love the shinkanzen mini trains to transport the sushi to the table, and the normal sushi train is nice. However almost all dishes needs to be ordered and come by regular service when you eat at the counter.

Honestly the freshest, most tasty sashimi I ever eaten in Japan. Get a queue number and wait around 1 hour. It’s worth it.

The sushi is delicious and extremely fresh, and there is a good variety of choices, however after taking a ticket at 1pm we waited almost two hours before getting a table and there were still many people waiting outside. It would be best to arrive before 12pm if you want lunch at a regular time.

Went for breakfast - delicious. Menu can be viewed in English and there are lots of options if you have a vegetarian in your party. The fish was delicious and so fresh. Go there for opening to avoid the queues if you can. However, the queue is worth the wait. Good price as well.

Friendly staff - I don’t know if it was just because we looked really confused but they went above and beyond to help us with ordering and with basic explanations. Some orders come on a little Shinkansen model which is adorable - just make sure you press the button to send it back! Good food and an ideal conveyor belt sushi experience - although most things going round the conveyor (mainly natto dishes!) were there the whole time we were eating. Sashimi is on the menu but you have to look carefully!

Sashimi was fresh and delicious, especially the yellowtail since it is winter! Sushi rice was seasoned well, would have prefer more tang to it There are quite a variety of as well, price was reasonable with the quality served Service was quick, but not as friendly compare to standard Japanese manner Overall, this is the place to go if you want moderately priced, but great quality Sushi Worth of visit: 7/10

Sushi is good but nothing out of the ordinary. They offer a large variety. Long waiting times, seemingly at all times during the day, because it's very popular amongst people and locals visiting the markets. We would recommend looking a bit outside Omicho market for a more authentic experience, for example Okina Sushi restaurant

We arrived at 11 AM on a Sunday with a party of four and was seated at a table (not the counter seating) around 12 PM. Luckily the queue uses a ticket so we could walk around while we waited. The food was great, fresh and reasonably priced. We ordered mostly from the special menu, and even with 4 people we ended up spending only around ¥9,600. The restaurant has a conveyor belt running, but you can also order via an ipad on your table (in multiple languages). Food comes out pretty quickly and the system is convenient. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would come back if we ever visit Kanazawa again.

Expect to wait 2-3 hrs during peak times. Once we were seated, the tuna and salmon were basically sold out. I think with the time and money you'll spend you should try the food in the market, they're fresh and not likely to sell out

The sushi is fresh and you can place the order via their tablet which support different languages. The taste is good and the place is clean. The delivery is quick. Only 1 thing has room for improvement is the sushi rice. The taste of it is fine but it may easily spread when you use chopsticks to pick it up. Shellfish series sushi are recommded especially Akagai sushi.

Very fresh catch for conveyor belt sushi place. U can order from the panel and the chef will prepare fresh for u. Ship sushi uses machine to wrap though. Flavours are delicately dancingon your tongue that you just want to chew on and never stop. Definitely a must try Ordered a Fatty blue backed tuna sushi but do not find it as fatty as expected. However, the cut I so soft and delicious. Still a very good experience.

Delicious sushi and such a cool restaurant set up. I've been to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants before but this one by far out does the other ones in terms of presentation of their dishes, their service staff, diversity in their menu, and overall atmosphere. We spent just over 6000 Yen for two people for lunch here so if you're running a tight budget, definitely pay attention to the plate color your orders come on.

The place is utterly jam-packed on weekends. It is better to go as early as possible. There are varieties of seafood as well as groceries and fresh fruits. Kanazawa being close sea, has a variety of fresh seafood. We wanted to try the nodogoro and ebi sushi at this place. It was delicious and fresh. However, it can quickly get expensive if you order exotic sushis.

Don’t be fooled by the conveyor belt. It may be very convenient but the sushi is top quality! The eel was a real highlight and is definitely worth a try. Tuna was also very tasty, no matter the cut. Finished off the meal with some delicious green tea and sesame soft serve!

Fresh tasty sushi. Basically it is Sushi-go-round restaurant but it is more close to on-demand order and gets the fresh dish sushi bar, and the price is also higher than sushi-go-round restaurant. No hassle to order with order tablets with multi-lingual support.
