Location is good, Service is good and staff is very helpful. Such a beautiful hotel and I am very happy that all my family like the hotel, too. Room is very comfortable even we went for standard room. Concierge lady recommended dinner and we all enjoyed local crab. Breakfast was held at banquet, but we all enjoy Local, Japanese and western breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a real pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious by Japanese standard. As I didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the room, it was ok but if you’re planning to spend more time relaxing in your room, it might be a bit cramped. The view from the 28th floor was very nice as well. The service was meticulous. The waitstaff at the bar were friendly and polite. I was particularly impressed by a staff at the taxi stand. Since it was a super busy weekend, couldn’t catch a cab right away. We called a cab using an app but the driver was having trouble locating us. And the hotel staff went out of his way to find the cab and ask the driver to wait for us, then took us there. Thanks to his help, we could make it to a concert just in the nick of time. We were so grateful for his help. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Kanazawa.

We only spent 1 night here. We did opt for a better room with club access, so we were able to have some snacks and drinks in the evening. The location was convenient, very close to Station. Could easily have spent another night.

The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are large and spacious unlike a lot of Japanese hotels. The TV offers foreign channels and BS too. The view from the rooms and the bar at the top is stunning. The bathrooms are nice and they also provide bath salts which is always a good sign of a nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and it is located right by kanazawa station so it is easily accessible. There are also slot of good restaurants and bars close by. There is one complaint though and that is of the wifi. It barely worked and even if it did it was very slow.

A Japanese style breakfast on the 6th floor is an experience worthy of a detour.

The price for rooms is extremely reasonable considering how nice the hotel is (at least in March). The teppanyaki restaurant is great, but very expensive. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was super delicious.

Very nice accommodations. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Room includes both pour over coffee and tea bags. Includes free Handy mobile phone use for duration of stay. Also includes humidifier that also acts as an air purifier. Provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, and bath salts. Room is rather large with views all the way to the Japan sea on higher floors. Location is across street from train station along with shopping mall with many reasonably priced restaurants conveniently located.

Hidden gem! We booked hotel with breakfast included. We had breakfast at the 6th floor Benkei Japanese restaurant. It is absolutely the best breakfast we ever had at any hotel. The zen garden scene, delicately prepared bento box and delicious food is extremely impressive. The only suggestion for improvement is coffee. We also had drinks at the 30th floor bar. The decor is very nice, and night view is solid. Unfortunately, they ran out of two whiskey I tried to order from the whiskey promotion month. The live piano service is a good surprise (you will pay a small fee per person). Lastly, we stayed on the 17th floor. The room is spacious and clean, but the decoration is a bit out of date. Still this is a great value.

The view from the room on the 28th floor was great, the room was large by Japanese standards and the shower pressure good. The mattress was OK, but I have experienced better (softer) mattresses in some cheap business hotels. One feature I didn't like was a motion controlled light at the room entrance with seemingly no way to turn it off. It switched on automatically when going to the bathroom - probably not so great if two people are staying in the room and the other person is sleeping. The breakfast lacked fresh pressed orange juice (disappointing for a five star hotel), but was otherwise great, with lots of creative choices, not just the standard Western/Japanese selection. Note: There is one panoramic elevator with a separate call button, it's slower than the other elevators, but riding it is a great experience.

Beware of what they charge you at the bar, they bring nuts when you order drinks and charge you for them. It is for me standard practise to see an expensive hotel bar (drinks between ¥1,500 and ¥4,000) offer you such perks, apparently not in Nikko Hotel in Kanazawa! We complained and needed to escalate the situation to have the hotel charge nothing.

I haven`t stayed here, but I can say that the cafe on the first floor has an amazing and affordable afternoon tea service. I haven't done this before, but it was a lot fo fun and all the finger food and scones were delicious. The tea was also perfectly prepared. The space was also gorgeous. The teppanyaki restaurant near the top of the buidling is also a speciale place. The food is of course incredibly curated, and the attention to detail and service is remarkable. The front wall of the restaurant is entirely window so you can look down and across wide section of Kanazawa. Lunch is also available.

Stayed here for one night, and everything was great! Located super close to the train station, which was convenient when arriving/departing. While the lobby was very beautiful and we'll decorated, the rooms feel slightly dated but otherwise are very clean and comfortable.

Great location within easy walking distance of the station. Easy access to the station and JR buses made it eady to get around Kanazawa. Spacious room that was very comfortable. Great selection for breakfast but it can be crowded. Staff were friendly and polite.

Very good price. I stayed for 2 nights with HKD600 per night breakfast included. You can choose buffet breakfast or Japanese set breakfast. It was one of the most luxurious breakfast I ever had (even compared to 5-star hotels like Ritz-Carlton, Imperial Tokyo, Okura Tokyo etc)… The restaurants here are good too for dinner …I had a special crab kaiseki dinner, it was only JPY16,000, you wouldn’t believe how cheap it is for dinner this good. Be aware to ask front desk/concierge to make reservation for you, I tried to have teppanyaki the first night but was told no walk-in (they say all booked but no one was sitting in the teppanyaki restaurant, I guess it was a “Japanese way” express no walk-in). I wish I could had the chance to eat teppanyaki here!! It looks like a good deal and better than many pricy places in Tokyo. The room was well maintained, classy, clean and comfortable. The night was quite. I had good sleep.

Hotel is located very close to the train station and Ishikawa Ongakudo hall. Also in a walking distance to typical japanese restaurants around, parks and Kanazawa castle. Nice rooms and delicious breakfast (you can select traditional japanese or continental).
