First of all, the atmosphere is super awesome. There are plenty of space available to sit. Great space for romantic couples. We ordered a Coffee Latte with hazelnut & a cappuccino. The latte is delicious and damn great. No questions. Comparing to others the cappuccino is not the best one. I tried down south once. That was a great experience. But I wanna say that Java coffee place was bloody expensive. It was almost 2000 rupees. I have never spent 2000 for a coffee before 😂 But that was a great experience. There are various choices you have. We just picked ours randomly. Plenty of space available to dine in. If you are a natural air lover you can have a seat on Balcony. The sight and the view is damn cool. The lights made that even more. Parking space is available for 1-2 vehicles at a time. That is a huge issue. Customer service also good. Nothing to complain. The only thing is the taste of the coffee. I am not satisfied with that. They need to enhance it. Or they need to decrease the price. That kind of a price is not really going with that. You can try that.

It’s hard to find a place for a decent cafe in srilanka but this place can helps you when you need your daily caffeine. It’s a franchise so you can find this place all around srilanka. Go out to the terrace for a view. Looks like a european cafe.

Java Lounge's prices are on the expensive side of town, but your experience at this establishment would most certainly feel "money well spent." Their staff is friendly and courteous and would not hesitate to accommodate to your requests. Most menu items are freshly prepared and there is an assortment of freshly baked goodies on display for a quick fix. The coffee, as expected is freshly ground and hits its mark on freshness and quality. The ambience is peaceful and comfortable and the dining/waiting area is set-up conveniently to accommodate a plethora of needs; be it a date, a small meeting, a quick coffee break, working on your laptop etc. The washrooms are clean, and there's sufficient space on the ground floor for large gatherings as well. Definitely a joint worth frequenting, with some fat stacks at the ready, nonetheless 😉💸 5/5

It is the greatest place for coffee or tea/green tea. I would say it is top rated international level lounge. You almost feel you are in another country when you are inside the lounge. Not so pricey. Very relax atmosphere and you can sit there as long as you want.

We got a caramel coffee frappe and a chocolate frappe and both were delicious. This place is much cozier and spacious than the other branch in Kandy town. There's an outdoor cantilevered deck with a view as well. Also, the staff was really friendly and the service was good. This place is recommended for anyone who's looking for a nice coffee shop in Kandy.

Great service here at Java coffee. Not many places serve decent coffee in Kandy so this was a good find. It also had lots of nice cakes and cookies. The toilets were clean which my wife was extremely happy about!

This visit was not like the ones in Colombo. They were out of a good portion of their menu by about 10 AM A lot of items would run out by the time we left. They did not have cold water. The staff forgot to ring up our whole meal, so I had to go back and pay for the missing item. The waffle was really bad, they should get rid of it on the menu. Very dry, no taste like a waffle.

The customer service is very good. The best standard coffee shop in the city is open until 12. At that time, no other restaurant was open. It is surprising that a coffee shop has opened at this time. The staff also gave a very good customer greeting. The food suggested by those guys is very good. It looks like a International coffee shop.
