Used to love going to this place for a meal! The portions were great and the food was served quickly. However, after some time, the prices increased and the quality dropped drastically. Even the portion sizes became smaller and you were left hungry after a meal. Quite disappointing!

Good and Friendly Customer Service, Foods were satisfied. Nice seating according to the group you have. Specially the Brownie fudge was better than in Thurstan Rd's Dinemore. My favourite dishes are Chillie Chicken Submarine and the Chicken Club Sandwich. And quick customer service. Washrooms are clean.

Service seems subpar when compared with the earlier days. But the prices are reasonable with regard to the current situation.

Due to corona situation thwy had only take away and delivery service only. Anyway we had orderd spicy chicken large sub worth 600/= lkr and it was tasty.

Good experience foods and beverages are same as other dinemore. We really enjoyed their Dinemore Spicy chicken Submarine and sausage pizza with Pepsi. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst dinemore branch in Sri Lanka. Foods are not tasty as in earlier. Colombo branches are better than Negombo.

Food is very average now. Not like before biriyani also changed. Fried rice is not much tasty. Rice and curry is good. Drinks good milkshake mojito.

Totally satisfied dining experience with Dinemore Negombo .Food is good as they specialise in submarines. The atmosphere is great for family outings. Prices are reasonable, and portions are good. They have enough parking space as well.

It was okay. The staff were friendly but the taste was not on par with other dinemore branches. Was slightly disappointed with beef chop tbh. Sub and shawarma were good tho

The food was poor compared to other dinemorw outlets.. service was also not upto par. They didn't have all thef ood items we ordered.. so we had to change our order with that had at the time.. very bad..

This outlet was one of the best dinemore in Sri Lanka. Good service, fresh and very quick service unlike the other outlets I visited in Colombo.

Food is greesy and everything has the same fillings disgusting. I think they use cheap myoneese it's sweet and smelling. Poor customer service. Highly not recommended. Food order: chicken sub, tandoori chicken Burger and pepperoni pizza Among them only the pizza was edible.

One of the fastest outlet I experienced comparing to the rest of the Dinemore outlets I’ve been. Food quality was on point and delicious with a perfect portion including the beverages. Customer service is friendly and helpful. It wasn’t crowded at the time I visited. Atmosphere was calm and nice. Parking spaces available.

The submarine I ordered had an old dried out bun. Not tasty like few years back as I remember. Also the bun is over burned.

Had a Singapore Fish fried rice. It took Half an hour for them to bring the food. Then once I got the food and tasted it ,i was disappointed. Rice was re cooked and bought , couldn't eat the food

I tried their Spicy Chicken Submarine. It was tasty as always. Good and quick service. A reasonably large parking space was available there.

I had a Chicken and Cheese Burger today. It was very tastier than other places. Love it.

Order Mongolian rice and pitza rise is burned and chicken tastes nothing (I thinks chicken is stored refrigerate longer period) pizza also no taste at all after half and hours eating we both feel blotting stomach. They much use fresh ingredients

Good place to have submarines. Quality food. Situated by main road. They have a car park. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. Can get other food varieties as well. No taxes included.

It's always the best option if you want to try submarine. Anyway I tried a burger too and it was also delicious. Staff is good and the service time was also good.

I had the privilege to visit the place and experience submarine and a fine burger. I have to say that it is really up to my expectations. We had a little incident with the ordered pizza and we made a complaint. I have to say that how the staff approached us and resolved the issue is very very appreciating. 💯 💯 💯 So i can recommend the place for a good meal and a sound food experience. they got pretty much good variations in their menu.

Don't ever come to this branch.worst experience. Foods. Quality here and Colombo is totally different please don't ever come

Popped by this venue as it was takeaway only due to the pandemic situation. The service eas fast and food was exactly how fast food should be. Greasy and tasty.

Customer service is zero here and long waiting time during peak I took half hour to get my pizza, Colombo branches test are better than here.

Food was delicious. But limited choices ( It was noticed outside too) Staff was not very friendly. They were in a kind of 'don't care' mood.

Submarine is excellent here. One of the best I have ever tasted.

Burgers were not fresh.we ordered a crispy chicken burger but the chicken was not crispy.but the pizza was good.french fries were not fresh.washroom was not clean.table and chairs are good and clean.hot beverages were not available.

Chicken submarine is good in here in earlier days but now quality is bit decreased.Overall place is good and you can order range of fast foods in here.

Food taste was good..but service must be improve👍

Visited this place for the lunch and they said that they had a limited menu. We had to asked one by one item in the menu and the response from staff member was ‘Not available’. But after few minutes they start to serve the items/ food in the menu to others. We have visited several Dinomore Restuarant in SL and this branch has the poorest customer serviced that we experienced. Giving 3 starts considering all the facts. Food is great!

No quality like before. Ordered submarine today. Very few French fries & the submarine wasn't that good . And the best part is we can't order extra French fries too.
