Well, let’s start from welcoming the customer when he/she was placing an order. It was terrible attitude from the customer facing staff who takes the order from the customer. No greetings/ no smile, His attitude was like working in a Government office. Next the Pizza was not fully baked. It was like 70%-80% baked and the side crust came off separately when we were trying to take off the slices. You can see how they serve the pizza from the photos + there were no individual plates/cutlery given to the people. It’s very uncomfortable if you’re dining in. The interior was dull & not cleaned properly. Definitely they can do way better to make a comfortable atmosphere for the customers. + the Staffs comes out of kitchen stand around the customer seating area & they talk loudly/Chat loudly. In one word it’s unprofessional Dominos!

Pizza 🍕 is good compared with price. They have wide range of categories which suits your budget. Dining area is small and atmosphere is not that great. Recommended for take out rather than dining.

Don’t go to Dominos!!! I visited this outlet on 04/11/2022 around 12pm plus. Service was terrible - the cashier at the counter didn’t even greet me before taking my order nor did he smile. He didn’t even suggest any promos or offers that were ongoing at the moment. Paid him cash and he said he will give me Rs.14 change when the order is ready but he didn’t but that’s fine….but I strictly asked him to put stuffed cheese crusts for both the Medium Tandoori and the medium chicken pepperoni but when we got home there was no stuffed cheese crust on both these pizzas! 😡

I think Negombo outlet is the worst of all of their outlets. The service staff has no idea about politeness and they seem to be hiring random people just to get the job done somehow.

pizza was really bad, halfly baked Pizza for two orders. Complaint first time and second time also same was last order.

Prompt and courteous service. Kids loved the pizzas. Impressed with having the ready in 30 minutes as I was told at the time of placing the order. Was not fortunate to have timely service at other fast food restaurants around..

Previously the outlet was great but now, the atmosphere is not great the AC is switched off most of the time. Pizza quality is also reduced the ingredients are not added like previously.seems everything is budget poor customer service 🫠

The beauty of “Domino’s negombo” delivery service is just amazing as it includes the customer’s input as well to complete the delivery😂. Once you made the order and even after the payment they call and say that they’re allowed to deliver for a certain distance only and the rest of it needs to be sorted out by the CUSTOMER. It’s shocking to see how these sort of a fast food chains are still existing in the market. Well it is what is. Just be careful when you’re ordering from these clowns 😅

I was really disappointed with the service I received. After placing my order through their website, I received confirmation. However, just 15 minutes later, I received a call from the delivery person informing me that they wouldn't be able to deliver my order because my location was too far because the fuel prices is too high. My location is only 4km away from the restaurant, and every other fast food restaurant in the area delivers to my place without any issues. If the restaurant thought that my location was too far, they should have mentioned it when I placed my order, rather than accepting it and then canceling it later. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it shows a lack of professionalism and consideration towards their customers. I don't think I will be ordering from this restaurant again in the future. Overall, I was very disappointed, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering from them. There are plenty of other fast food options in the area that provide better service and are more considerate towards their customers.

Not bad. Had 4 varieties but the taste are almost same. But its good for the price. Please place your order before reach. Then you can save your time. Service in side need to be improved.

I had a good experience at this Domino's branch. The food was delicious, and the Ground floor provided ample seating space. However, the first floor was closed for dining, which was a slight downside. It got a bit crowded, but overall, it was a pleasant visit."

Ordered meatilicious pizza and chicken carbonara pasta, taste good, but the outlet was out of seasonings, no seasoning spoiled the experience.

Worst place to visit. Service is horrible.. Ordered 2 pozzaz and 01 is hot and fresh and the othe one is burnt and cold. An old one. Complain to the outlet team and no actions were taken and simply ask if to make another one and give which will take more time. Lost the appetite and left the outlet half eaten called and complained to their holiness and took my number down saying that an agent will call back to follow up what happened and even after 3 hours no one hot in touch with is ro see what happened. Do not visit this place as the staff are not friendly, place is not clean. Surely I will not visit this Negombo branch again nor recommend to anyone I know.

Dominos is too much expensive. Not the particular outlet, if the prices are same at other outlets. I had to pay over Rs. 1,900/- for a Chilli chicken pizza. The same size pizza can be bought at Keels less than Rs. 1,000/-. It is must to say taste is better in Keels.

@dominospizzasrilanka I just ordered and the Negombo branch called cancelled my order saying they don't deliver after from the app the location was confirmed and order was confirmed. Saying only until Grandeeza you deliver my location was 20th Mile Post junction which 1min from Grandeeza. When I requested the refund immediately they said will send a mail to headoffice. If you don't deliver please block the areas rather than taking our money and then we have to wait for refunds. So disappointed. Quick and friendly service. Really helpful with customisations to kids meals. Ample of parking space and seating area. In really good mid town neighborhood.

Domino service is very good and the pizza is also very tasty. They have good parking facility’s as well. I have ordered online from them several times and delivery is punctual and good.
