Can't even begin to describe this amazing place. Perfect for North Indian. I can safely suggest this restaurant to be the best indian restaurant in srilanka. We were skeptical at first since all the indian food in Sri Lanka are not actually Indian. But I spoke to the head chef, he was from Delhi and we ordered special out side the menu dishes and he agreed without any hesitation to make those dishes. We order, Paneer Butter Masala, Daal, Roti (All out of menu) and they made it specially for us. Apart from this we ordered Pani Puri, Vada Pav, Masala Papad and all of these were just amazing. Recommended each and every food item. Pricing is very Reasonable! 800-1000LKR per person Hats-off to the Chef's, they are from Delhi & Mumbai!

Quaint, simple, clean, and welcoming. Globe kitchen appears to be a local favorite with their simple menus and reasonable prices. What they do, they do extremely well. Everything looked and tasted amazing and the experience was excellent!

Don't buy from these thieves. this is the size of the their 400 rupee masala dosai. these are not the same people who did global kitchen. earlier their masala dosai was enough for 2 people. These kind of vendors should be banned from doing businesses. Pass this message to your upper management : "its better to close your shop and start begging on streets. than serving food like this.

Got the GLOBAL KITCHEN number from google and called the place, DIDN'T ANSWER! then we ordered 1 beef submarine and 3 chicken sub from another app and it’s the WORST!! all the pictures are attached whole thing is Cold and was wrapped in a broken paper bag, no aluminum foil or anything, the bun!!, it’s an old old dry bun, can’t hold the bun it goes like powder! I counted the number of beef pieces there were only 8 small pieces only! Then we called the place to complain, didn’t answer! Nothing to do, I think this deserves a bad comment for ruining our family night.

Nice calm place. Indian, Italian, Chinese and American style foods available. We ordered Pasta, Lasagna , Chicken 64 koththu and a Mutton Submarine. Lasagna is best. Almost all items are less than 1000/= LKR. Portions are only enough for one person. Not enough to share. Good silent place.

The place is pretty good from all aspects. They have pretty decent main varsities. I gave them 4 starts because of I asked for a non spicy chicken kottu plate but I got it very spicy.

Had one of the worst experience here today. This is what they give for 1200/=, where this portion is not enough for a child even,in the heart of kandy town. we four adults went and all he faced turned bad at the moment we saw this.Just fried left over parts of chicken with some tiny microscopic pieces of eggs and a nasty tasting sause. We all know that there is a crisis in this country. At the same time you increase prices or whatever please give a meal which is value for money. This is an insult.its not just the meal they ruin.. its the vibe we have. And when we ask any contact number of the owner to complain, they didnt. They just gave a bill with no contact number , name of the restaurent or anything. A simple "Rice kade" would have been better than this. I will never ever visit this nasty place and would never recommend to anyone. Simply don't visit this place.

So slow, even with more staff than customers! Food was average, chicken pieces were not good quality. Service was friendly but incredibly slow. Ordered a second drink when my meal arrived, but still waiting for it when we finished and had to have it taken off the bill. It is a comfortable environment, and fine if you dont want to walk anymore. But if you are hungry, be prepared for the wait!

Ordered through pickme. The pictures on the site were great. But the food we got was rubbish. Have eaten from the before covid and it was good. Will never order again. The food looked and tasted like it had come from a bad night kade. The dosa only tasted of flour, the fries smelled of old oil and the burgers were soggy.

We went for a late lunch session, we had to wait around 30 mins to get the order even though there were not a lot of customers and some of the tables were empty. About the menu, everything is overpriced here and no value for money for most items. We ordered a Chinese dish and a burger with some drinks. The drinks were provided in plastic bottles and they cost us more than 2 times the price elsewhere. The burgers were tasteless and fries along with them were too soft. Not worth it at all. The Chinese item we ordered was a disaster, I'm not sure whether they know how to make Chinese food even, it was the worst Chinese dish I had in my life. It was so dry we couldn't even eat more than 2 spoonfuls. Was awful to waste that much food. We waited even more for the bill to arrive and the customer service is not what we expected. This was my second visit and probably my last. Not recommended. Not worth the money. Only positive is they allowed us to get the adjoining table as well.

Price is high. Not delicious😕. Kottu is like some Flour mixed with chicken grevy no any chili taste. ☹️😕🥴🥴

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We ordered the butter chicken, but noticed that there was something off about it. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was disappointed that they didn't even bother to apologise for the inconvenience. Additionally, the dishes that were served with dosa didn't seem to be freshly prepared and it appeared that they were taken directly from the refrigerator. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The lack of attention to quality and customer service was disappointing.

Most foods are fine and delicious.

The food was not delicious at all, will not recommend , the submerine is too spicy and and chicken are too flavoured, even there is no proper place for hand wash,but they do charge service fee, no proper service to be seen No worth for the price tag at all

This place is awesome. You can dine with your favorite one , family and friends. The service is superb , the welcoming person and hostess are very great. The place is in middle of the town. Parking also available but limited. Some times crowded , compare to other places prices are in same range. You can feel it. They are brand new still , more they can go

Quite a lively place and a saviour for Indians as we get amazing indian food, price is nominal but you get quality also. Their service is too good and staff is very professional and friendly. Must try.

Never recommend this place. I made an order online, and it disappointing. It was not what in the picture advertised and very small potions. Not worth at all. Terrible.

We ordered Fish and Chips , Chicken Lasagna, Strawberry Mojito and Strawberry Lassi. The food tasted mediocre but the potion sizes were okay. Although the staff was not rude, they lacked experience and professionalism and got our order wrong. Other than that the place is clean and tidy.

Visited for the lunch .very elegant look inside and calm place .very speed service and food was awesome.we got “wok sty rice chicken” and “Lasagna chicken” . Lasagna comes up in a hot pot and looks fabulous. It got 10/10 and how to say no to this. Anytime favorite lasagna for me. And we got the rice is so nize and chicken was so tender and it got 9/10. One my friend got rice and curry. It was very tasty and colurfull.so worth for the price. Highly recommended place to have lunch as a group or couple.

They take 10% service charge but service was not good enough. Pasta was super tasty here. Advantage is halal here.

I loved the place with a great atmosphere, hospitality and most of all delicious food with different flavors. So many choices to pick from. I had some Indian food which really tasted Indian. Loved this place

Convenient location. Clean interior. Friendly staff. They have a variety of foods of Chinese, Indian, Italian and Arabian. Lemon with mint and Mango juice drinks were delicious. But the wok style rice was bit too spicy.

Foods are worth the money.tasty & portion size is good. **Tacos tasted totally indian!cilantro added and taco was made out of atta flour.so not so mexican!it should be really improved

I have been here a several times and the food at global kitchen tastes good. The atmosphere of the place is good when its less crowded but on crowded days and at lunch hours the place is not very appealing. A similar situation arises when finding a parking space, the availability is very limited during the day and ample at night. There is still lots of confusion with the two names the place has, Global Kitchen and Indian Summers.

Best indian restaurant in the city. You should try "Panipuri" the most famous and common indian street food at Global kitchen.

Amazing food, great prices! Could improve on the number of dishes on the menu

I ate Fish Biriyani from this place. It was the best Biriyani i had eaten. I had Veg Burger, the pani puri. The puri was awesome. You get eight puris for 250. The place is very clean, You have to sanitize your self before entering into the resturant. Fish Biriyani was Rs.850 i think its worth. Service was very good. Always very helpful.

Indian food They aren’t “global food”, but “Indian food” We order a Chinese Wok Lamen with vegetables and other with chicken, it came without soy sauce, but very very spiced with Indian ingredients. I couldn’t eat. They share the cuisine with the other restaurant “Indian” besides. The desert was very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Not cheap food.

Very Bad. ordered French fries for the first time from them through Pickme food. They charged me 750. very small portion they delivered in a 1 rupee grocery bag and upon complaining very 1st question was are you a regular customer. I said no and the solution they gave me was they will give me free French fries with my next order. AVOID THEM. DO DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Absolute waste of money. Ordered 2 portions of Pasta Alfredo Seafood and 2 portions of French Fries. The Alfredo portion size was extremely small. Even though the name says seafood, there was hardly any seafood. Not to mention that the image showed spaghetti, but was given penne.Both portions of fries were extremely soggy. Seemed like it had been fried a long time before the order was even placed. We had to combine the pasta and fries, since the fries cannot be eaten alone. Utterly disappointed!

Me and my husband visited this restaurant on 17.04.2022 for dinner and had the worst experience ever.We ordered 3 main dishes (Chicken Cheese Kottu,Mac n Cheese, French Fries)and none of them were upto the standard level.Chicken Cheese Kottu was not good at all.Customer service was terrible.Food arrived on the table after 45 minutes we placed the order..By mistakenly they have prepared two mac n cheese dishes and asked us to reduce only 500 from the Bill after adding the service charge for both dishes(The dish was 550/-) There were only few customers at the restaurant and it seemed like the employees didn't even pay attention to the customers at all. Didn't even apologise for the delay. Do not recommend to anyone!!!!

An awesome place with delicious food

You need to update your number. Whats on this is disconnected and cannot contact during urgency. Your Shrimp submarine barely has shrimp and not tasty at all. Wok style noodles looks nothing like in the picture and not tasty at all. More like a maggie noodles. Fries were good and crispy

I recently visited Global Kitchen Kandy and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite the convenience, the quality of both the food and service left much to be desired. The food I received was not only unappetizing but downright disgusting. The ingredients seemed stale, and the preparation appeared rushed. The taste was far below what I expect from a fast food establishment, especially considering the price paid. Speaking of price, I found the cost of the items to be unreasonably high given the poor quality. It felt like I was paying a premium for subpar food, which is unacceptable.Furthermore, the service was incredibly unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and were unresponsive to my concerns about the detailed information of the food items given in the menu. There was an extremely  lack of courtesy and attention to customer satisfaction. My experience at Global Kitchen was highly disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a satisfying meal or pleasant dining experience. It's unfortunate to see a company prioritize profit over providing quality food and service to its customers. If you visit this outlet, mark my words you will more than regret going there. They don't even worth a star for their service.

No value for money. Had ordered Chicken kottu, couldn’t find a piece of chicken in it. Ordered seafood schezwan rice, seldom found piece of prawns & cattle fish. Both the dishes were useless for the price they charge (1550, 2250 respectively). Portion is much smaller than any other restaurants where they call it “value portion” which the value is missing in it. Ordered dosa, the chutney was cold, straight from the fridge, but the sambaar was tastier. Poor customer service & staff don’t understand to attend customer queries, complaints professionally, including management. This place is not suitable for locals!
