If you are looking for normal delivery, this is not the place. Looks like most of the reviews here are put by themselves. None of the occupants here are happy with them. By the way, moms hospital building is just a building with rooms. Everything including the birthing chambers are in the other building with no proper access. They schedule the delivery, and somehow converts it to c-section. Thats what usually happens here. Don't take my word, come and ask the inmates here in the hospital. Its just a emotionless money making business for them with zero responsibility. Also, the premium word in the name is just a name.

Service, the hospitality, the ambience, the cleanliness are all excellent.No words to explain..it was my second delivery after 6 years and things were still the same and me and my family are extremely thankful for the wonderful co operation and support from Cimar. The only suggestion/ feedback would be regarding the lacuna is not connecting the 2 blocks physically. I was consulting the gynecologist in the Mom block.So I had to walk from one block to the other for scanning, consultation , pharmacy etc.If everything is in the same block it would have been convenient.Even post delivery, I had to walk each time to the NICU is in the other block to feed the baby which was very stressful.Wheel chair facility is available but not all the times..If this lacuna in infrastructure is taken care, I was otherwise extremely happy with the everything else.

We had an excellent experience at CIMAR. Well behaved and very well trained Nursing staff. PRO and administrative staff is very cooperative and supportive. Rooms and surroundings are clean, hygienic and well maintained. Sincere gratitude to entire team especially Dr Bijoy, Dr Parvathy & Dr Thomas Ranjit. Best hospital at Cochin for Mom and baby

I visited the hospital around 5 years before for my first delivery. The experience I had was amazing.... Their services especially nursing made be calm and relaxed eliminating all the tensions and worries about the delivery... Even though I was overweight I delivered normally and gave birth to an angel.. Every thing was fine.. When I become pregnant again after 4 years I have no doubt for choosing the hospital for consulting and delivery.. And this time I had even more better experience than before.. I can't conclude this without mentioning the name of Dr. Shine Mary. Because even though my first delivery was normal it was not easier this time and everyone was expecting c-section. But happy to say.. With God's grace I delivered normally again and blessed with a baby angel.. It was Dr. Shine Mary who took courage make it happen because I admitted the hospital as my fluid broke at 9.45 at night and it took around 19 hours for my delivery happen.. I don't think any doctor will wait for that much time and show that much patience.. Any way I am thanking her and also all the nurses who cared and supported me during my labour. I highly recommend Cimar hospital for anyone I know who are looking for consulting during their pregnancy.

The best hospital for maternity treatments, they provide infertility tratment as well. Our child was born in this hospital a few days ago and they provide an option called labour suite, in which you can stay beside your wife during delivery. The staff are all very caring, professional and helpful. The expenses for normal delivery is comparatively same with regards to other hospitals but the quality of treatment is very high. If you go with package option the rate is very low, they have 3 packages available for delivery. For further details do visit the hospital website. Very peaceful environment, hygienic rooms,Doctors and nurses are really friendly,supportive and caring i'm very much satisfied. And also the services provided by the hospital staff and PRO's is also appreciable. It was a wonderful experience and I strongly recommending cimar hospital.

I want to share my absolutely painful and shocking experience at this hospital recently. I had started visiting this hospital from the start of my second pregnancy till the 9th month. On the 38th week of my healthy pregnancy my pain started by 2:30 early morning and we rushed to the hospital. On reaching the hospital, the duty doctor came and did the PV and asked to shift me to the labour room. I had dilated 3cms. The pain was getting stronger and the nurses came to do the mandatory corona test. I saw them talk in hushed tones and voices outside the labour suite. My husband came in and told I was covid positive. I had no symptoms and got the shock of my life. There were more hushed voices and they told they don't have covid care at the hospital. The voices started getting louder, they discarded about 6-7 ampules of blood drawn from me into the waste bin. They did not refer another hospital, they did not give any recommendations and even denied the wheelchair that brought me in. So like intouchables, we were literally thrown out of the hospital in the lift that no one uses to the basement where no one goes at 4 o clock in the morning. I was in tears, shocked beyond measure and thankfully Renai Medicity accepted us. I was admitted in the covid care section and delivered by baby by noon. I never thought I'll have covid, i havent been out except for hospital visits This happened to me, can happen to anyone. Hence consider this as a warning!! sharing my experience

Good doctors,nursing staffs,PRO.....but scanning,labour procedure rooms should be made available in the same building .visitors should be restricted

I had a very good experience at the hospital.Had normal delivery with epidural.My consultant Dr Shine Mary was exceptionally empathetic,kind and caring.Its not often that you meet a sweet gynecologist like her I must say.Anaesthetist Dr Sunil was also very good.He gave adequate analgesia during the labor.Everything went smooth as planned.The labor room staff and the floor nursing staff of Mom's block were also very considerate and caring.They maintain a good rapport with the patient.Rooms are clean ,well maintained and have good facilities.The 3 days hospital stay was a pleasant and hassle free experience.Canteen food is ok.It could be improved with some more food options.

Very good service. I can say excellent, comparing to any other hospital in Cochin. 9/10 Nurses are kind and pleasing. Open minded caring staff without any drama. Doctor (Dr. Divya Jose)which we consulted was very kind, mild nature with good knowledge. During delivery the service was smart and quick with real care. We didn't have a single problem during our pregnancy visits or during delivery including stay. Only thing need improvement is restaurant. The MENU is below standard and we saw people ordering food from outside. Service is not good as there is no ROOM SERVICE except the timely food ONLY for the patient. If you order food at same time with patient, by-stander also will get food . But if the by-stander needs a coffee, you have to go down the restaurant and there are not enough staff for prompt service. And the restaurant will close soon after evening, if you need something at night, there is no way to get anything. If some visitors come, you can't order coffee etc unless you go down with a big flask for coffee in the restaurant open times. On top of all, they open late, so forget morning coffee, then there is only machine made coffee, even to get that you need to wait more time because machine needs time to be ready for service. The shop for supplies inside the hospital need improvement as very less items are available and Sunday is holiday, so if you need an extra diaper on Sunday, forget it from hospital. But above concerns are not with main objectives of hospital. It's just improvements needed regarding auxiliaries of the main service. Hope the hospital will improve regarding these and will be truly a 5 star service. About delivery packages, I would like to see more transparency, because first they told me we need one person standby as blood donor after checking his blood at hospital. So we arranged two and they tested blood and became ok. Then the hospital phoned me and said they are charging the second person Rs.1000 +etc because package have only one guy testing charge included, this I didn't know before. Then near to delivery days they also told, they can arrange blood from Aster Medcity if there is no donor but for that I need to pay Rs.2500+etc. This information was hidden for me before as they were asking for donor not blood bank. Even we are paying good amount as package these are not included in same. I payed Rs.5000 for delivery suite and its understandable that its not included in package but I think it can be included in package when there is this much high pricing. On top of all you will end up paying Rs.3000 to Rs. 5000 for medicines extra during you 3 days stay at hospital which included in package. This is a little hard thing to understand as the hospital with experience knows standard medicines needed for normal delivery and still they didn't include those in the package even i was having a package of Rs.70000 (the middle one) for normal delivery. If are having C-section, you have to pay extra. In spite of these small problems, I am very satisfied with their service when comparing to other hospitals and recommending the same for all wishes for a good service and peaceful experience of care.

I had my delivery at here.It was a normal delivery and dr.Divya who encourages normal delivery exception is only incase of high risk pregnancy.Thanks to dr. Divya for her caring and support. Also neonatalogist dr. Thomas ranjit cleares all our doubt regarding babies food, health,Growth, vaccination details etc. They didn't makes you panic they give full support and care. Thanks dr. I had my delivery here recently. Doctors are really good especially Dr. Parvathy Ganeshan. Nursing staff was the worst of what I have seen, they are very rude and unprofessional. It's with the attitude of the nursing staff in their mom hospital which they call as premium to be highly improved. Nurses of mom hospital are totally unprofessional and they behave like government hospital nurses. This cannot acceptable from a hospital like cimar. Also, a staff from labour room was very much rude making labour process hard. I would have gone with other options like aster or renai, I knew about the same.

From the initial screening to delivery, all the services were excellent.Got great care from doctors and nurses especially Dr.Shine Dcunha, Dr Sunil & Dr Thomas Ranjit.They are very experienced and responsible doctors that we can feel throughout our hospital journey.Nurses are also very friendly and cooperative especially labor room ,nicu and ot staff's. I believe that the 9 months of pregnancy are very precious and one would always want the best treatment during this time as anything can go wrong at any point. So it’s very important to have a good support on the healthcare front. Certainly, one has multiple options in Cochin and we are so glad we chose CIMAR for our baby’s arrival. The reason was very simple - I had a really good feedback about the doctors and also the facilities they provided. Our experience was amazing when we visited the hospital for the first time. When we met Dr. Parashuram and his wife Dr.Meenu We were pretty confident that we were in the right hands. These 9 months were definitely not easy for us and it had been a roller coaster ride with so many ups and downs (mostly downs). We used to panic and would get depressed at times and that’s when the immense support from the doctor and his team made us feel most comfortable. Our overall experience has been very good as we always got all the care, attention and proper treatment at all time. The doctors are amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude. Dr. Bejoy, Dr Bibin and Dr. Meenu have always given wonderful advice during all the scans. The services have been very nice, Mom block coordinator Shruthy, admin Nimmy and other admin staff were extremely helpful. Also I’m pretty much sure that this is one of the few hospitals in Cochin (if not in Kerala) where you get proper care from the nursing staff as well. They come in with a smile on their face even when you call them at the middle of the night. Very well kept rooms and premises indicate how good the house keeping department is. It was indeed a very happy experience and we feel really grateful that we chose to deliver at CIMAR Hospital.

Any woman going through her first pregnancy would be reeling in a series of emotions with a lot of highs and lows...anxiety about the process of birth, self doubts and wondering if they will be able to take care of their newborn to the best of their abilities. I consider it one of my greatest blessings to have been taken care of by the CIMAR team for my first pregnancy.I look back to the day of my delivery and wonder how the most special day of my life( the day I get to be a mother) was handled by the team with so much love and care.The reassurance by the nursing staff as i was wheeled in for birth , the care with which the nursing staff relentlessly came every two hours through the day and night to teach me how to breastfeed my newborn..I pray for them everyday...as I consider being able to exclusively breastfeed my newborn the greatest joy ! Being able to walk out of the hospital with confidence that you can now breastfeed your baby on your own is priceless! Dr Gopinath, Dr Parasuram, Dr Meenu and their team, work with so much compassion that it's the patients who are the final recipients of that compassion and love that's passed on along every level of their team .I can't stop raving about my stay at the hospital to people I meet..for the first time I must say I felt a wee bit homesick when I was getting discharged because MOM Premium women's hospital felt like home:-) I would tell all mother's to be to look forward to an experience in itself If they choose to have their birth at Cimar. Last but not the least..my love and regards to the wonderful nursing staff Diniya, Neethu,Ashna and Jincy who took care of me day and night.

Dr Shine is one of the best OBGYN I have been treated under . She is extremely considerate of patient needs and cares about the concerns of the patient . The hospital was quite comfortable , clean and the nurses were always there to comfort .

With very highly experienced doctors ... with extremely helpful staff and PROs who got my appointments and other services done especially to mention Miss Sruthi who helped me around like a friend to get things done for me...with an excellent birthing suite room...and the best post natal services provided by their well experienced nurses...altogether it was a luxurious birthing experience for me.

Just had my baby there 4 days back and the doctors, nurses and all support staffs were the best! Didn't feel like a hospital first of all and everyone felt genuine and extremely helpful! Worth every penny paid for our angel! Special mention to Dr. Sumita, Dr. Sunil, Dr Lalit and Labour Suit Room nurses! Absolutely the best!

These are suggestions only for a better patient or customer experience . Many hospitals with much decent packages provide delivery photo shoots and such stuffs complimentary at the time of discharge. Here there ain't anything like that despite the expensive packages. Secondly , here people keep their food plates on the floor tile outside the room which is so unhygienic. I have observed them taking lotta covid precautions. Especially when they talk so much about covid protocols such an action like this is not acceptable. There can be collection points in every floor. Otherwise the doctors and nurses are so friendly.

Had my 2nd delivery at cimar, cesarean. It was a great experience. from the doctors, to the staff, anaesthetist.;-)..It is really a premium birthing centre. N I would definitely recommend it to all.

I had my second delivery at this hospital and it really lived up to my expectations. Everyone from the doctor to the nursing staff are the best. Dr Divya Jose is the best doctor and she made my birthing experience memorable. Kudos to the wonderful team. Go for it and you won't regret your decision .
