This review will help those who have lost hope or frustrated at not having a child for so long and feel that you have tried everything. Me and my wife are married for 9 Years and we were not having children. My wife was having PCOD issues as well. We have tried 9 IUIs, but failed. Did Laparoscopic Surgery to find out what is the issue, yet didn’t succeed. All this we have done in a different hospital. Finally, after the recommendation from a Govt. Doctor, we have come to CREDENCE HOSPITAL in 2019. There we have met God and Angels in Human Form and we have TWIN Daughters of our own as on 6-May-2023. I consider it as a Miracle and I owe it completely to the incredible Medical Team of Credence Hospital under the leadership of SHANTHAMMA Ma’am and BIMAL JOHN Doctor. As per my Experience, a patient needs 2 things which will help you in the long journey to have a child. 1) FAITH 2) PATIENCE You should have FAITH in God and the Team of Doctors at the Hospital and You should PATIENTLY wait for the results. I recently had my delivery in Credence hospital. Dr Bindhu PS was of great support through out my pregnancy journey and had done her best to help me deliver a healthy baby through normal delivery. She is well experienced and a very approachable doctor with a caring nature. She was always reachable on phone and also reached hospital immediately when I was taken to labor room early in the morning . The hospitality by the staffs and other members were great. Rooms were cleaned regularly twice a day. The nurses were all friendly and alert and ensured that things happened on time with no challenges. Food was also good and was given on time in rooms. We have not faced any difficulties and have had a great experience with credence. All thanks to the management. Special thanks to Dr Bindhu PS.

Five stars are not enough to rate this hospital., I would rate it 100 stars if possible. Infertility specialty hospitals are not uncommon in Kerala now. But What makes the hospital stand out, from other leading hospitals ,is the attitude and culture displayed by each and every staff . Unlike some fancy hospitals which pushed us to go for costly procedures right from the beginning of the treatment, the doctors here took enough time to understand and study the root cause and took baby steps to finally achieve the goal. We often become hopeless as we don't see positive results in the treatment journey. But the smiling faces here would keep us going. Special mention to Dr. Sunitha and Sr. Soumya who were always available over the phone to answer my queries. I have immense love and gratitude for every smiling face over there. Thank you so much for taking us to the utmost happiness on earth called parenthood of two little princesses .Would always be grateful.

Me and my wife had a cherishing experience during our pregnancy journey.The reception staff were well informed and polite. The nursing staff were warm and caring. Our doctor Dr. Bindu was very supportive and patient throughout the period. The room was well maintained. Overall, our association with the hospital has been remarkable.

It was the best decision that I took to get the laser treatment for facial hair removal done at Credence. It was with a lot of apprehension that I decided to try it out as I was often told that it is not effective by my friends who had tried it in the past from other places. However, my experience with Credence Hospital was totally different. I had wonderful results from the treatment without any side effects or allergies. The team who did the treatment were very cordial and experienced. The nurse was quite professional in her approach and made sure that I did not miss the follow-up appointments by calling me up and scheduling the appointments as per my convenience. The rate for treatment is quite reasonable compared to market standards and the results are awesome. I would highly recommend it for everyone.

Our child was delivered here and the hospital staff were excellent. Our sincere thanks to Dr RAJI Mam,who took extra care to ensure a normal delivery for us ,as a first time parent. She was always available on phone for all of my queries and clarified each and everything, which made us cool even on delivery time. I delivered my baby in Credence and I am quite happy with the experience. Dr. Santamma Mathew and Dr. Majitha Beevi have been my go to people. Leaving off the hospital today after delivery. The service was beyond my comfort level and am every thankful to Dr. Bindhu PS. Being a little lot worried about having normal delivery she handled extremely nice. Long story alert! But worth reading to understand how important it is to consult the right doctors, get the right diagnosis and treatment at the earliest. I visited Credence after consulting almost all gyneacs in Trivandrum. I was suffering from very painful and abnormal bleeding with huge clots, that lasted month-long continuously for around 8 months. This caused anemia, dizziness and severe fatigue. Even after repeated scans (one doctor used to take a scan every time I visited her clinic at Kumarapuram, and gave a bill of ~3k per visit), no one was able to find out the real reason behind this incessant and heavy bleeding. I was prescribed various tablets to stop bleeding (which didn't help) and hormone pills (combination and progesterone-only), which caused weight gain, more fatigue and mood swings that got severe to the level of depression. Finally, at Credence, Santhamma ma'am first referred me to a hematologist at Medical College, who after some tests confirmed that I am suffering from a very rare genetic bleeding disorder named Glanzmann's Thrombasthenia (GT). He also said there is no cure for this condition. Still, Santhamma ma'am suggested taking one more scan at the Credence Hospital. Forever grateful to her wise decision and the radiologist at the hospital, they found a fibroid in my uterus (which didn't show in any of the scans before)!!! For more clarity, i was asked to take an MRI, which confirmed a submucosal fibroid of 3.5cm that needs a surgical removal. Since the bleeding disorder GT was in the picture, I needed a fitness letter from hematologist. The doctor said I shouldn't go for the surgery, even after trying to convince him that fibroid was the reason for bleeding. I took a second opinion on GT. According to the 2nd doctor, my symptoms didn't match with that of a GT patient and asked to proceed with the surgery; however, was advised to keep blood donors ready as a precaution. Am soo soooo grateful to Santhamma ma'am and my surgeon Dr Bimal John, who boldly decided to take the risk, in spite of all these complications. They explained everything very well to me. Bimal sir drew an image of how the fibroid is growing inside the uterus, and how they plan to take it out -- the different methods of removing the fibroid (hysteroscopy, laproscopy and abdominal surgery). He said he will try the best to remove it via hysteroscopy (through the vagina); however, if unavoidable, might need to switch to laparoscopy if situation demands (depending on the actual size and position of the fibroid). By God's grace and the extensive expertise of Bimal sir, the fibroid got removed via hysteroscopy! Everything went well. There didn't arise any emergency situation and blood donation wasn't needed (if i had listened to the first hematologist's opinion, i would still have been suffering!!) Post-operative care at the hospital was also very good. I had to stay in the hospital for a day after the surgery. Both Santhamma ma'am and Bimal sir visited me in the room the next day. Even the OP nurses came to the ward to make sure that everything was fine. Recovery was quick. My periods after the surgery was normal and lasted only 5 days (felt like heaven for me after suffering the incessant bleeding for months, which felt like ages). Bimal sir was kind enough to inquire about my health and well-being even after the treatment. He is still the most approachable and am sure will be the first person for me to reach out for all health-related advice. Going to Credence was the milestone and best decision in my fibroid journey. And am very much appalled by all the misdiagnosis and false prescriptions from all these reputed gyneacs. I vouch for the excellence of the services offered by the hospital and the prowess and expertise of dear Santhamma ma'am, Bimal sir and each and every staff at the hospital. My experience with credence hospital was very good.We felt a homely atmosphere at Credence. All Doctors and nurses were very friendly,caring and supportive.(especially Dr. Santhamma Mathewa Dr.Majitha and Sheeja (N/S) ). Mother and baby care were good. Front office staffs were also very cooperativee.Well maintained and Good service.We are satisfied with the treatment.

I find that this hospital is a boon for ladies for all their ailments.Pregnant ladies can confidently rely on this hospital for all their needs. Even elderly women come here for their problems. I had a very happy experience when l got my wife admitted for some serious issues. She is now a very happy person after a week of treatment. The doctors especially gynocologist are very efficient and render the right treatment. The staff are very well behaved , co-operative, and helpful.

Worst experience.... the token is utter failure..... the drs will not provide proper attention nor they look into your case in deep.. their main aim is to loot your pockets...

My two delivery were at credence. My consultant doctor was Ms. Bindu PS. She is very caring and lovable person. I am admitted to a room at 3rd floor after my delivery the nurses at the nursing station were also very caring persons.Very friendly nurses. Hospital and the premises were neat and clean.

Overall a good hospital regarding the facilities provided, quality and behaviour of doctors. Our experience: 1.Token system is not up to the mark. <br>2.Sometimes some nurses who are handling tokens inside doctor's lobby don't even see the doctor is free and available for consultation. As a result, we might sit an 'entire-day' in the chairs provided(glad that the area is air conditioned) <br>3. Some doctors who are doing the scanning won't tell any details to the patients <br>Advice to the management: <br>1. Make sure that the OP appointment-token system is transparent. <br>2. Don't allow the OP receptionists to handle both phone calls and doing in-front patient process at the same time. <br>3. Please tell your patients about what is the next step or action they need to do after every checkup <br>4. Please give proper response to people's doubts <br>5. Please allow husband's to see their baby's status at-least once while scanning Advice to peoples: Confirm your booking before going hospital. For scanning, go with the male doctor and he will explain your baby's status A to Z in detail.

Our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care, attention, and proper treatment at all time with excellent 'mother and baby care'. Today I saw the real God in the form of pediatrician Dr. Vinu Thomas when I took my baby to the hospital in a really worried state. His words and care for babies are really beyond words. Special thanks to the other doctor ( Dr. Abraham.. I hope so) who was there along with Vinu Sir.

I am very happy with my buccal fat removal surgery done by Dr Rajesh Mikkilineni, a renowned cosmetic surgeon.Satisfied with the results and also the staff is very friendly especially Smitha ,who had given me alot of care.Thank u Credence.

Worst service ever Visited the hospital today for my one year old son’s vaccination. The appointment was booked in advance at 10.30 am. Reached hospital around 10.00 The entry to hospital was all according to covid protocol. But after entry what their registration procedure is truly ridiculous.No token system is available. For registration( to pay for visit and opening the file . This is what they said) we were asked to stay in a queue where chairs were placed in line. When the person in front chair moves to front.. we need to occupy that chair and move forward. This was clearly not recommended procedure especially during this covid pandemic. When we reached there were only 5 person in queue , so we stood in line. But this procedure took about 2.5 to complete. The person doing registration had clearly no idea. We complaint this to concerned person which was available there. But it was of no use. Finaly were able to meet dr around 12.45.The doctors and nurses were good and approchable. But there registration procedure is utter failure. Had worst experience .

Dr Bindu PS is superb our was cesarean and we received very fine treatment from credence hospital. All the all the nurses and the stars were well trained nurses especially on the way did they dealt with the child. Very professional. The rooms provided where very good and clean and hygienic. The room was cleaned two times. We are very pleased with the service

We approached credence hospital for my mom's surgery .I have less words to explain the care provided by staff .Dr.Sunita is one of most caring doctors ,she explains every detail in such a way that all the fear would be gone. She's really a master in all that she does.She have made sure that mom is comfortable at every phase.Nursing staff is a call away from your rooms ,they were ready to provide service even forgetting their personal time for lunch and dinner.Housekeeping staff were also cordial .The surgery that we were afraid off went through smoothly and mom is in a recovery phase.Thanks for all the support that the hospital have provided .

The hospital and staff were very great while we were in the hospital even before and after delivery. Bindhu madam was very helpful and always with a positive outlook and a smile on her face which calms us down as well. She was accessible 24/7 over calls and helped clear even the silliest of doubts new parents have with patience. The overall experience at the hospital has been excellent.

Excellent care and management by Credence hospital and all its staff members from all departments. Thought I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, having consulted leading doctors in Bangalore before moving to Credence only due to the pressure of my wife. However, the team at Credence have lived up to our expectations. With their support and cooperation, we could get our bundle of joy on 22-12-2020. Highly indebted to Dr Sunitha madam for her simplicity and humbleness right from the start of our consultation till the delivery of our baby. Also Dr Susan (PRM) has managed most of our appointments, making our visits quite comfortable. Also, the entire staff from all the departments (doctors, paramedical staff, insurance claims staff and even the canteen staff) have been very cordial and professional. Overall a delightful and great experience. Highly recommended especially Dr Sunitha.

We have been consultating in Credence hospital for quite sometime. The facilities and services are really good. All the staffs, nurses are friendly and helpful. The overall place is neat and well maintained. Room facilities and inpatient services are good as well. They have limited food options in the canteen which can be bit improved but on the other side they don't use any artificial flavours, taste makers, etc which is good.

Being a first time pregnant, she came as a blessing to me- making me relaxed and comfortable, answering all my small small queries patiently and affectionately. Friendly doctors, nurses and staff.

We got executive check up in this Hospital. It was excellent and also satisfied with it. We engaged in a lot of tests here. And our gynecologist consultant conveys each and every thing very clearly . From that we could understand about the actual cause of our health problems and it's precautions to stop. It's a better choice to health solutions. And i added that this Hospital provides better free breakfast to patients those who engaged in executive check up. Hospital restaurant provides good food and there the surroundings and atmosphere was exelent. Everything was clean and neat. Thank you credence for providing a good service.

Very worst experience from here. During my pregnancy time, for all the 9 months, I was under Shanthamma Mathew whom I thought was a great doctor. But, unfortunately, I had went through very very tough situation during my delivery time as it had complications. But, this lady not even had a humanitarian mindset to even come to labour room atleast once and check the issue. Finally, Shanthadevi doctor helped me with delivering my baby with god's grace, without any fatel situations. Secondly, for my sister. It happened very recently. She was under the great Bindhu Dr. I should say her as an ultimate waste for the hospital. Rather than treating the patients, she is more concentrated into her beauty concerns. No rights for even to be called as a Dr. My sister was pregnant but was experiencing bleeding. She didn't treat her properly. She not even wrote for a scan to check the issue. Rather she gave her the tablets for 3 days to stop bleeding. Things started getting worse. Finally, after 3 days, we went to Cosmopolitan hospital under the Dr. Sheela Shenoy madam. For her empathetic words, she should be paid. Such a nice Dr. Scan and blood test was done there. But, it was too late. She lost her baby. My eyes are filled with tears when I type this. I would deeply reject this hospital and doctors for their irresponsible behaviour. It's better for them to shut down this hospital and start a beauty parlour instead.

We received very fine treatment from Credence hospital, ullor. The service was beyond my comfort level and I am very thankful to Dr. Bindhu PS. The entire hospital staff demonstrated a remarkable commitment to patient care. From the nurses to the administrative personnel, everyone was courteous, efficient, and displayed a genuine concern for the well-being of the patients. We were blessed with twins on March 3rd 2022... a good family hospital with well experienced doctors....a big thanks to Dr sunitha mam who was of great support throughout my pregnancy journey her care and positive vibes.. made me strong each days of my pregnancy journey .All doctors are friendly secondly I would like to thanks all 3rd floor nursing staffs all were so friendly that i never missed my home...whenever I was in need they were reachable ..spclly my covid days ...spend in hspital...were so memorable one ...bcoz the love I got from all doctors team and staffs and foods were always available on time ....whatever I asked in canteen they were always ready to prepare for me. The rooms were also well cleaned twice a day...a big thanks to there team.All thanks to the Hospital management

My wife gave birth a baby at this hospital. Dr Bindu was the doctor. She is a good doctor and also very supportive. Facilities of the hospital is just okey. The problem is that I think there may be a security officer is working, a fool and mad security officer. Every person who went there should made a tug of war with security persons of the hospital. Since 2022 May I have been faced so many issues from this hospital security persons while I went there for consultation or treatment for my baby or wife. This complaint is not only mine but also my colleagues friends also told so. I had been queued for two days for see my baby after her birth. This issue was faced by my old aged mother, she was waited for three hours for see my daughter. They always following some strict nonsense rules like Taliban. They don’t know how to behave to patients or bystanders. I don’t know why they troubling their customers and patients after receiving huge money ( as compared to nearby multi speciality hospitals including Kims) from patients. We people are okey to pay that much cash, but the hospital authorities can give a respect and better treat for patients and bystanders. I have registered these issues on their complaint book on 24.05.2022. Nothing happened. I am experienced Very bad service from some staffs of front office also. Doctors, staff nurses and Para medical staffs are good and well behaved.

Such a bad experience from the securities and reception...According to credence hospital, securities are the king than doctors.. especially a black short guy.. Consulted Dr. Santhamma Mathew and found comfortable. Doctors and surrounding staff are good. Management system need slight improvement (may be due to this Covid-19 situation), which they promised to make it better in the coming days. Adequate and safe canteen facility is expected especially in these days.
