I'm there for my mother's cataract surgery. Every member of the staff is attentive at all times .My mother's cataract surgery was handled by Dr. Jayaram where the procure was completed roughly in 10 minutes with no pain. The entire crew is quite friendly to the patients. I post the review after a week when both my mothers are perfectly fine. Thank you Precise!

For Children - Don't go here unless you are ready to wait for hours. They have absolutely no concern for kids waiting and your order in the waiting list keeps changing- I wonder how. Sometimes they say your number is 2nd after half an hour when you check they will say your number is 5. Did not see any care or concern for the kids waiting. There are multiple other doctors in the city . This is just hype and nothing else. They have a good marketing team which meticulously works on improving their online ratings. It starts when you step into the hospital by asking how you came to know about the hospital so that they can plan their marketing strategy accordingly.

My mother’s cataract surgery was done today afternoon here. Considering she is 90 years old, special attention was given to her at no extra cost. The facilities were superb & the services excellent. I am also impressed by the ease of payments at the counters & the positive, friendly attitude of the para-medical staff. And it goes without saying that Dr Jayaram is the best Ophthalmic Surgeon in the state! The assistance given by Ms Sunitha is specially appreciated.

Excellent patient care, service and passionate concern to patient. A hospital worth to be recommended. Specially to mention that right from entry to exit be it for OP consultation or any procedure on an appointed date, patient is very well taken care of, without any waiting or delays. Similarly services att the pharmacy and Insurance desk are very well appreciated. It has been a wonderful experience with Precise Speciality Eye Care, Thiruvananthapuram where I underwent cataract surgery on my left eye on 22//07/2022 and the right eye on19/11/2022. The service I received there has been very good. The surgical procedure was so simple and very comfortable for me. I would say Precise is very well equipped hopsital with all modern technology in Trivandrum with professional and generous staffs and doctors .The only drawback I could point out which is not a draw back but still lack of car parking. I would request if you could extend the car parking facility it would be much more helpful and benefit you as well. Thank you!

I had my Father's Cataract surgery here. I had Vidal Health Insurance. Insurance approval, checkup, surgery everything completed within one week. Overall good experience. One staff will accompany the patient for every procedure. No confusions at all. Hygienic surroundings. Medicines, Tests everything provided inside hospital. Tea and snacks also (paid only 😜)

Very organized and minimal waiting time. Very efficient handling of OP and surgery cases. Same goes for post surgery follow ups. We had such a hassle free exp for cataract surgery end to end and the overall experience was so smooth and tension free. They have dedicated desks for insurance and CGHS to help out with any queries. Each and every member of staff, right from front desk to nurses in OT are so courteous and kind. My parents, both senior citizens, were super pleased with the treatment they received.

First time visit to this eye hospital. The parking space was limited, but the security staff was very friendly and helped me on it. At the entrance, there was an open snacks canteen.Hospital is clean.From the reception, we did not get a token number, but told that i will be called. Within 15 mins we were called to do basic eye tests, eye pressure etc. During dilation, the staffs did not tell us to keep the eye closed for long time after putting the eye drops. The nurse and doctor is friendly. The doctor told there is change in reading so asked us to come next week for exact power measurements. There was lots of patients during our visit. Suggestion now, is the doctor should have mentioned or provided the readings , pressure etc results to us. For this reason providing 3 stars. i. e give exact feedbacks on the tests done. Will have to visit the hospital next week and will update based on the experiences. Prescribed a costly eye lubricant to be used 3 times a day. We revisited, Dr Anitha was the suggested doc. She was good in explaining the problem detected, even though was in rush. Ordered for glasses from there itself. It takes 5 days to receive it. We paid for it and will recive on 20thDec.

Husband has his cataract surgery (laser) it hardly took much time. The service and attendance we got from the staff nurses were good. Parking is a bit of a problem.
