The place is supposed to be one of the best healthcare service available in Kerala. L a lot of people that I know have gotten good service from here.BUT and this is a big BUT if you have an accident of any thoughts I would recommend you to go somewhere else so that you can get immediate treatment. From what I have heard and seen it takes forever for them to start the operations of accident morning my friends have to wait nearly 12 hours and I have hot of a lot more cases like that. But if you have a major accident of any thoughts and you go to the general hospital or any smaller government hospitals they are going to send you here. But I would highly recommend you to go to a private hospital if you have the finances or a health insurance that can cover. I am not saying it's a bad hospital or anything but there are quite a bit of things they can work on.

Visited RCC and inspite of Government Institutions we have pay for treatment even to open a file like private hospital unlike Medical College. Admit that in compare of private hospital the charges are somewhere 50-70% less ,still no place for poor people to treat here.

Medical College hospital, Trivandrum is one of the best and biggest hospital in Kerala, with all facilities. Major Doctor's are from this hospital. For all emergency first preference for this hospital. Due to heavy rush of patients May we feel uncomfortable with this hospital. I recommend this is the best for all treatments,

Parking is very difficult around here. Mondays are the busiest of the days. Direct public transport to this place is available from other places. You wont get treatment in this place unless you were suggested by another doctor or its an emergency. Once I had this experience🙂. For another regular day to day diseases, you should visit General hospital Trivandrum. And that too before noon. These places are too busy. I dont know about the treatment in here because I didn't had a chance to enter this place for treatment

security staffs are very very bad. if this didn't change the hospital reputation will go completely. This problem have to change by the hospital management. Hospital is the place where people are come with hope but they are treating people like slaves. If the management shouldn't solve the problem there is no value for running the hospital. Only kinded people have to do this type of job especially the hospital jobs. security staff must be kind. this problem today on oct 1 2022 evening 3.50 pm the two security staff men create such a problem and behave disrespectfully to the womens and one security staff push the women, touched her forcelly and behave disrespectfully and also late night ie, 30 sep 2022 exactly at 11.40 pm security staffs one women and one men use abusive words and behave disrespectfully. These types of staff are not good for a hospitalhospital.God will never forgive.The management have to find out these security staffs and advise them or warn them to behave properly and respectfully

Most requer thing in life water and health we go to hospital for recover our selve from all disease but in govt college hospital no arrangements of drinking water for patients or attendents .it's horrible and strength also .how the people survive if he bought water for madicine .no one hear and think and take responsibility for this .ward 15 to 5 no water avilable to drink

One of the top Government hospital in Kerala located in Thiruvananthapuram. You can reach here easily anywhere from Thiruvananthapuram by KSRTC bus. The doctors and staffs are well experienced. Recently Emergency medicine and trauma care mood to the new building at the enders area.

Beware of pickpocket and theft.... The securities are very very very very rude.... They ask everyone for the pass and they allow their fellows to enter without pass which includes lots of thieves. What a shame......??? Their is no CCTVs available in second and third floor which includes the wards. Digital India... 🫡🙏.. Please pray to the God not to be admitted in the second ward. It is a hell .....

Medical College run by Government. Maintained well. Large area. Well experienced doctors. One of the largest hospital in Kerala. Specialized departments. Accessible to public transportation. Since the number of patients are large in number, there is delay for services. Very crowded. Transportation facility needs to be improved. A bit difficult for first time visiters. Good experience.

Very bad experience from op frontside parking area staff . In evening time 4.45 he don’t permit my car to this particular area In morning time only parking for staff ok its a reasonable sentence. But in evening time no crowd so much space is there Another thing my mother is a cancer patient only one person with patient allowed in side. Sir /madom... I ranju from kollam saying something about this hospital..this is The Best hospital in kerala. Diagnosis and treatment in any way.. Get good care from doctors,nurses,etc. I spent some times in this hospital 1 year ago. I noticed some -venes also. Kindly take some action about it. I think nursing assistant stafs are majority female and have not much technical experience also ie how to use pipe range, does not support or shift patients structure to bed clearly by means of strength. Please allocate 50:50 male female ratio in this post. Similarly this hospital thete is no network coverage. Please to provide a separate tower for this to advice telephone athourity. Provide a sketches or maps in main entri. Lots of time wasting to find labs, pharmacy, other offices etc Provide staff srengts also all are working over duty by means of lack of staff stength. Please make a calm mind for thease staff s.. One year ago my mother passed away from this here. Best treatment was given from this but she went. kindly solve thease problems also to make more better hospital..

Thiruvananthapuram Government Medical College is truly the best hospital you can find in terms of doctors and medical facilities available. And as usual everything comes up with a cost. A lot of people comes here daily and you as a person or hospital goer should have to walk a lot, wait a lot and so on. If the government can spend some amount of money in getting everything organized it would be the best...

Doctor's are good and experienced but the nurses especially in path lab are veri irresponsible and inhumane even with small kids. Poor management in op ward and staff are very rude and arrogant.

The doctors are just great. They are kind and so good but the nurses in the post operative ward were so rude, irresponsible and not caring. The care was just too bad. They are not even kind to the patients who are in pain. Am not talking about all the nurses but most of them were bad. The first room we got in payward was good but the second one was too bad. There were ants and the room was so dirty. Plus I think they should install CCTVs because I saw few people spitting on the corridors of operation theatre. Overall the hospital is good. Treatment is great than most of the private hospitals but the care isn't .

Very crowded but most of the staff struggles to attend to patients. No support from staff to move around patient, bystander has to do a lot of running around. No digital payment system. Different counters for each service so one should carry sufficient hard cash. Administrative services are spread around warranting long walks. Parking is overloaded not an inch of spare place.

Very crowded area and parking a vehicle is too hard. One of the best hospitality for poor people . All type of surgery doctors and speciality available in here. But people are over crowded and the administration of the hospital should be improve. If any one comes from village they will face lots of troubles. Outside of the campus private medical shops and hotels are very crowded. Totally Medical commercial area

The facilities and everything is fine but what is the use of they don't treat the patient properly this is my honest review I saw how my grandparents are suffering they are not even concerned about poor people they treat only rich people in proper way I stay out of Kerala but still i am posting means only this is the way I can share to everyone how the hospitality is please come at your own risk I actually have to give two Star but also some of the facilities have humanity so i am giving three stars.
