My
experience
with
this
hotel
in
January
2024
was
disappointing.
It
might
be
an
isolated
incident,
but
i
recommend
having
alternative
plans.
I
discovered
the
hotel
when
I
try
to
search
for
accommodation
near
Kano
airport,
Reviewing
their
website
it
is
mentioned
they
provide
,
free
airport
pick-up,
and
complimentary
breakfast
with
room
ranging
between
24k
to
75k.
on
calling
to
confirm
these
offerings,
the
manager
assured
me
of
24k
room
availability
and
services.
However,
on
arrival
to
Kano
airport
at
10
PM,
there
was
no
communication,
and
I
had
to
find
my
own
way
to
the
hotel
using
Bolt.
At
the
reception.
Despite
being
promised
a
24k
room,
the
receptionist
insisted
only
a
75k
room
is
available.
Between
my
inquiry
call
and
my
arrival
is
not
more
than
3
hours.
After
some
back-and-forth,
the
receptionist
said
she
checked
again
they
have
1
room
for
29k
considering
it
is
getting
late
almost
11pm
with
no
alternatives
I
settled
for
a
29k
room.
Could
you
imagine
no
fridge,
non-functional
TV,
faulty
toilet
door,
unpleasant
odors
from
the
toilet
because
the
door
is
faulty
can't
close
it,
and
in
the
morning
I
tried
to
bath
boom
the
shower
gave
electric
shocks.
The
room
308
surrounding
was
noisy
due
to
tricycle
movement
which
disrupted
my
sleep
from
6am,
and
the
promised
complimentary
breakfast
wasn't
ready
at
7:30
AM.
The
only
option
provided
was
tea,
bread,
and
fried
egg.
This
experience,
especially
considering
the
hotel's
reputation
is
not
good
for
their
business.
Sadly,
I
won't
return
or
recommend
this
place
unless
improvements
are
made
quickly
