Wellcare is one of the biggest Pharmacies and Supermarket in the North and often regarded as the best in Kano, This is a drug store where one can easily get all kinds of drugs for affordable prices. They offer a one-stop medical checkup too and make prescriptions as well.

One of the best shopping centres in Kano city. Well organised and welcoming. There's virtually everything to pick-up ranging from food items, groceries, household items etc. There're enough cashiers that caters for the ever queuing customers. The security arrangement is very good and vigilant. Another important plus for the supermarket is pharmacy which provides quality and rare drugs for the customers. Parking space is always a nightmare for the customers wishing to have a quick buy at the store.

I didn't take the items I picked up because I couldn't pay with cash. The sales girls were not composed and no good customer service from the lady that served me.

While on a visit paid for some over the counter drugs and my transaction declined (uptil now my Bank has not refunded yet, but am optimistic). Security at the main entrance needs great improvement as the Armed Policemen assigned to provide security cover are loitering around visibly and not on alert. The security Guards should manage thier presence. The parking area, at the right side of the wellcare complex is not well lit, with plenty hazard around. Overall shopping experience is nice, but the staff at the Pharmacy section needs Orientation, and training on customer service and relationship management, and also improve on thier COVID 19 Protocols

Good atmosphere, specifically went here for the croissant and I waited 10minutes to enjoy the deliciousness. The wait was unnoticeable as i window shopped. Liked the house hold utensils, outdoor products and good customer service.

Well stocked and organised. Staff were polite and helpful . Hard - to -find items were available. The Najjar coffee was at a much cheaper rate than other places. The ice-cream and pizza were delicious . Art wall decorations were not costly and I loved their kitchen wares , especially the dinner sets , wish I could buy them . I'm highly disappointed with the payment counter staff.My ATM card was used to make payment for purchases I made,I was told the POS network was bad,I paid in cash just to discover that my account was also debited, staff are very evasive and all efforts to refund my money prove abortive.Customers should be very careful in using POS, as similar cases like mine are so rampant in the store.

The mall in itself is great, but I dislike the lack of attention to detail. 1. The parking space is small and pretty much non existent. I witnessed an accident once, where a shopper's car (parked) was hit by another car moving on the highway. 2. There's no security for your bags. Don't ever come to this supermarket with valuables in your bag. They literally kept my bag on the FLOOR AND UNWATCHED! 3. And yeah, the security guards are somewhat rude.

Variety of food products are huge. Very neatly arranged and staff support is very good. During festival time they had huge collection of products required during festivals. Top floor is dedicated for Cook wares, furnitures like bed, sofa set, tables, etc, pillows, blanket, canvas, showpiece, gardening tools and children section. In children section, they have kid cycle, books, birthday accessories, greeting cards, toys, canvas etc. Parking space is limited. Mostly people are keeping their cars on the road or near wellcare, one side road parking is available. Parking space staffs are very good and polite.
