I had an amazing experience here. Staff is well mannered and courteous. The room I stayed in was excellent. I had tea or coffee with water as complimentary everyday till I left. The ambience and lighting was great. Food was excellent, especially their buffet which is 6k per person. The fish I ate on of the mornings had no taste and when asked they said it could be from the particular cook on duty. They had no menu placed in the room, neither did they place their services. It was tiring always calling to find out which services they had. Also make sure you ask for the prices of food before you eat. It is very close to the government house and accessible too.

I was there for a stakeholder engagement, and I loved the serenity.its so cool. The restaurant is clean with delicious recipes I enjoyed every bit of my food. The toilet are clean.

This is a wonderful place to visit when you need somewhere to relax or get away from work or home. The hotel is located around GRA, very quite and peaceful. The rooms are neatly designed with lovely facility, though it's a bit pricey but you will get value for your money. The security is nice and it's worth the visit

Grandeur Experience at this popularly known hotel. If you are taking “keke” the tricycle to get to this hotel, tell the driver Kano Central Hotel as they only know this place by that name for now. I have lodged here several times and it’s been an amazing luxury experience. You should whenever you visit the great city of Kano.

The hotel needs to work on the high handedness of staff (those in the restaurant) who are very rude and their behaviour does not speak well for the huge investment.

I was there for a business meeting and conference for three days and my stay was good. Services was excellent and had a great turnover time in response to any queries

Avoid this place. Stay away. Arrogant management. So called managers are always 'in meetings' when you have issues. Crazy thing was I paid a Chalet with a parlor for business meetings and my guests were not allowed o visit me as I was informed later the reason was 'hotel policy is not more than 8 people into one room' and after I argued that my guests are not more than 8, that arrogant manager changed his tone in saying'not more than 4 guests'! Never again in this hotel. All cold faces of the staff making you feeling guilty before you realize you are literally paying your rooms with unreasonable rates too! Wifi is not working and they were treating you like you are stealing their data

Conference halls are very large and well equipped with sound material

It is a good place to lodge, but with some silly policies of which you are not told ahead of time

We had a whole suite with a kitchenette attached. There were no plates. We asked for plates and they said they do not give plates. How can you have a kitchenette attached to a hotel room and you do not have drinking glasses, a saucepan, plates and a few cooking utensils? Make it make sense. Thags why i am giving 1 star for room and services.

I went there to see a friend who works there its a new hotel in nassarawa kano. Very clean looks like a house from the gate but once you get inside it's a very nice hotel, with a pool gym and dining area.

Nice place, seems well planned, good spaces around. Couldn't get a room as it was fully booked,(Sad) but look forward to returning as a guest.

My first time in Kano and I stayed at Bon for two nights. The service was top notch. The hotel is clean and properly managed, the staffs are very courteous, the food is wonderful. Would definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kano

Its splendidly beautiful. The area is cool no crowd no noises no congestion. Only the service aren't fast in restaurant, it might took them an hour before they serve u the order which they claim to be available. Second thing is mosquito around the swimming pool. If the management can contact me I have a modern, effective and safe solution to that.

This place has a homely feel to it and has lovely structures but first thing to note in nigeria is mosquitoes and it amazed me how the bathroom window had no net and the window was left open free for mosquitoes,bringing insecticide to a guest is a terrible idea when you can easily put up window nets. Internet service was appalling!!! My first meal that I ordered as I arrived was so oily though other meals weren't as bad.

This is a fantastic addition to the hospitality industry in the ancient city of Kano. Lets start with the location which is a choice part of Kano very close to Government House. The ambience of the hotel is absolutely beautiful starting from the entrance gate to the lobby and the rooms. The rooms and well spacious and also very comfortable with beautiful colours that are makes you feel at home. The staff are well trained and very courteous. The restaurant seems small and might not contain all guest when the house is full. It is among few hotels that I am looking forward to return.

Best hotel in Kano. You have the feel of home away from home here. Secured, serene, quiet, and heavenly. Their rooms come with the best breakfast buffet. I love the pool and the garden. They have pool barbeque every Friday evening. It's simply the best place to be. Location is 38 Lafia Road off Amadu bello way.
