Nice, clean, quiet and newly painted when I visited on Sunday 2nd October 2022. I had a situation where I had to check out of the hotel just about 3 hours after checking in because my host in Kano had reserved accommodation for me without my knowledge. After checking out I made a complaint for a part refund but surprisingly the hotel management made a 💯% refund of my money 😊. This is so encouraging and a tremendous gesture for a full refund rather than a partial one I know is beyond the hotel policy. The hotel manager did that to encourage future patronage and customer relationship. I will always visit Guest Pride Hotel whenever I'm in Kano for its impeccable consideration and hospitality.

The price of their room is unnecessarily high and not customer friendly.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay there. The room service are very warm and respectful. The servers are very customer friendly and the food is nice.

The hotel was very homely, nothing extraordinary. Price was good too, we enjoyed a 20% discount on the luxury room for booking before arrival. However, the road to the hotel was bad, service was quite terrible, and the toilet bidet was faulty.

I have bin so reluctant to write but I really need to write to encourage some other people. 85% reasons I used this hotel is bcos of nice reviews from other guest. It took me month to choose this hotel bcos they didn't have some other amenities I needed like gym and pool... but finally i decided to try them... and even though they didn't have all those amenities i was so impressed with their services the hotel is a reserved and clean one with excellent staffs. I enjoyed my stay and if you are looking for a cool place to stay while in kano... try guest pride hotel thanks

The manager and staff were very courteous and helpful. Meals served in their restaurant were memorable. It was more like a home away from home.

It’s better than your regular hotel, with spacious rooms and 24 hours power. It’s a place you keep coming back to. But can improve on the WiFi.

Rooms are good, food is Ok Ok, but wifi is not working no Speed in wifi and every hour it's disconnected, water pressure is not good whenever going for the bath waiting for the water at least 30 mins They don't know how to make invoice after taking payment.. Rooms and some staff are very fine

From the entrance to the Inna part everything shine, clean rooms well air conditioned, the kitchen is 100% /100%
