Imagine the worst possible hotel and make it 3 times worst ... thats malik residency. Terrible rooms, smelly hallways, basic amenities are absent and to top it all the dining area was so unhygienic that we skipped the free breakfast. Avoid at all costs. Better stay at a dharamshala.

Expected more from a delux room, still applauding my good sense to not book the super delux one, overall better than shady hotels or lodge. They have many rooms, although mine is a bit suffy as it is tucked somewhere in a corner on the fourth floor. There is a smell which I can't identify. Breakfast is complimentary with this room though, so that's a plus, about taste i will only be able to tell in the morning. So I had the breakfast this morning poha was just like homemade it tasted good, tea was great as well. As a suggestion, kindly give at least one drinking bottle per day for the period of stay. One more thing the sheets were dirt and room had spider webs, so do get it cleaned.

As i stayed here for 1 week so i am the ideal person to give the review Cons : 1- The rooms on the 4th floor doesnt get any internet connection so please be sure you check before you enter. 2- The foods you order in the hotel is not up to the mark compared to the price. 3- 90 % of the time the Elevator is off so you need to climb it. 4- It is mentioned that Breakfast is complimentary but you can only eat omlet only 1 plate for an extra omlet you have to pay. 5- The rooms are not cleaned upto the mark so i will rate 3/5. 6- Room No. 305 has an issue with the Flush so please do have a look. 7- In booking it will show Refrigerator but there is only 1 refrigerator in the kitchen(No refrigerator in room) so you have to give them to store it. 8- Complimentary 1 water bottle is also not included you have to pay extra. Pros : 1- The service of people is good. 2- The location of the hotel is good. 3- The staff are cooperative.

A cosy place to stay in the main market. Staff is well trained and very efficient. Staff has taken care of Hygiene. Parking of four wheeler is also available. A safe place to stay with family. Charges are a little higher side as compared to standard Charges. You will get a lot of options when it comes to experience the local traditional food at walking distance only.

Nice hotel. One can bargain for better deals. Check out for all facilities provided by hotel before you take room. Happy Stay.

Very bad experience with Hotel Malik, i will not recommend this hotel, My dore lock was not working properly even staff took 10min to open it even after complain problem not solved, Rooms are verry low qulity and TV also not working in my room

Great place to stay. Food is good with good taste n proper hygiene n great hospitality. Rooms are clean and are with modern facilities.

The location is good as it on main 80 feet road, the hotel have aging and not maintained with respect to house keeping. There is no drinking water complementary, even filter water supplied on demand, it is not available at room. Intercoms are not working.

I have attended a friends function and also seen their rooms. Staff is co operative service is good, lifts are available to directly go to rooms. Great experience

Economical stay but neither service is good nor hygenic. You can spot small cockroaches everywhere in room, common area and even near kitchen and serving areas.

In order to attend a marriage I stay there. Have a great experience in c/w hospitality and service.

It's good hotel on prime location. But room was not very good. TV was not working. There were loose electric wiring. They do not give free water bottles . Breakfast was good. Poha was very nice n tea was also good.

Nice hotel with a nice room (talking about the room I stayed in). But the toilet was a bit small and the room had some smell which later vanished. Can't specify the reason for this or maybe I got used to the smell, which is not very likely. Buffet breakfast can be made better by adding some fruits and eggs.

Rooms and room service is quitely good and hygenic and one more suggestion. Plz arrange tha table each and every room. Everythins is good and clean.

Me and my wife very happy to visit this hotel it's very clean and very comfortable for everyone you don't have to go anywhere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner they have own restaurant inside ,hotel staff was very humble,rooms are bigger with everything available.

Hotel with good location and sufficient fecilities but staff is not active (fail to prompt service). Breakfast start time at restaurant is 7:30 AM but actual time is 8:10 to 8:15 AM, Which is not suitable. They should improve their services and time punctuality for good reputation and future business....

This property is comparatively expensive with regards to the size of the room and amenities provided in terms of amount paid! The room was small and its walls had partial dampness! Although the room, the washroom and the premises was neat and clean. Overall a decent stay!
