It may not be appropriately priced for the quality. Average accommodation is outrageously expensive. There are more possibilities for dining out. The accommodations are not well maintained. The a/c room does not have hot water or a room refresher. Excellent transportation in congested areas. However, no facilities will be provided by the hotel's administration. Vwry worst experiance , i have never seen such kind of hotel and its owner and staff . U cant imagine how they are. Once u will reach to hotel they will assist u likw u r so mich special for those people but once u paid all the amount of room then their nautanki start they will not listen to you and they wilk avoid u and u will continuiosly call then for service but they sont picked your call and if u shout on then hotel's owner will tell u that they will get out u from hotel at midnight . They commit you for better service at the time of booking but after paymwnt they behave vwry roudly . My sujjestionis that pls never go to this hotel at any cost dont feel its in budget ,, go to another which is some costaly but u will have better better service . Very worst part of this hotel after 10 pm no any staff will be there if any mishappen to you then u will only the person who will take chrges .

i wanted to book hotel for me and my wife, the guy is on phone is asking for updated id,, explaining that my should be mentioned/written on my wife's ID card, what is this..? and treating as like we are having without IDs.

Restaurant rates are quite high, according to the quantity offered. GST EXTRA not mentioned in menu, but levied on the final amount. I ordered malai paneer, and they packed Shahi paneer for me, and when the restaurant was empty. Personally, recommended only when no other option is available.

Extremely terrible experience. There is very poor service and no hot water. AC Remote is not available. Overall one of the most horrible hotels I have ever been in.

Very bad experience They woke us up at 2am and were knocking so bad, just for the payment. They could have waited till morning at least for that. Also earlier when we talked they said that 2 day charge is 2800 rs and when we asked for the slip, they said that they can't because that will incur gst charges. We trusted them with the price but at 2 in night, they doubled the prices. Which is way more than the price that they have mentioned on the website. Just don't go there. Very rude staff. If I hadn't been with my family, I would have seriously lodged a complaint against them because of the torcher we had to go through. The worst and the most horrible hotel experience of my life.

Rubbish. That's what it is. Had to pay ₹1800 just for a night. For what? The bed had oily mattress. Bed bugs. Tiniest bathroom, which had the world's smallest basin. Absolutely no ventilation. One has to open the windows, which are covered with heavy curtains. Oh, forgot about curtains. Curtains were last washed in 1947. Trust me. And food? Ha ha. With that price, cross the railway track, head to opposite road, but double quantity food. Frankly, if it's not Kanpur, if it's Bangalore or Kolkata or Bhubaneswar, even Pune...people would nicely teach some lessons with Bata.

I am surprised with so much negative comments about this hotel. I regularly visit Kanpur and stay only at satyam and take all there services including sweet and food. Quality of food is excellent and service is up to the mark. Surprised by so much fake comments. I personally suggest not to belive in this and vist there once rest will be crystal clear to you. I recommend Satyam with ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rooms are very dirty and so small .bathroom is so dirty and smell is so bad and small also . and foods are not good and tv is not working and some food are not available like - tea

Very very costly food items, Tawa roti - 25 Rs, Tandoori Roti- 18 Rs, Overpriced Paneer veg and daal and normal quantity. 5 star vale rate and thrid class food. Worst service, too late in preparation and No taste just like a dhaba food. I never be suggest to visit here.
