Never prefer to book hotel raas again, my friends very horrifying experience almost damaged my day movements ,worst management ,parking at your risk, and food quality and sarvice not acceptable, they just know to make excuses, and how to loot customers in season time with there worst services,....this hotel has no future as management is screwed up, the event manager does know how to cry nothing else,waiter are like they came ODC from a slum,,very last no space to any function then also go for this hotel....I hope this will be a quite informative gor all the viewers,dont waste ur money.

We had our college alumni meet and had booked 15 rooms for a day last week. It was the worst kind of an experience. Although the staff was nice, but in view of absolutely unprofessional and callous owners/top management, the staff was looking to be helpless. Rooms were dirty, TV not working, Curtains falling down, no proper room service and poor washrooms. When asked for a bottle opener, was politely told they did not have any. In Breakfast they served Omelet, without bread as the stock was over. All in all this hotel is a big let down. Would not advice anyone to even think about it.

worst service ever. we stayed around 3 days but not get a single towel in our room. Facility and utility were too bad. Management just asking for money. they are always giving room on high price. a small size room @3500Rs. which is not upto the mark. however location was good. but restaurant were too expensive. a single cup of tea @80 rs and roti @45 (plain tawa roti). totally scammed

Yiur property is not just in a prime location, property is also built fabulously. Rooms are indeed decent. Staff members are well behaved. However You Food quality and service Needs big time improvement. Merely this one aspect can change the numbers for you guys. Good wishes. Plenty of menu options were there and service was Excellent👌👌👌 Friendly staff..... & amazing ambience😍😍 Homely atmosphere☺️.Food was delicious😋 A Special thanks to Mr.Abin for his amiable & amicable approach😍☺️ We are so grateful for the pleasant evening you have arranged for us🙏. We enjoyed really well. Spend much & more time with our family.💓💓

Rooms and space is good. Only issue is bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Very dirty washrooms. Else everything is fine . They just need to focus on cleanliness of washrooms

Place is so so, service is very poor. Light was being cut down during the function. Guest are so embarrassing. Staff was so rude.

This place sucks. The staff is horrible, specially manager named Bajpayee. They are crooks and keep changing/increasing the room rate even after you have booked the room and keep asking for more money. The hotel manager Bajpayee, is a crook and will fight and harass guests. Please find another hotel instead of going here.

ACs in most of the room do not function, the hotel is overpriced if we consider the amenities. It is just using the location as a way to justify th prices.
