We hosted a private event at Shree Ganga Valley & they way every small detail was taken care of is one that is unmatched. The staff & the services that were provided through the 2 days where we had 140 + guests staying was impeccable. Whether it be the creating a highly customised food menu or ensuring each guest is taken care of - every aspect was taken care of with so much precision. We would highly recommend Shree Ganga Valley.

Feels like you are in lap of luxury. It elevated the stature of my city in the snooty heads of my buddies from Bangalore. Undeniably, a massive leap for Kanpur. Scintillating ambience, splendid rooms, sumptuous food. The staff is hospitable & pally. Three cheers for Ganga valley !!

In all fairness it would be tough to write anything to the glowing Ganga valley property . It is so natural , genuine and serene . My sisters and besties came down from different towns to celebrate my birthday and noticed how heartfelt and enthusiastic this particular stay was ! The high quality of staff and management service remains intact and prompt at every single hour for us . Our utmost Suite was a gorgeous immaculate beauty to experience on my special day . We couldn’t have ask for anything more here . Lots of small things adds up to the best imaginable stay at Ganga valley … a bottle of wine for the late arrival of my guests at night after their long drive or flight . Attendance to our minutest details in rooms and suite . The sumptuously laid cupcakes , croissants, cookies baskets and platter in our respective suites and rooms for our welcome was one pure bliss. Not to forget the splendid dinners and lavishly well curated food they served all day all night . Oh it was one of its kind experience .Can’t thank you all enough for making my birthday the most memorable one .

My recent dining experience at this restaurant left me with mixed feelings. The food was average, lacking that special touch that elevates a meal. The flavors were mediocre, and the presentation underwhelming. Unfortunately, the service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, from the slow seating process to apathetic servers. While the ambiance was pleasant, it couldn't make up for the shortcomings. Overall, this restaurant falls short in terms of both food and service. Not recommended for those seeking an extraordinary dining experience.

Our stay was so comfortable and the property is fab. The staff is exceptionally professional and committed to the true principles of hospitality. They catered to us to really well. Cannot wait to visit again :)

Suggested this hotel(shreegangavalley) to one of our client for his sister's wedding..this is a amazing place for your events... They have elaborated food menu with premium presentations and 5 star standards service quality. Grand ball Room is best in claas Venue till now in our city..we are glad to have such kind of property in Kanpur.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 9am.we got to @shreegangavalley hotel super early and i didnt wanna wait. EXCELLENT property and staff was incredibly helpful most recommended

Family👪 Function.... We come here for a family function. The overall experience was wonderful. Hospitality staff food ambiance everything was great. Soft bar and louch was another cool place to hang out. Even the check in experience was hassle free. Specially mention first time meet with Chef Sanjeev Kumar was cooking delightful and yummy food for us.. Thank you so much for ( Shree Ganga Velly Resort Hotel ) Next Time Again.
