The staff is worst and deceiving. The hotel has small and smelly room. The rooms arent worth the price. Worst play to stay the hotel manager is a fool and has no ethics at all. My suggestion never visit here. No customer comfort is prior to the hotel staff and behaviour is rude

This is place is so amazing not by with ambience also by there amazing food and service, As this place is near railway station and searching place to stay with good food, then this place is recommended.

Don't book these hotels from oyo. For 700rs booking from oyo they were giving just an open cabin with just a bed and mat. Inspite of the rooms available they were charging 150 0+ for a room.

Neat and clean rooms and beds and washrooms in the hotel. Registered with go Stay and oyo hotel chains.. Worth value .. They have in-house restroraunt and food quality and quantity is worth to price.. Hotel services are good They provide wifi and parking facility and just 3 kma from T3 terminal and 1 kms from activity metro. Breakfast quality is something I see an area of improvement.. Additionally they serve good tea !!😊 Which is worth to the price. Other amenities which we get complimentary from gostays or Oyo I see an area of improvement from hotel end (Freshen up kit) + hand towell and room lighting ... I would give 4 rating out of 5 ..

I took Ac dormitory. It was cozy and clean. Management is polite. Room service guy is good. Washrooms are clean and water supply is 24 hrs. The food is tasty and 2 person can easily eat in the HALF quantity of any gravy dish u will order. Enjoy the stay 😊

Go at your own risk. Ac doesn't work in many rooms. If you can find a room with ac working, you will find the washroom gates are broken, linen is dirty and even torn. You get visits from cockroaches and their relatives as the bathroom door is broken. After hunting for a day, I was able to find one room where ac worked i.e. 305. I will never stay here again.

Hotel is ok. Room space is enough But room service is very slow. Cost wise ok ok for these rooms but their response to issues at room is very slow. Food restaurant is available at ground floor but you have to order at least half an hour before. Some of the things are not working properly like..TV cable service is not working in 2 rooms our of 3 rooms, water is not coming at 1 room, Gyser was not there for hot water. Overall average hotel. Location is nearby Kanpur Railway station at Ghantaghar.

Room was good. staff behaviour was also good but their menu price of chaska restaurant was high.

Prices are on the higher side. Rooms are of average quality. They do not have any windows in their rooms so they have slight odor. Hot water facility is also not there.

The staff was as rude as they can get. Never book this place online. They deny any connections with online booking. They even deny it to be an OYO. Worst experience.

Staff behaviour was so rude. They don't know how to talk to a customer. Be aware if you book this hotel through online app as they deny you check in. Pathetic experience.

Hotel is at a very good location. You can go anywhere in kanpur from there. Rooms are fine. All you need to do is to maintain the amenities like phones, TVs, showers and all. Staff's behaviour was fine apart from the old guy of Chaska restaurant. Food was more expensive than online portals. So need to revise the rates and keep it low.

A very good hotel for small stay. Place is clean and well serviceed. Manager is very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are smaller than usual but sufficient. They have their own kitchen which will bring food to your room. Price is average 200. For some menu items it may be expensive. Locality lacks general store or pharmacy. Walking distance from back side of the station. Even being near the crossing the rooms are quite. It is bit expensive in comparison for other nearby hotels but all services are good so it's worth it.

Average hotel near to the railway station, room was very small not at all spacious, AC was not working properly and neither the telephone was working. Even the bathroom was not cleaned properly, spider web all around the corners. They charged 1800/- which was too high for a room like this.
