The hotel is decorated in a traditional way. Comfortable rooms. Value for money. Equipped with basic amenities. Restaurant is there. Breakfast was complementary. A little more maintenance will improve the quality. Near to the railway station and the markets.

Clean and conveniently located close to the main railway station, if you have the courage and patience to travel by train in India. We checked in after arriving by train and eventually negotiating a cheap ride of around 5 mins to the hotel from the main station. The staff were attentive and our party of travelers had no problems checking into our two rooms. The hotel was easy to find and transportation to the centre of Lucknow was easily located outside the front gates during normal hours. Air conditioning was available in the room and a lot of effort has been made to make the hotel into a destination for events as well as for travelers. We didn't have breakfast as we had to check out early to make the train to Varanasi, which ended up being 24 hours late. Recommended for travellers wanting a hotel with the level of amenities of a 2 star hotel in Western countries. 4 stars.

The behavior of hotel receptionists are worst. They have no idea about the corporate payment process. No inter communication among the management & they begging the money to the customer like beggars. Inside room the facilities are not good. Foods are not value for money. Request all not to visit or stay at this hotel if you love your money.

Worst hotel. Extremely poor services. We booked the banquet for engagement and wedding functions, we had very bad experience in catering services. Food was not served properly. Management is extremely poor. Waiters roam around wearing just pants. Were drunk most of the time. When asked why snacks was not serviced continuously they started shouting at us. And blamed us for being half an hour late for the event. Moreover, staff in hotel is not women friendly. They continue starring ladies, girls and even small kids. Our guests were not feeling safe to walk around alone inside the hotel. One of the manager together with staff member stoop down to such a level that the started passing obscene comments on our guests. When caught he simply denied the fact and kept on fighting with our family and continued to walk around the place in same way, trying to touch the ladies. We got so concerned with the safety of our family members that we had to call police. And police found out that there is no record of staff working at the hotel. When asked about one staff member on duty at night the Staff told there was no record of the any existing employee. Kitchen services were also not good. A simple toast and tea was served in 1 hour 45 minutes. Fab hotels should reconsider their contract with Heritage hotels. We were ashamed of the services given to our guests and hence we will not suggest anyone to consider this hotel. We aim to spread the word so that no one faces the problems we faced for three days. If the hotel is already booked, please take care of your women family members. Stay Safe, stay away from Heritage Hotels, A P Sen Road, Lucknow.

The ambience is great and most-importantly, the taste of food is quite good. Indian and Continental Starters, pasta, and especially cocktails🍸🍹, all were good😋. The service was quick. All in all, I really liked this place and already visited two times. Will surely visit few more times. Highly recommended for dinner parties/dates/family gatherings👍🏻👍🏻.

Fab Hotel is the place which made us feel enthusiastic when we landed in Lucknow. It's close to the station, a 5min walk will take you to you destination hotel Fab. It has a great open space, a garden, a Terrence, a playing ground for children, a great waiting room and at last a beautiful room for you to enjoy. You could book a cottage room or a deluxe room to enjoy you stay. And if you could manage to get a great deal online from any hotel app you will feel you got a 5 stat hotel in price a 3 star hotel price. Easy to reach, near to Charbagh Railway Station. Service is just ok, budget friendly. Only one thing which we faced here, we had our room at first floor, and after a while there were too many monkeys and we couldn't go anywhere, as staff was also not able to remove them 😂. One of our favourite stays ever. We had a young infant and were from Jharkhand. Without any problems, they warmed our lunch numerous times a day. extremely friendly. Train station is close by by foot. They have both a space for marriage and a children's play area. The food is also excellent.

Paid for 3 nights, moved elsewhere after the first night, hard bed, grumpy staff, it appeared that they didn’t want us there. The one star is recognising the food from the restaurant was actually pretty good

Highly not recommended... Very pathetic services... I have booked the property for a function. The AC were not working. Even there was a power cut for more than an hour. The staff was not trained even the managers were not responding. It became very embarrassing in front of the grooms side. Kindly look for some other option the hall in front is much better in terms of services.

I stayed at the hotel during my visit to Lucknow last month. I liked the decor and the arrangements there. The food is also good and price is reasonable. Room service is Ok. It is located nearby railway station itself . Overall my experience was good.

Location wise hotel is good and also it is good from ambience perspective as the rooms are surrounded by a corridor where you can get plants and sunshine. They have created 1st floor with wooden deluxe rooms and ground floor is having deluxe rooms. Service wise staff is ok ok and they will hear all your requests. The thing that I did not like was when I checked in the hotel around 12:30 and entered in the room , the room was having hell lot of room spray smell which was hurting to eyes and nose. Event after 3-4 hours and opening the door and fan were not able to kill this smell and I had to live with it for my whole stay. Also I found that the chairs and stools were not as clean as they should be. Breakfast wise and restaurant wise, they serve good food so you don't need to go out and search good food.

Nice place, good food, good service. Am surprised am @ Fabhotel. Had given 5Star rating last evening as I liked everything here so I planned to stay here for 2 more days but FabHotel has to keep up to their standards... Just before sleeping I asked the guy at the reception about the right time to give my clothes for laundry. He said they don't have a laundry here but can iron clothes & give. Aha... So they expect me to wash my clothes on my business trip. Fantastic! FabHotel can never improve in giving services. Let it be Chennai, or Kanpur or Lucknow or any other city in India. Why have you'll mentioned laundry services in amenities when u actually don't have this facility here ?

This hotel does not deserve to be even rated as the quality of service is below standard. Room is too small if you have booked the cottage one where you feel to be in jail. Complimentary breakfast is third class bas only two options will be available along with oily Puri bhaji. No other amenities like dental kit or shaving kit will be given to you with a high price tag even. I would surely recommend this hotel if you are getting it below 1200/-. Even the menu card will not have several option and also the price is too high.

Hotel was modern and bright. Our room was clean and bed is very comfortable, and grounds were beautifully kept. and the foods is Very Tasty and all staff were so attentive. Quite a rundown place. Not worth staying... toilets broken, not hot water in the mornings. They will give different prices to different guests for the same room. All the ratings for this place are bogus. The place is also showing its age. The room boys will not offer to help with luggage. They gape at you and stay put..Best is not to go here. Extremely disappointed. Actually it should be lower than 1 star.

I stayed for 2 night with my wife. The staff were friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable. I found many better options in the menu card that my wife was looking for. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great stay with such a nice experience must visit this place.

Very nice location, specially more comfortable for children. Room services was not upto the mark (several time requested for cleaning, floor was dirty but service man avoided. Others services ( electric switch not function, hot water also not available in the morning etc...)are not up to the mark but rent was so high. Worst.....worst.....worst.....Most pathetic experience.... I strongly recommend to all....never ever stay here. Manager is so rude and arrogant... Bed in room was broken and making lots of noise... But manager said.. I am not carpenter. Worst food and he didn't give me any details like mail id, contact no. Of owner to share feedback. I checked in 7:30 pm and early morning 5 am, my train was scheduled. He and other staff did not even bother to go and see the bed's condition......

Very well managed. Staff is extremely polite. The property is very charming and very reasonable rates if you compare the location. The weddings can be an issue but they didn't have it during our stay. ( This also has wedding venue on the premises. )

Room was damp, unclean, sheets were damp and torn, wifi not working, bathroom fittings were lose and were falling of. Food is exceptionally high rated. Location also far from most of the tourist places. Only good thing about this. Place are staffs behaviour, nearby railway station, and outside decor.

I checked in and was given an extra ordinarily small room at the price of a deluxe room. The bed linen was dirty. The cable signals were too weak and the air conditioner was not effective at all. I was assured a list of facilities including a ground floor accommodation by Booking. Come but unfortunately I was given a room on third floor. I had knee problems so without a lift it was very difficult. Overall a bad experience.

This place is only 5 min away from charbag station, it's like a hidden gem in a crowded place like charbag. I hosted a party here for 120+ heads which went well location,food,staff all was good as per my experience. Although the rooms of the hotel was really over priced..

I have visited to so many hotels but in this hotel I had a very bad experience... I went for a wedding ceremony and stayed there 3 nights... The staff was unprofessional, cleanliness was zero, everything was so filthy, no housekeeping person came to clean the room and I had to call 2-3 times at front office for having the room cleant and was sent in after nearly an hour .... I would never visit again😑

Little overrated hotel. The only advantage is it's location to charbagh Station. The super deluxe rooms on the first floor do not have any lifts. You can hear conversations from next rooms as I think most of the walls are artificial. Cannot comment on room service as I did not order anything.
