Everything! The place is horrendous and disgusting. I’m surprised they even have a business. Room was dirty… carpet & furnitures were stained, seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Rain water was coming in through the window. I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels in. The Breakfast buffet was just okay, food choice was limited. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Well. Putting only a blazer dont make you a gentlemen. This is Radison and worst Radisson I have ever visited. At first they have a check in time of 3 o'clock. We inquired about early check-in and they agreed and then only we booked but person at the reception was treating us as if we have done some crime to ask early check-in. They made us wait till 2: 56pm . We are with whole family, kids and wife . Their rooms were shown empty a day before till late night in online booking app and even then they managed to say they are fully booked. Their check-in takes ages. Bathroom shower didnt work at all. ( Photo attached). Cleanliness is much better in some charbagh hotel then this Radisson. ( Attaching some photos). Door bell of Room didnt work. Asked room service and they ignored as if " let it be ". Never ever check-in in this hotel. Very small property with poor management, little choice over breakfast and that is even very poor. I dont know why Radison is downgrading its name having tieup with such third class Hotel.

Additionally, although the breakfast spread was delicious, I noticed that the same items were served every day. A bit of variety in the breakfast offerings would certainly add to the overall experience for guests staying for an extended period. In conclusion, the Radisson Hotel in Lucknow impressed me with its attentive and courteous staff, as well as its comfortable accommodations. Pathetic service the door the door doesn't work we had to stand out for more than 30min that to for two consecutive days. Basic things like napkins slippers were not provided. Absolutely bad service afrom a brand like Radisson

Will probably not stay here ever again. Even if given a room for free. The hotel is made decently but it looks like it has not been cleaned in years. The carpets are faded and filthy. The white linen has cream and the towels have turned grey. Where ever there is glass it's smudged with some mark or the other. The floor is sticky and dirty with food droppings, liquids etc all ignored for years. The rooms stink and food is outright the worst. Overall it's a property one should avoid. P.S they charge for empty plates, glasses and even spoons. I can go on and on about the things which need to be fixed. Just stay away.

From start to finish, the service from every working hotel staff member, tour guide, and both drivers was excellent. The genuine care and assistance from each individual to provide whatever need’s necessary was second to none. I am impressed with the food served. It was tasteful and preparation was very good. The staff is good but they don't have enough parking space to handle huge gathering. Live music is pleasing and rooftop atmosphere is nice.

A Top Hotel Brand in Lucknow. Good in every terms. But there choice of location in Lucknow is a bit surprising. Located at one of the heaviest traffic spots of Lucknow. Though : I was amazed with the Staff support. There was a heavy rush in a reception on 5th night. But the staff was too polite and helped family members. They tried to engage kids also and also offered hand to click pictures via mobile. These may seem small gestures but this highlights the training and quality they have been given.

It is one of the worst franchise of the group. The services are below par and it takes eons for simple things to take place. The price is similar to any other Radisson hotel but when it comes to providing amenities, please don't bother, either they don't have it or it is unserviceable. Better stay in some other reputed places.

Been to this place in July 23 for night stay while driving towards Noida. First experience is something which everyone recalls. It was a good experience staying here although was a very short stay. The cuisine was sumptuous. Staff courtesy was excellent, which would push me to come back. The rooms could have been little bigger. Wasn’t expecting small room at Radisson Blu. The toiletries available were acceptable. Would love to come back for a longer stay whenever I am in Lucknow next time.

I just came with family , and it was a super good experience. At the restaurant, Madam Priyanka took care of all the hospitality. It was a overall a super experience. Water was very clean in the swimming pool. Rooms were good.

Food selection was okay, would be good to have less carb options. Priyanka and Vivek and team made a lot of effort to make our breakfast enjoyable. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Location is not bad but roads are not pedestrian-friendly.

By mistake we made payment twice to this Hotel for a Corporate event, its been over 6 months hotel is not willing to payback the amount. Please be careful while dealing with them, not so ethical in financial dealings. Amount is Rs. 82,000/-

The location of the property is very good. The staff here is very cordial. I would especially like to mention about Mr Armaan who took very good care of us at the dining. The food is delicious prepared by chef Mr Chaudhary. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I stayed in Raddison lucknow in the first week of January 2024...my overall stay was fine but had few concerns. There was no ventilation in the rooms.. so it used to get suffocating even though the ac was on. They refused to provide the accommodation for the drivers. All hotels have dormitory for the drivers but they said that I can take a room for the driver in a near by hotel...which made no sense to me. They should mention on their website that they do not provide accommodation for the drivers. Food was okie but the buffet was always cold.

I recently stayed in Radisson for 3 days.intially room no 604 then changed to 612 but condition of both room was almost same.I paid 6720 per day, but sorry to say it is not up to the expectation, Rooms are really dirty, carpets are totally full of dust,refrigerator not working, washbasin chocked, flush system defective or I can say I felt it like ordinary room not feel like 4 star hotel infact ordinary rooms of oyo are still better. Soap for handwashing was bar like, whereas in govt public toilets also now a days soap dispenser with sensor are used. No newspaper or magazine with excuse of Covid by staff. Fitness centre was out of order and the dust coating on machines described that this problem is not a new one, from months it seems to be closed. Swimming pool has no provision of warm water in winter so swimming is also not possible. Bar was closed too as it was a party hall at the same place. So meaning is that no amenities working. What fun of paying for a 4 star charge when condition is pathetic. Breakfast was complementary full of varieties and lot of spice It was ok, but tea and coffee was below average. Those who are looking for only free breakfast can visit this hotel but if you really wanted a nice room and amenities the please look for other options. Staff in house keeping was cooperative and soft spoken no doubts, we appreciate the effort by House keeping Anuj mishra and house keeping manager Trivedi they tried helping out. Hotel manager did it pick the call on repeated calling and infact no visit by the manager on repeated complaint at reception. Very hopeless hotel

My last week's experience was little concerned about breakfast and room cleanliness. Variety and quality of breakfast was far too less than we normally used to enjoy before. I asked the manager on duty and they gave me reasons that several staff have moved out due to Corona and the occupancy is too low at the moment.

Worthless. Property is ok but very poor maintenance. Booked it for 8 days but could not bear it. Left on 4 days and changed room 3 times in this. AC not working, flush not working, lights nor working, etc.... Staff is co operative but have no option other than....change the room After full tired day, Everyday I struggled there for maintenance issues till midnight. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

Do not expect anything close to the normal Radission standards. The property is very old and in dire need of renovation. Rooms are outdated and the carpet looks like it is 50 years old. Front staff is inefficient and gave us an uncleaned room upon checkin which still had the previous guest's dishes on the table and on the bed. Don't expect anything close to what you are used to with Radission. Location, however was very good, pretty central and close to everything.

The worst place to host weddings. We made the mistake of booking our wedding and it was a nightmare. One out of their two elevators broke down and no attempts to fix were made. The night manager threatened to stop the rituals at 3am in the morning and demanded full banquet payments there and then. Terrible sales team mannerism and hospitality. False promises, no follow ups and shabby coordinations. The front desk refused us gst invoice. Must be due to some accounting fraud cooking. Book at your own risk! They just take advantage of their Radisson name and the Hazratganj location. Cheap, arrogant and unqualified people run this property.

Food was exceptionally good. Everything is fresh and as tasty as UP/Bihar. I traveled from Poland and tasted alot of food in the journey amd finally lamded here for the home taste 😋 The people are very courteous and Raj is one of them.

We recently stayed there for 6 days and was more than satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable and the amenities were good however as usual it’s really the staff that make the difference. The cleaning staff were efficient and friendly, Aman at breakfast was always smiling, Shailendra immediately helped us with our difficulties accessing the room safe & then organising transport and a day tour but our highest praise goes to Anika who was just wonderful in her advice, support in a challenging situation and general assistance during our stay. Everything related to food was really good. Vandana and Priyanka at the restaurant was extremely helpful. Though slightly disappointed by the quality of the room. My AC wasnt working and despite multiple requests it didn’t get fixed. The technician tried to fix it but did a makeshift job. The bed sheets had marks on them. Wasn’t expecting this from Radisson. Feels they weren’t prepared for the match weekend.

Staying in Radisson is one of the best decisions we took. The hotel staff was so nice and cool, I can't name any one because all were good that they even made my 2.9 year old daughter fell in love with them. She enjoyed a lot there, which I was concerned of earlier while choosing any hotel. But Radisson proved very comfortable in every sense. Nice staff, nice food, clean rooms and best service! We would love to go back there. I would recommend it highly.

Mr Rakesh Haldar served us at the restaurant very well during our breakfast. The tea was amazing with perfect blend of ginger and other spices. Similarly the bread pudding is a must try, Great hospitality with awesome cooperative staff.

Reaching there may take a bit time due to the traffic but overall it was good. 10-12 cars can be parked at Max without any trouble hence I would keep it in decent catagory. Rooms are clean, odour free and fresh. Services were good enough. No complaint as such but there's always room for improvement. I would suggest one should go for it and I'm sure one would enjoy the stay.

Excellent Awadhi Food 6 on 5 Rooms are excellent. Breakfast standards have dropped. Check in / out is always an issue.Their processes are poor. Internet is pathetic. 2 mbps wifi was available. Minus 5 on 5. Mobile connectivity is poor despite 1 mobile tower on top. Rooftop bar is not open daily.

A very drab hotel. Rooms are basic. Toilet smelt of urine. No bath mat or hand towel, and shower floor is slippy, used a bath towel as a mat. Room carpet needs a good vacume and a clean. The staff are helpful and do their best with what they've got to work with. The infinity pool water was a strange colour, the boards around the pool are loose and uneven The dining room is drab brown like the rest of the hotel. Only here for two nights. Would not recommend this hotel, we've stayed in much nicer hotels across India this month. Very disappointing for a Radisson, not what is expected of this brand

Nice hotel at wonderful location, rooms are spacious and well appointed, it’s just that maintenance is required and management should pay attention towards it. Staff is going professional and hospitable. Mine was a late evening checkin and early mornings check out, will plan a long stay to brief about rest of the points.

As it goes without saying that Radisson hotel chains are one of the best in the world with their first class service and quality living experience. Here, the swimming pool is on the terrace which is quite nice where there is also a smoking area. There is a gym facility also. Overall quite an amazing hospitality and living experience.

Stay was good because of the staff, rooms were clean, food was good too. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and responsive to the guests. I want to appreciate Garima for her guest service skills. She is really good at it. Giving 4 stars because we had to stay in a twin bedroom instead of double bedroom for the first night which was really inconvenient with a toddler.
