Very poor behaviour of staff reached on time had to wait for 1 hour still got response that person who does MRI has gone to do CT scan, others were prioritized whom they know. Staff saying you can complain wherever you want, as if management is under thier balls.

Filthy, stinking MRI room. Pillows had a stench. No fresh sheets. Very easy to get other patients diseases. Zero hygiene. Very sad. Carry your own sheets if you have to go there.

Wost experience ever. No sense of timing . Its been 24 hrs and i have not received my report . There is no ownership as well as no one to look after. One of of the best experiences ever. I urge everyone please do not go over here for any diagnosis. If you want to loose your peace of mind then please go ahead. It's a recommended place for MRI, however be ready to wait for long hours after you pay. Pathetic and limited seating arrangement. The staff here is overburdened with work. I don't blame the staff for that. And i am shocked at my government doing nothing to ensure prompt, dignified service to the patients. All due to shortage of mri centres in Kanpur. Huge array of patients from the nearby villages/towns. Government should ensure opening of more such diagnostic centres. Seriously if u are in pain/discomfort, you better arrange urself some assistance with regards to waiting for ur number. Good luck and may god heal us all.

One of the top frauds dont trap there. They make mms of girls while doing ultrasounds and other no female staff for that if u ask them they will fight with you. Illegal activities going on there.
