I visited here 3 times and everytime I felt the same 1. Service was A1, Staff was too co-operative and we'll behaved 2. Food was too good 3. Pocket friendly as comparative to price it's too awesome place to hangout with your friends and family also organizing birthday parties or Kitty parties.

NEVER RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!! I have booked this hotel The royal orchid through Goibibo with full prepaid payment. When I reached hotel they denied for check-in and when i asked the reason they said they dont have any info about reservation. They said we have rejected the booking,I didn't received any message or mail for cancellations nd said now u can contact to Goibibo.Now full amount has been stucked nd no option for cancellation.After wasting 2hrs nd lots of harrasment done by the hotel nd goibibo, finally goibibo shifted to another hotel nd given only 1 option which is very small room for single person only from super deluxe room to very small room.No other option either opt small room or wait for senior management call. When I have done prepaid payment then how this hotel is treating,when customer opted book at hotel how the customer will be treated by the hotel. Hotel staff was very rude and asking me to leave the property as there is no booking with us..Customers are just fools who trust these hotels easily. Stay away from this hotel.

Really disappointed with the event this time. So much inconvenience due to zero power backup. Complete night was gone. More than 10 power disruptions in event itself. Kindly work on arranging good power backup system. Not gonna recommend it.

I have never seen such a worst staff service ever. I would advise everyone to be vigilant about the stuff they order including water as they would unnecessarily increase the bill before informing and later will blame the customer for that. And the basic amenities are also not worth the money. Please beware before check-in and the fraud.

The place is good , well maintained with good services. The food here is awesome and not much costly and the staff provides good services. Just leaving one star because of its location , in the sense that not many people would be able to locate and identify this place as a restaurant due to its sort of hidden location. My recent stay at Royal Orchid Hotel was an extraordinary experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated to the epitome of luxury and impeccable service.

I visited it's restaurant only . U can visit unlimited times without a thought it's just superb no flaws at all, service, cost is super affordable an taste just yummm . Everything is so tasty, specially dahi kabab, malai chaap, noodles, honey chili potato. It's a must visit restaurant.

My go ibibo booking in this hotel Hotel owner denied to accept check in... Due to ibibo offer not accept... And very poor behaviour...

Hospitality issues.....when the manager himself is such an arrogant man how come u can expect something good....asked for the owner's no. to complain about it he denied to that also....

I'm really disappointed I dialed the hotel number I want to book a room in this hotel I told him that I'm going to book a room for 4th of July I have two questions first local ID's are allowed ? Which is mentioned in goibibo site second unmarried couples are allowed or not which is also mentioned in the site yes we allowed unmarried couple but I got a shocking reply from this hotel on call they told me yes we accept but in one condition let me tell you word by word what he replied (HINDU HINDU YA MUSLIM MUSLIM HONE CHAHIYE) I was in shocked what ? Law also allow 18+ to live in freedom According to the article 21 worst hotel I ever saw in my whole life hindu Muslim neta kam kar rahe the jo ye sabh hotel mai bhi start hogya what a shame I really get emotional after seeing this rubbish statement just trying to aware you beware with these types of hotel please wake up don't do these cheap things i personally think ye chote chote statements or mentality pure desh ke liye khatra hai

Absolutely correct place for a party or a small wedding even though it is almost 22 x 22 metre large halls but are sufficient for 130 to 150 individuals it is newly made nearby to the beginning of 2020. Service is a little slow as compared to royal cliff but are patient and a lot polite. I hope it would help you😳🕶️🤏
