As per booking amount is 699 but they have charged 999 and no any bill provided for extra charge.. Staff is so rude even they are controlling AC switch and make it switch off while I'm sleeping. all the review updated with 5 rating are hotel staffs. I never recommend any one to stay in this property.

If you are looking for hotels online, don't choose this one at all. Your online booking will not be considered there, and they will tell you to cancel the booking and ask for offline booking, which will cost you Rs 1000. Rest of the things about this hotel are fine except online booking. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the Kanpur railway station. The rooms are in good condition, the bathroom is clean and tidy. There is enough space for parking facility. I had tea from reception which cost 25 rupees, the taste of tea was good. This hotel is good for offline booking, just go and pay 1000 rupees for check in and the room is yours.

This is a worst hotel i experienced. Worst staff, they are fraud, i paied online while booking but they have taken payment again and many unprofessional behaviour. It is not safe to stay so keep away. I personally request online portal's remove this hotel as it doesn't deserve and spoiling Oyo name.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Worst location too. I booked through the oyo app and this was my first booking. Guest policy clearly stated that local IDs were allowed but initially they denied accepting any local ID. Also, they told that they have a problem because I have booked the room for the first time using first booking discount coupon provided by oyo. I was told to talk to oyo and go to other hotel. But then they accepted after insisting. They gave me a room and they didn't changed the bedsheets since last booking. They changed bedsheet after I went inside the room. The receptionist was very rude. The staf was also very rude. And at the checkout they themselves gave 5 star rating by taking my phone. This is a fraud hotel. Do not go there.

Room wise it is good. some earthing (current) in water from taps. Food is ok ok. The food menu was available and printed on both sides in English and Hindi. The rates were different on both sides for food items. Lot of confusion they are making. staff behavior is very poor. location wise also it is poor. Rate wise it is cheap. I have booked hotel online for some price. but when i reached the hotel they took GST additionally. This information is not mentioned by online team that GST is not included. so it is not fair because they say less price but eventually it becomes more. Bad experience

There are several reasons I'll start with the rate that is mentioned on oyo app is very less that they charge over there even if you have booked it. As soon as you go to the hotel the receptionist will ask for your phone and rate the hotel on his own without daring to ask and by the way he is rude too. The rooms are okay though.

Hotel room was preoccupied by mouse so i had to live with him . I had to cover there pillow with my towel nd pour half bottle of my deo in there room to make there disgusting room bearable. They took 200 extra to the rate shown only. good things about their room was clean washroom, comfortable mattress,working ac and tv.nd yes dont order from there hotel . I ordered yesterday and withing two hour loose motion started . Today i will visit to my physician
