First
part
Check
in-
I
arrived
hotel
at
11
a.m
.
Receptionist
ask
for
my
aadhar
card
for
verification
(note
only
aadhar
card
he
is
accepting
for
verification)
and
open
oyo
app
for
scanning
my
aadhar
card
after
that
he
rejected
my
aadhar
card
for
verification
saying
that
I'm
unable
of
scanning
it.
And
he
denied
me
to
check
in.
After
thinking
for
twice
a
minute
I
again
asked
him
to
take
my
voter
ID
card,Pan
card
or
Matrick
certificate
as
I'd
proof
instead
.
He
replied
in
rage
that
I
don't
have
time
to
talk
to
you
(saying
that
he
take
charges
(exclusive
of
GST)
just
for
assisting
their
guests
.
After
that
he
said
that
you
don't
have
aukkad
to
take
room
here.
After
calling
customer
care
regarding
this
issue
🙄
he
agreed
to
give
room
after
1
hour
saying
that
I
can
only
check
after
12
p.m.
After
an
hour
of
wondering
here
and
there
.
I
finally
came
back
and
this
time
he
allowed
me
to
check
in
(only
because
of
oyo
customer
care.
Second
part-After
check
in
he
alloted
me
a
room

.
Which
is
extremely
in
bad
situation
(
no
A.C.
no
T.V.
a
noisy
fan
)
Also
room
is
extremely
dirty
as
I
uploaded
in
my
video
and
photos.
Bed
sheet
is
extremely
dirty
like
never
washed
blanket
No
oyo
kit
provided
me
initially,
after
my
request,he
told
me
that
I
will
give
you
after
1
hour.
I
had
been
waiting
since
2
hrs
no
one
came
.
After
that
I
requested
again
then
he
give
me
1/4
part
of
5
rs
life
boy
soap
and
1
towel.
PART
-3
WATER
PROBLEM-
Approximately
at
5p.m
when
I
was
in
washroom
suddenly
water
supply
stooped
(
because
of
empty
tank
)stooped
.
Think
of
my
situation
what
I'm
feeling
.
After
waiting
for
30
min
finally
water
came.
Just
think
what
would
u
do
if
you
were
me?????.
3rd
part-
Receptionist
is
a
perfect
cheater🙄🙄🙄
I
pay

rs
at
the
time
of
booking
hotel
and
rest
I
opted
to
pay
after
checking
(thinking
to
pay
during
checkout)
but
at
the
time
of
check
in
,He
said
that
you
could
not
be
allowed
to
check
in
without
making
full
payment.
So
I
asked
him
to
pay
online
payment
but
he
told
me
that
If
u
pay
online
u
will
make
big
mistake
(
still
thinking
why
I
can't
pay
online)

I
pay
him
the
rest
amount
in
cash.
After
that
I
opend
oyo
app,
But
in
oyo
app
there
is
no
update
of
my
payment
status
.
Even
15
hr
of
my
check
in
no
payment
status
get
updated.

SWAPPING
OF
ROOM

I
found
that
in
oyo
app
my
room
number
is
303
but
he
give
me
room
number
402
(a
room
with
no
a.c,
no
TV
,dirty
room
refer

outside
food
is
allowed
I
request
him
twice
that
let
me
order
food
from
outside(zomato)
but
he
is
extremely
wicked
.
Finally
I
had
to
go
outside
for
breakfast
and
dinner.

know

am

believing
him
anymore.
I
had
to
depart
outside

lunch
with

luggage

for
shifting
me
to
another
hotel
but
because
of
he
did
not
updated
my
payment
status
oyo
agent
unable
of
shifting
me
to
another
hotel
saying
that
first
I
need
to
verify
your
hotel
of
ur
payment
status,only
after
I
can
do
so
.

Unsecured
But
I
request
her
to
PLZZ
not
make
call
to
the
hotel
as
I
was
feeling
unsecure
.Because
I'm
new
to
the
city
with
no
friends.
Finally
I
decided
to
not
take
help
of
customer
care
agent.

-
Again
no
water
As
I
would
have
to
check
out
in
the
early
morning
,
I
wake
up
at
5
o,
clock
rush
to
Washroom
founding
that
no
water
is
available.
I
complaint
by
making
call
twice
first
time
no
responsd
2nd
time
picked
up
my
call
but
my
issue
didn't
resolved.
After
an
hour
of
waiting
I
had
to
go
for
reception
.
Finally
water
came
Part-
10
check
out
time
I
went
to
reception
for
submitting
key
and
informing
him
of
check
out
.
He
said
open
ur
oyo
app
and
give
ur
phone
to
me
and
he
rated
5
star
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
in
review
(saying
that
I
would
only
allow
you
to
checked
out
after
giving
5
star
to
my
hotel)

What

is.
