Parking excellent. Easy to find entrance. Seated quickly. Host excellent. Service 3 out if 5. Ordered New Orleans seafood and mango tea. Food 4 out 5. Fish needed more seasoning. Potatoes, shrimp and zucchini Excellent. Mango tea was magnificent! Got appetizers after main... 😔. Server was slow but management and other staff stepped up. Recommend others to try.

This location seem to be dead for a dinner crowd but perhaps it was because we visited on a Monday. It took them a minute before anyone you seem to notice that I came in in to see me. The waitress was nice but I would have to say the atmosphere for me was not happening. I ordered new* menu item "roast beef dip". I will say it was not all what I was expecting. Small and way over priced. I also had the salad bar that had a lot of fruit flies or gnats around it. this is on top of not the healthiest lettuce or salad bar items setting out.

The service was good but when my food came out the cajun chicken sandwich was cold and the bread was tough and dry and the chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Also I asked for the salad bar for my side but they charged me 3.99 instead of 1.99. They claim there is over 50 items on the salad bar but there isn't. The salad bar was the only good food there that I ate. My mother in law got a steak entree it was supposed to be a 6 oz steak but was more like 3 oz it was so small. The steak was cooked good and had good flavor but not worth the 18.99 she paid for it.

We had dinner last night at this location with a guest. We had excellent, attentive service and the choice of a huge variety of fresh items on the Endless Garden Bar. I had the "Fit and Trim" salmon dinner; it was great. High quality salmon with just a touch of seasoning served with two sides of my choice. All of us were pleased with our entrees. We had the endless garden bar and added the soup. The salad bar was good, but they should add more meat to the bar so there is more to choose from than the watered down ham they had when we visited. The broccoli cheese soup was very good. Overall we had a good experience and a good meal for the price.

First time customer, never graced their doorstep. Lunch with another, both ordered off lunch menu, salad bar had lots to choose from, but some of their customers are slobs. They need to police the salad bar more often. Small bar area, so they serve drinks. Would eat there again.

Went to the 40 hwy location 2/26/20. Had coupon. Two of us ordered the half rib dinner with 2 sides. The vegetables were only warm, plate was warm but ribs were only room temperature maybe because we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive while it was most likely sitting in the kitchen unattended cooling off. One person ordered the pasta chicken. His food was not warm. There were plenty of workers and not many customers so not sure why it was lacking in taste, temperature and flavor. The restaurant was also cold like the food and I'm always to warm. I should give a lower rating except the vegetables were good.. Server was nice, place was clean but the food sure has gone down hill. This use to be a good place but something seems off as I have never had any issues. If I had not had a coupon I would have sent the food back. I mean the price was way to high for not even warm food.

Food was great. The other patrons were hanging out it seemed, caused there to be a wait. The other customers kinda dampened the experience.

This is one of only a few Ruby Tuesday's left in the KC area. And it happens to be close to where I work in Independence. I usually have a good impression, food is good, and I like the specials they offer from time to time. This visit was prompted by a special on their salad bar, which is always very fresh and well-stocked with a variety of items. Went in at lunchtime, about a third of the place was seated. I told the host I was there for the salad bar special and would like to be seated close to the salad bar. he told me he couldn't do that because the server for that section had just been seated and seating me there would be out of turn. I asked him, "are you for real?" It just rubbed me the wrong way that a section / wait staff rotation would take priority over a customer specific request. Just ruffled my feathers the wrong way. Not sure if the management is behind this kind of response. Certainly disappointed me.

A restaurant on the decline. It took a while for the food to come. The salad came with the main course, and the waitress seemed to be occupied with others. Also other employees were not to concerned about moving when blocking the path to the restaurant. Probably will never go here again.

Ask for Brian. He's a great waiter, excellent customer service! The food is tasty, me and my two year old REALLY enjoyed the sweet tea glazed chicken. It's a little dull and worn but the food and service are second to none.

I will return over and over again!!! First off the host on 2/10/18 was so welcoming, so accommodating for my family of 8 (including a wheelchair). Our waitress Haley was awesome, and every last bite was great! Salad bar , GREAT!! Manager stopped by to say hi. Overall experience with my family for sit down dinner was a 10. Good job guys

Nick was our waiter at this pleasant visit to Ruby Tuesday’s. He was very helpful with our order and finding best prices. The salad bar was fresh and filled. The fruit teas were really good too. Food was hot and on time. Thank you for a nice evening!
