The chicken that I received 1st was cold they said that it'd been up 10 minutes. I was told as they were putting down a fresh batch of chicken that it would be 15 to 20 minutes I went out to my car and came back. I was told it would be 2 minutes .they gave me my chicken which it was hot .I got to my car opened it up and it looked like they took some of the other chicken and dropped it back in the oil it was extremely greasy and and had no flavor. I cannot believe that is that they would do this after I after I brought the chicken back but that but that just lets me know what type of type of management is at this particular churches I am from Oklahoma City and was in the area so I will not go back

I have been here a few times. Each has been disgusting. The chicken is closer to white than golden brown and the fries and biscuit deserve no better companions.

Got order wrong at drive thru. Cashier was on phone w personal call talking foreign language and not paying attention.

Every single time I come to this place they either never have spicy chicken, lie to me about having spicy chicken just to get my sale, or never give me honey when I ask for it. The only drive through where I can’t expect decent service.

Forget my extra paid for biscuit every time. Today I pulled up to the drive thru and I guess no one wanted to take my order. I drove by and saw them all standing around doing nothing, almost hiding from me. Foods always great but service is horrible.

Bun was stale and the "premium" mac & cheese looked like it was packaged 2 weeks ago.

I used the restroom prior to ordering. The overwhelming stench seemed like I was in a port-a-potty rather than an indoor restroom with plumbing. It looked like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a year... if ever. There was no hand soap. I decided not to order food here because the (un)cleanliness of the bathroom might indicate the (un)cleanliness of the kitchen! I didn't want to take that chance. 🤢 I ordered a fountain drink and left. The cashier was friendly.

I ordered a 5 piece tenders meal. I asked for dipping sauce and ketchup at the speaker as well as the window. When I got home neither were in the bag, and the tenders were cold. I only live 5 minutes from this location. On top of this, the cashier didn't really speak, certainly didn't smile, and didn't thank me. I won't be back.

Like the many Church's I have visited, they are very consistent. The place was dirty, the staff were unpleasant, and the overall feeling was that we were interrupting their standing around. I had to go back and interrupt their conversation to ask for the drink I paid for. Once we got back to our residence and opened the box, the chicken was old and dry, and the fries were grease soaked and lukewarm. The apple pie was the best part of the meal. I won't go back should I visit KC again.

Man I went here for lunch (mistake). I ordered the 3 piece with fries 2 legs and a wing. I received 3 legs and a breast. My fries were cold when I asked for them to be fresh and crispy. Pulled up to the window dude wiped his hand down his beard and proceeded to hand me my cup. I mean cmon let’s be sanitary and adequate customer service.

Decided to stop by Church's since we don't have any around SoCal. I ordered the 2-piece meal. Chicken was fresh and delicious. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean.

Went thru the drive thru and they were out of almost all the sides they offer. And the chicken we got was dry like it wasn't fresh or something. I usually love churches chicken but this location I wasn't impressed with.

Old dry nasty hard in eatable...the Fry's were worse than that ....i spent 27$ for my family's and the kids spit it out...tooo greesy

Service was quick. Food was good. Jalapeño bombers were delicious. 👍

They gave me the wrong food and then rushed me away from the window because there was a line. Do better.

Don't go here the food is repulsive they will make their food probably a couple of hours before they serve it to people just absolutely disgusting at this particular location I won't say that about all churches Chicken

One of the worst fast food places I've visited in kcmo especially on 31st gillham workers are extremely rude food always greasy and no disrespect but they do not comprehend simple English. A freaking disgrace. Oh yeah they're always going to be out of something so don't go here craving anything

Excellent customer service. The staff here knows how serve good fast food and they recommended me things on the menu I never had that I really enjoyed.

Have loved Church's since 1st trip in the early 80s. Food here was good but was disappointed the inside dining was closed off - Really?

Went to the drive thru window @ 11:45 am. 1 person a head of us.my Bride had the shrimp and tender special I ordered 3 pieces dark special all thighs. We both asked for Fresh Food!! Her shrimp 🍤 and tenders were cold, Not warm! Sides were passable. My thighs sat under the food lamp long enough, the bones crumbled when I pulled the skin off, which the meat was dark,dry and tasteless, @11:45 it was very disappointing, especially having to be at a meeting in 30min.

Bought a 5 piece tender combo and the chicken tenders were not even room temperature and they were super tough like they had been under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. Sad that this place does not believe in making quality products.

My neighborhood chicken place, drive thru or eat in, chicken is always fresh, unless you get there around closing time, then you will not be able to get spicy, just reg....

Stopped in for some chicken on our way to a concert. We were totally shocked that they did not have any inside seating. We are past Covid issues so did not understand not having any inside seating. Food was really good and the service was good.
