I was here several times in December 2021 and January 2022 and LOVED this place. The staff were friendly, service was great, and the food was hot and tasty, the result of an awesome manager. HOWEVER... today was a quite different experience. I ordered as I sat down, having been here often enough to know the menu. After I had sat for 10 minutes I had to motion for my first cup of coffee. I watched as 3 other customers, who entered AFTER I CAME IN, got their food. I tried to help myself to a second cup, and found both coffee pots on the main counter empty, so the customers next to me shared their pot with me. I got my own creamer and sweetener from another customer, who eventually left because their service was as horrible as mine. I also watched as a plate sat on the counter. Eventually one of the wait staff tried to offer it to me, but it was not what I had ordered and I refused it. I have a sneaking suspicion that this same plate came out to me a few minutes later after the meat had been changed out because the eggs were rubbery, and the potatoes were cold. Since I had been waiting an hour already I told the waitress I would accept it if she could find me a coffee pot and bring me some silverware with which to eat it. I frequent this area, and am going to have to change hotels for my next stay. I miss Tamara, the manager I am familiar with, as she made this place very comfortable for me, and I could count on delicious hot food. Maybe it's merely her day off , and we all need days off... but...Green Mill you should make a change here...you're losing folks.

Don't expect even a quarter of the stuff on their online menu. I went there hoping to find some deep dish pizza, and got some seriously disappointing thin pizza like substance.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Read the 5 star reviews carefully... These folks are being nice.... Nobody works here..... For real, food is expensive, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!! I was informed that the restaurant was closed "due to repairs" But.... full restaurant services are available through the meeting room. I went to the meeting room and found the situation " described by the pictures attached" to be a vacant room with tables set similar to a cafe. Best described as CREEPY....TWILIGHT ZONE MATERIAL.....NO JOKE FRIENDS, NO BUENO. After 5 minutes the server showed up, she could not have been a more pleasant and kind individual, she showed the signs of being quite obviously over tasked. I ordered a cheese burger and fries (medium rare) ...(the server asked pink or NO pink) as well as cheese curds. I was informed that I was the ONLY Customer... this is important....please take note of that fact. 45 min later I was served my appetizer.... At almost $1 a piece the food was served as ordered. My cheeseburger came at 55 min after ordering, Cooked well done. The garnishes (LTOP) were concerning, OVERALL INEDIBLE, I DID NOT EAT. I will omit my conversation with the staff but somehing IS NOT GOING WELL HERE. I will NOT dine here in the future. AVOID! AVOID! CONSIDER TACOBELL... GO TO MCDONALDS, EAT SOME STRING CHEESE... DO.... NOT ... EAT... HERE.... NOTE.... Drinks were timely and delivered without delay.

I hadn't eaten at a Green Mill for an exceptionally long time, so I was thrilled to find one attached to our hotel. It took a ridiculously long time to get our food (in that way that makes you wonder if the waitress forgot to put in the order to the kitchen), but once it arrived, it was just as delicious as I remembered! If you can handle a little spice, try the shrimp diablo pasta. It was fantastic!

The actual restaurant is being renovated and so customers are being served in a hotel conference room. Not a great atmosphere. The waitress, however, was friendly, fun and made us feel welcome. Food choices were very limited and expensive. There was no way for us to order a small amount of food for a small price. While the food was good, it was just too much.

They are running a skeleton crew, but the food was so good. People are forgetting that this restaurant exists, but what a great place to meet friends. Support this place because we don't want to lose this place during Covid. Everything was clean and safe. Outstanding job.

Wonderful service, Lilly was really nice. The food was made exactly to how I asked for it.

For the time of night and the staff on hand, was a great experience overall. Food was good and the margaritas were on point.. Anthony did an amazing job handling all of the customers by himself with no other servers on the clock, and with an upbeat attitude as well.

This place has no clue what hot coffee or hot food is. The waitress couldn't answer any questions about the menu, they forgot half our order...the sad thing is there were never more than 5 people in the entire place the whole time we were there. I would not recommend this place at all.

Website says "award winning" pizzas. Ours was horrible. 90% mozzarella, crust underdone, diced ham instead of slices, no flavor, served in a to go box, no salads, had to request silverware. Cost us over $20 for the worst pizza we have ever had.

We were staying at the hotel and Called to order a pizza and the lady told me they were out of pizza and only serving a limited menu, so we opted to go down to the restaurant to eat. We ordered our food and 5 minutes later another couple came in and ordered pizza.

The food is good⭐⭐⭐. But they require you to wear a mask but don't provide them. Instead they tell you other restaurants to go to. And their menu is really limited. But are running out of stuff if you don't get there early. My waitress was Paola ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. See was very nice and apologetic for being out of things and for the length it takes to get food due to only one cook.

I arrived late to the hotel after a 4 hour drive. They said the kitchen was open for 30 more minutes if i wanted to grab dinner really quick. I called to place it to go once I got to my room and whomever answered the phone was extremely rude. I didn’t even finish asking if i could place the order to go before she practically yelled through the phone “NO YOU CAN NOT WE ARE CLOSED” and hung up on me. I’m not even upset that I couldn’t order because it was right before the kitchen closed but the poor customer service was uncalled for…I’ll be sure to get breakfast elsewhere in the AM.

I give the staff an A+ These young people was really nice to us. They have a limited menu, but the food was good.

Food was great, service was great. Quite impressive given one guy (Anthony I believe) was running the entire front of house. Great work Anthony!

Just left from standing in line for 10 mins while a server talked to customers and the place wasn’t even busy. Those customers he was talking to kept looking at us knowing the guy was taking to long.

Can't say if it's the best or worst food ever, they where never opened the entire time I stayed there. And yes, they were supposed to be.

The food is good but we had to wait 40 minutes with no one else in the restaurant. Also the drinks smell like and taste like pool water.

Normally it's probably fine, but at the moment the regular restaurant is closed and they are operating out of a small meeting room at the Holiday Inn with limited hours and one server. It's OK but not great.

I won’t even give this a half a star takes 45 plus minutes to get a house salad!!! The waiter refuses to open the second door to the conference room hotter then he** and I will say when the lady is working everything is running smooth no huge wait times basically it’s the gentleman’s fault 100%, here for work will be taking every opportunity to take this place of our list !!

Not impressed, the only plus was that we didn't have to leave the hotel as we were weary from traveling. The club sandwich I got was good. My husband said his steak was tough.

Wasn't impressed with what I ordered.....a salad didn't think you could screw that up ..........no lettuce just thick and tough cut ends barely any taste that made me want to finish the dish 😫 won't be back
