Support staff is extremely unprofessional and there is no proper management of them. We had an emergency and they were not providing wheel chair without NIC. I asked them to accompany us till.parking and get back chair but they refused. This is the situation of this hospital where even getting a wheel chair is not easy. Pathetic people.

Dow University Hospital Ojha campus is based upon discriminated policy, The Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors of all departments are not eligible they are not doing their assigned duties at regular basis and forcing innocent PGs to do jobs including extra duties, besides they run their own clinics, private hospitals and taking fully advantages of government perks , privilegs, salaries and other benefits. This pertains to special departments which are Anaesthesia, Gyne, surgery Darma and other hidden departs..

What a shame full , rude and unprofessional institution and hospital from top to bottom. Dirty , unethical and cheap observers. I would suggest never take your patient to this Hospital. They are rippers and after your pocket. They admitted my mother for 5 days for hip surgery and made bill above Rs.80000 + Medication + Surgecial and did nothing after 5 days Surgeon made us worried that he can't do anything and risk is 99%. On the other hand I took T.O hospital after that they did her successful surgery and Discharge her 4th day and she back home on her feet. ALHAMDOLILAH. DOW are rippers.... machine to make money.

Really bad customer service... they are thinking that they do tests for free..

They don't even know how to treat a trauma patient my father died due to lack of their knowledge they just make big bills and the worst part is they couldn't even find out the reason of his death first blood bank delayed to give us blood and their evil doctors couldn't find out the problem worst hospital in Karachi

Worst student practioners ruining people's lives, killing people under the name of treatment and only are there to make money! Worst savage doctors who are worst then ordinary student. They kill the person with their inexperienced experimental treatments, then take them for another surgery while the person is already dead making the deceased family pay another millions of rupees just to declared that the person expired.

Facilities are good. However the admin staff is rude and illiterate. They are running this hospital like a rundown government hospital. Almost all doctors, nurses, admin, canteen, janitorial , guards everyone speaks Sindhi. Even doctors will first try to talk in Sindhi to patients and their carers. You can easily figure out what is happening here. Mafia !
