Very poorly maintained farm house, don't get deceived by old pics on their website. Rooms are very stinky, no proper stove in kitchen, bedsheets( dariyaan etc.) are very dirty, mosquitoes won't let you relax or sleep at night, and top of all that no one will be there to resolve your complaints. The only good thing is their swimming pool.

Everything is fine but chlorine in pool is more then we expect. And there is no place for cricket. Grass is everywhere.

Shangrilla farm house is located in Gadap town. It takes Only 15 minutes from North Karachi to teach there and 5 minutes from northern bypass. Nicely maintained having air-conditioned rooms and cooking area. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Its a nice place to stay with your family and friends.

Absolutely horrible service at your booking office, we legit just had a mayaat today and the guy instead of offering us a refund (which he told wasn’t possible after we paid the advance) said he would pay us in the next life. His exact words were “main wahan doun ga”. It was absolutely horrible and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. This isn’t the way you behave with clientele coming in and giving you business, like we don’t have any control over the situation of someone dying in our family. Horrendously appalling, I have never been insulted and hurt in this manner before.

This is my fourth visit to shangrila farmhouse.. over all is ok specially its landscaping and pool with fresh water. Some little ignorance make disappointing about ownership and management of the farmhouse.. Toilet with leakage of toilet shower (picture n video enclosed) that make wet to user. 2nd the entry gate with very bed experience of dirty and muddy water (picture enclosed).. third, farm house staff use farmhouse as their path (rooms area side), even without shirt - that is strange, families and ladies were there (i strictly instructed him go away). When we booked the farmhouse then privacy is our primerey requirement.. many people go around feel insecure even my two football and basketball vanish when we woke up in morning, even complaint staff but not found, these were not small stuff that can misplaced easily... its feel insecure as overall..

Great for corporate events and all boys events than family events. Great indoor and cricket facility, decently large pool, and spacious and clean rooms, but had no swings for kids. Can easily accommodate 60-70 people. Better maintained but expensive than most the farmhouses on the highway road.

Not that good as they claim, sitting area has less chairs and in summer it's too hot to sit there.

Best place for families, small pool not available for kids, there are plenty of flyies in day time, Fumigation should done.

It's near by Humdard university location and management is not good they should try to make it better

One of the best farmhouse to have quality time with friends and fam. Rooms were air conditioned with good standards of cleanliness. Pool water was also clean and was of sufficient size. Kitchen was equipped fine. The lawn area was well maintained. Only downside is that you’ll have to care for your belongings. The caretakers of the farmhouse will continuously come for cleaning which will create a sense of insecurity. We lost our 2 footballs when we went there.

i visit there 15 days ago. i like it. ac chilled clean 3 rooms double bed with extra 3 metres. water dispenser. micro oven in each room wide kitchen gaming zone. pool is very good large and clear chlorine water. best enviroment.

A beautiful effort to provide the city with a lovely farm house but not maintained well. The bathrooms are disgusting. The rooms stink as well as the bird cages are dirty. Broken chairs. Not fit to sit with no cushions. The gao takiyay are rock solid. And the bedsheets n pillows stink. The pictures are old. The farm house doesn't look like the pics any more. Please maintain it nicely.

Worst farmhouse ever! We were booking a month ahead and unfortunately someone died. We asked for our deposit back and he said it was not refundable. The company did not tell us this when we booked initially. I would’ve given them negative stars if possible. Not only for this but their rude behaviour. He even brought religion on this ( exact words: wahan doun ga)

Shangrila Farm house Karachi is situated near northern bypass. It is dedicatedly designed with a contemporary countryside touch that will make you feel just like your home in a modern village. Make a plan to stay at this Farm House with your family and friends , I am sure you will enjoy the facilities.

The only thing I liked was cricket ground and pool other then that there's nothing to explore. All indoor games are out of order washrooms and rest areas are dirty. Not recommended

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a farmhouse that left me utterly disappointed. The staff at Shangrila Farmhouse exhibited the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that they had no interest in ensuring a pleasant experience for their guests. The staff members were dismissive and condescending, completely disregarding our requests and concerns. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in a supposedly reputable establishment. I would strongly advise others to avoid Shangrila Farmhouse if they value quality service and a respectful attitude towards customers.

Was good but the lights randomly turned off. There was mosquitoes and ants on the beds.I think they need new duvets and pillows that are like a hotel.

Average farm house for family picnics. Rest rooms are so dirty, rooms also look dirty at first glance. Grass was not proper cutters in the ground and lawn. Big and clean pool.

Great place for a leisure time with family. This Farm house consist on three seperate bedrooms with attached bath along with chilled A.C facility for the summer and warm weather condition. Seperate bath and changing area is located near the swimming pool. The pool has standard length with the depth start from 5 foot 5 inch and goes to 7 foot. Vast out door Playing area, indoor games included one table of snooker, two carrom boards and two footballs. Standby generator is install incase of electricity failure. Kitchen area is large enough to cook and have BBQ. There is no supply of gas therefore carry the gas cylinder along with luggage.
