The hotel is very clean and the service comes highly recommended. We come from Germany and are used to good service. The manager Owais is very knowledgeable. The owner Yousuf gave us excellent care and helped us with everything.

Haven’t written a review in quite a while as there’s not been any places that have made me want to write one, that was until i stayed here. It’s my first time visiting pakistan and i wasn’t sure what to expect when i chose to stay here, but i was very happy with my choice. Firstly the location of the guest house was excellent, all rickshaw and taxi drivers knew how to get there with ease and it was easy to visit everywhere from the hotel. Second the actual hotel room was top tier. We had family stay nearby in another hotel, which was pricier and considerable worse. The room had a very large double bed, a good sized toilet and a lot of space in the room for guests and luggage. The main thing and the best thing about this place was the staff. Never in my life have i received such exceptional and exemplary service from staff at any venue. From the minute we arrived at 4am till the minute we left the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and informative, everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place to any looking as they won’t be disappointed

The rooms are not clean. My room had smell of mould and mosquito. They were kind enough to give me another one, but having such rooms in a hotel says a lot about it. It’s on a busy road that is always crowded with traffic, very noisy surroundings. My room was adjacent to 2 water motors that work almost 24 hours and that made the room quite noisy too. Room service is lousy and slow, especially if you’re not on the ground floor, because I was told the staff got busy serving guests at the ground floor. My colleague had blood stains on her bedsheet when she was given the room. Again says a lot about the standard of the hotel. If you are on a leisure trip, it is okay-ish, but for work trips and meetings, the hotel isn’t conducive to productive, noise-free environment.

Cleanliness inside the rooms was an issue. Insects were freely roaming around which I reported three times but no action by the management. If this issue is overcome then it is nice, economical and centrally located place to stay in Karachi.

I am from Germany and visited Royal Inn Hotel with my relatives and had a very good experience in this Hotel. The Director and Management are very professional and helpful. The recommendation and arrangements reached till Belochistan. But the top of everything was the Hygienic. It was even cleaner than the hotels in Europe.

Staff is compromising and supportive. There is some issue for the food, but nearby there are good eating places like pizza hut, KFC, Karachi Foods, Dehli Sweets, Fresh juice shop. Almost every bank ATM/Branch exist nearby. Mart/Supermarket is bit far, small corner shops exist.

The staff was very courteous with positive energy. Hotel was cleaned through out and most amazingly kitchen food was really fresh and professionally cooked. The managers very well informative and well educated have the sense of serving guest. I will recommended this hotel for families and professional especially overseas travelers

Royal Inn is centrally located . Extremely comfortable for long stay for overseas travellers visiting family in Karachi. Excellent staff that ard very responsive and co operative. Their manager Owais Kashif and driver Rashid are very caring and humble . The bathrooms are a bit small but rooms are large and comfortable. We stayed in a suit for three weeks and had no complaints. Very clean secure and very decent staff and owners . I would highly recommend this hotel specially for families looking for long stay. Better than Airbnb . Great guest house. Great staff very helpful. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay very comfortable. Will definitely go back to stay when we visit Karachi again.

This hotel is safe and trustworthy. I stayed here for a day. Their service is very good and you can get anything by asking the waiter. Although this hotel is not cheap but it is not too expensive and it is worth the price as compared to the service and quality of the room. The few problems I had are the Broken Taps in some Restrooms. Still it is worthwhile and Trusty.

Though I booked this place for my guests, but as per their experience and my observation, found this place really good. To me it's good value for money. This is somehow like 2 or 3 star hotel. Hotel is neat & clean with cooperative staff. There is no ramp in main entrance but there is small sharp ramp inside the inner gate. Not accessable for handicap people.

Hi, so the overall the stay at the Royal Inn Hotel Karachi was very nice.. the manager Owais was very good and kind and was there for any help you need. I arrived in Karachi and wanted to go to the Mövenpick Hotel but they had a technical issue so my reservation was not found which was very frustrating.. luckily I found Royal Inn Hotel and I was very happy to stay there.. room was clean and total privacy. The service was nice and again the manger owais was outstanding. I will definitely consider to stay again when I'm in Karachi.

From outside the looks of the guest house are ordinary but from inside it seems very nice, the rooms are very neat & clean. I stayed in executive room. The service I received was 5 star. Duty manager Mr Owais & Hamza including all service staff were super supportive. I would definitely recommend this place for people looking for hospitality & 5 star treatment.

It doesn’t seem to be marvelous place from outside but in fact is really comfortable, clean with big rooms guest house. Bathrooms are a little bit small but very clean. The air conditioning is working perfectly all the time without any interruptions (if you know Pakistan you understand what I mean).

Suitable guest house to live for few days. Rates are negotiable but single room size is comparitevly small. Sofa system makes them small otherwise things are OK. Staff is good and professional.

We checked in very late around 2pm but the services were excellent. Bell boys helped us with the luggage and manager checked us in in no time. In the morning we missed our breakfast time but on special request we were served with good breakfast in our room. Manager Owais was specifically very helpful with our stay.

We stayed in Royalinn almost for 3 weeks. We organize a dholki function and couple of lunch in basement hall of the hotel. The best thing of stay was the services provided by the management and supporting staff. On all the occasions rhe the hotel staff provided excellent service. The room was adequate, though I found it to be just normal without any standout features. However, the room service was commendable and made my stay more enjoyable.
