Staff was cooperative and friendly, it is good place to stay if you don't wanna spend too much money, i did not find any big issue with the place, very good location.

I have spent over a week at Patel Residence and I can genuinely recommend it for comfort,safety and excellent value for money. Location is just 'off 'one of the main roads in Karachi's P.E.C.K.S. neighborhood, different food choices can be found in the area as well as plenty of ATM machines. From here you can easily reach downtown Karachi by a short Uber ride (around US1.50) or by hopping on one of the many inexpensive,colorful,friendly local buses stopping nearby. The residence is strictly guarded 24 hours - staff were kind, helpful and quite flexible with my various requests. Rooms are sunny, comfortable,clean and spacious with lockable closets, fridge and a few other thoughtful touches. WiFi, cableTV, hot water and air conditioning all worked fine as well. I would certainly stay here again.

One of the best experience i have ever had i lived 45 days for my child treatment all staff is fully cooperative and supportive. Food and all groceries item and a masjid is available on a door step come here and make your stay more comfortable. 👍

Budget friendly guest house in the heart of Karachi. 20min drive from Airport. Left my earphones there, when I called, the staff was very kind, checked the room and called and asked me to collect. Many thanks !

Located very conveniently in PECHS near Lal Kothi and Nursery stop ( Shahea e Faisal). Rooms are spacious, but the furniture and fixture is dated. Bathrooms were pathetic. The best thing about this guest house is customer service. Abdul Ghafoor and his team never say No to customers. Very polite and very very helpful staff.

It is a nice place around an easy accessible location. Their online rates are very affordable. Staff is also very helpful I enjoyed my stay there. Place is almost on the Shahrahe Faisal that has no comparison.

Overall it was a smooth experience. From booking to checkout, they had a smooth process. Their owner is very co-orporative and tries best to bring ease for all customers. Would rate their hospitality 9/10 but they need to work on hygiene practices.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with full family & guests and booked 3 rooms. VERY VERY co-operative staff and helped us in every way possible and even gave us some discount also. Will definitely stay at this place again when we visit Karachi again. Regards
