So after visiting their neighbours (Shaheen and Shandar Shinwari) we went to Shahid shinwari for the first time. And it turn out to be pretty much average. The taste was nothing much special. We order the following stuff: Chicken Bihari Tikka Afghani Beef Boti Special Chicken Makhni Handi Mutton Karhai Brain Masala With Paratha, Chapati and Salad. Mutton karhai taste was good but it was very much oilly. Afghani boti can be improve by adding soft ones. But the masala came with the botis was exceptional! Makhni handi taste was quite tasteless and nothing special about it. Parathas were greatly cooked and brain masala was tasty too. Sitting arrangement for boys is traditional as there was simple wooden takhats. There were only 2 untidy washrooms which need improvements. The dining for boys is average and there were no stairs except that one single cement block. Management need to work on their professionalism if wants to compete in a location like KARACHI!

I visited for dinner with my friends. We are delighted by the authentic Makhni Karahi. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive. The service was fine too. We are the annoying customers but their staff dealt with us very calmly. We were 4 people and we ordered Makhni Karahi & chapli kabab with garlic and roghni naan and the quantity was just ok. I guess they decreased quantity of karahi. Everything was fresh and delicious. I'd love to visit again. Its a nice place for gathering and for desi food.

Chapli kababs are a must have. the food is good but in mutton karahi there were more bones than meat. Overall it was a good experience.

the Afghani Kebab was very good. also the behari boti was great. I found the Chapli Kebab a bit on the spicy side however it was definitely tasty. we went for chapati however I would recommend Naan for the chapli Kebab and to dip it in the raita which was delicious. overall great experience.

Their Chapli kabab is quite good. Tikka is really tasty. And white makhni karahi is just average and red karahi is also average.

Mashallah Zabardast Karachi, Chicken Tikka is also tasty Puri paratha size too huge and tasty. Also fish n Chips is very very yummy.

We attended an envent in the basement. The setup was congested, feels like javed nihari at peak hours. Karhai was good, biryani just ok, kheer was 6/10. Overall food was 50 50 in taste. Service was not up to the mark. They even switched off the fans after 11:30 😑

Tried the place first time. Outdoor, takhtt-style sitting setup. They also have family room which I didn't see as we didn't go as family. Ordered their special mutton karahi, dry karahi and Afghani boti and Kata-kat - this was scrumptious. Overall food quality was good with swift service. We went on a weekday. Not sure about the service on weekends. The manager even came by to inquire about food and service. Cleaned it all up with amazing green tea and gurr. Def. Going again.

Restaurant and food are good, but it's very disappointing to see that a person to welcome you or (doorkeeper) dressed like a Mughal Empire with a sword. Their dress was the symbol of Respect and Highness. (This act is not funny) I can't understand what the management of the restaurant wants to show? They are making shame of our Respectful Nobel Families. (This must be change). Many other restaurants are doing like this, sometime they dressed their doorkeeper with Shimla (a high rise turban) which is also the symbol of high respect, with this act they are making shame too.
