Absolutely unprofessional and may I say, greedy management. Don't go by fake reviews. Avoid this place at every cost. The Review: I booked this guest house on booking.com for December 17-18 for one night. I was staying at another place in Saddar Karachi and decided to stay here for a night as I had some work to do in PECHS. Once I had checked out of my hotel in Saddar, I called them to ask for the guest house directions as I couldn't find them on careem app. The person who picked up their number +923309653888 said 'Good thing that you called before you came. We don't have any availability.' I was quite shocked. I told him that I had already checked out of my existing hotel and I had a confirmed booking with them which was made via booking.com on December 14th. The person on the other end sarcastically said 'Did you pay for the booking?' while knowing fully well that on booking.com there is no such option for this property and one has to pay at the property. I told him that there is no such option on booking.com. So he simply said 'yeah I know and try another place, we don't have availability.' I was shocked at the unapologetic and rude attitude of this place. I have zero doubts that they have intentionally set up the 'pay at the property' feature on booking.com so they can ensure that they have sufficient bookings available at their property but if someone books directly with them, not only do they conveniently cancel the Existing bookings, but they also don't bother to inform the existing bookers. Booking directly with them also ensures they don't have to pay 15% to booking.com. To me this was a horrendous experience as I had to pay much higher charges to another hotel because I needed a room for the night as due to the last minute need, most places were full. This is a typical unprofessional attitude of businesses in Pakistan and I can't thank God enough for leaving Pakistan many years ago. I feel sorry for Pakistanis who have to deal with such unprofessional people all the time. If you're a potential guest, please do yourself a favour and stay the heck away from these unprofessional, rude and greedy folks. You'll thank me later.

This place doesnt exist, but some how theres fake reviews for it. And accross the road diplomat in says its part of karachi guest house… but suppose to be accross road. Please be aware of the reviews for this hotel as its not where it suppose to be. Diplomat inn staff are friendly…. But theres something dodgy and fishy about saying that karachi guest house has changed it name. Be aware and if having laundry done don’t get them iron, as they will burn your clothes.
