Dr ambreen is very unprofessional and careless as she is irresponsible about her patients. I was her patient both the times I was pregnant. The first time she left for holidays knowingly I was about to give birth, she left me to be handled by another doctor which made me quite worried and I had to discontinue with the hospital. The second time I gave her another chance which went the same except that I was operated by her but her cut was huge which left me to suffer for months in pain and agony.. I complained and nothing happened instead the employee nurse or whatever she was blamed me instead. I was in pain and I didn't got a proper treatment plus Dr ambreen didn't even bothered to ask me if I had any problem or I needed any extra medical attention before they discharged me. The staff is mostly rude and ignorant. They force you to keep moving no matter how much pain you're in. They are supposed to know that everyone's pain is on different level and a patient is right when she says she's in pain and couldn't move herself at all.. they charge you way too much but in the end all you get is a very cheap package that containes all the stuff that you need in the hospital but the cheapest and low quality stuff.. they don't even let you bring your own stuff and let the newborn bathed and wrapped in just a sheet sleeping in a very chilled air conditioned room knowingly it's dangerous for the child. Wouldn't let you feed the kid the formula milk even though your unable to breastfeed and the baby keeps crying of hunger. Being professional isn't what they show off of, I've lived in Dubai forever and know what being professional actually looks like..

I'll give them 0 stars if possible. The reception lady inside ultrasound area was providing redicilous services. Her behaviour and way of talking was unacceptable. We reached at lab around 10'o clock morning and we paid and my wife was waiting for her turn after 2.5 hours. They checked and they tell to my wife this ultrasound is not clear you have to drink water and wait more 2 hours again for your turn or you can pay again 1900 and go to blood check room etc. Which is on right side when you will enter. Means that if we will pay so they will check straight away if not then we have to wait two hours. They are such a stupid guyz sitting over here. We came at 10 am and at 1 pm they are telling my wife to wait 2 hours again. This was first and last time. I'll prefere essa labortary or remaining....

Aga Khan Hospital Janbai branch is great. Their services are good just but expensive. Their staff is cool and behaves politely with patients. They also have laboratory and lab collection here in this branch. They also offer discounts for needy people up to 30% maximum after asking them some questions about their salary, number of people in their home, etc.
