😐 Building is well furnished. But staff is very slow. And take a lot of time to check things. It literally take hours. If you go for a checkup or anything. Make sure you have 4 5 hours to spare. Some of the staff is very disrespectful. While some will guide you through. But in the end, you will spend... One of the best hospital in town with most modern facilities and well trained staff. Unlike others it's not a rip off and the cost of any treatment is very reasonable. Neat, clean environment in a well built infrastructure.

I had my baby here. 125k for scissor. 75k normal.

I’d always heard about MMI. But when I visited the hospital, it was exceptional. The environment, cleanliness and above all is their policy of being easy upon pockets. I’ve been to such a hospital after Aga khan. I really appreciate the Sindh Government’s efforts.

Farhana in billing department is corrupt person, She misbehaves and lies alot. She charged me 1day extra general ward bed charges even though we never used that bed and told them we want to cancel it and we were put into waiting list for semi-private ward which was allocated to us after 16hrs of wait. I complained about her to Dr Mansoor. And will complain to CEO of MMI Dr. Malik Waqar Ahmad but I think its of no use because if management is good they won't have these kind of misbehaving and corrupt subordinates.

The services of hospital are not poor, rather they are worst and pathetic. I faced consistent issues right from appointment to admission and then for discharge of my wife. The person sitting on reception was not even giving me the appointment knowing the patient is in pain. I requested a lady doctor who intervened for acquiring the appointment. Till then I remained requesting the staff and doctors. The processes of hospitals are very weak and I observed several families complaining to the staff. I would not recommend anyone for the hospital. The only good thing of the hospital is good housekeeping.

Becareful from going to this hospital, poor staff behavior, less staff, calling for details on one attending calls, they only care about money. Don’t take your loved one to this hospital for gyne and delivery. You will find better hosp than this. Poor management of this hosp. Staff doesn’t know much about anything. My wife was going for normal but later they said its c-sec bcz something obvious they will say. I wont visit again ever.

Bit expensive than dow. But their management system is good, they have installed good info management. Fee is higher side but i don't think their doctors are much capable. Parking ia free and wide. If you have company offered medical facility then its a good choice.

Assalam o alikum, I do really know like your hospital alot related to cleaning and maintanance and some other doctors are really great. But i am sorry to say your almost doctors related to gynecologist are not performing there duties properly, They give appoinment but take vacation on the same day It happened with me 3 time back to back . There duties started at 9 am but till 10:30 am doctor not available and we donot know either they will come or not. Specially your DOCTOR SHAGUFTA TAHIR MASHAALLAH have much experience but you have to think about it why peoples are not visiting her , as compare to other gyne doctors, dr.shagufta tahir have zero patience because she always late mostly not available on time, DR. SHAGUFTA TAHIR GYNECOLOGIST IS NOT PRACTICING PROPERLY You really have to think about it , Really disappointed

It used to be a very nice hospital but from last couple of years I have observed that their service level is in consistent downtrend. OPD: They need to improve OPD management. From last 6 months, the average OPD waiting time is increased from 15 minutes to 2 hours. They shall also reinstate their old OPD online appointment system. Earlier we were able get online or telephonic appointments but now they have stopped it. EMERGENCY: Earlier they used to have good doctors in emergency at night but now they do not have competent emergency doctors at night. INPATIENT: Very good and recommended.

My mother kaneez fatima consulted Dr M.A Ebrahim diabetes OPD. We have been there before and recommended that dr to other family members also. He prescribed medicines that day. My mother went again for follow up after few days of initial consultation. She just asked him regarding whether consultation fees is there again as she is just there to show him her few days of sugar record. DR started scolding her and misbehaving with her then tell her not to come here again.. She was not misbehaving with him. She just asked a question but the way he reacted was so bad. He literally told her not to come here again. You just lost a regular customer. Hopefully dr will be held accountable for his behaviour. He is the worst person I have ever seen. Because of this traumatic experience my mother does not want to see any doctor again

Third class hospital for emergencies. Doctors and paramedics are not trained to deal with cases. Paramedics are rude as well. Either standard of emergency treatment may be improved or hospital may be banned from treating people . My father was passed away . Before one month Doctor said first fill the foam then

There staff in pharmacy is pathetic, I have experienced it twice that they took more than half an hour to provide me the medicines I need. Every now and the people get furstrated and starts complaining to them but the staff works in the same sluggish and rude manner. What maximum they do promptly is to quarrel with each other or with customers. Since 2-3 years I haven't seen improvement in their pharmacy staffs performance

My husband got his Covid test done and they said the results would come out the next day at 4. I kept checking online and there was no update. I called up and after 10 calls I got to talk to an extremely high handed and unapologitic operator who said I should wait till the next day. I still havent received the report and nobody is picking up my calls. Highly unprofessional staff and incompetent!! If I had the option of giving a 0 star rating, I would definitely give them one. Please dont get you covid tests done from here!

She your family from trouble just because you want to save some money. Highly not recommended for maternity services. They are fraud i was over billed by 35,000 which upon my concern they removed after some harsh arguements

The child emergency is very disappointing , what does the ambiance and cleanliness means when you doesn't even have an ear apparatus to check ear pain in child emergency ? I just took my child to another hospital just because they failed to diagnose the reason for extreme child cry and simply charged for giving normal advice. An advice doesn't solve an emergency case . ER visit : 20Jan2022 Time :7:00am

If you love your family, never consider going here specially if you think you are going to save any money. They delay and postpone emergency cases for increasing bill. The doctors are incompetent. I am a medical student and so I can say that two cases of my family members were extremely mishandled and one of them died in this hospital. The other had an appendix issue which was diagnosed at AKU but MMI doctors delayed Appendectomy by so many days and then eventually did it causing pain to the patient and unnecessary trauma to the family. Please dont go to this hospital!

Specially on customer handling with behavior control there are repeated issues you can see in reviews. Front counter dealing, ward Staff and doctors both should be like problem solver and guide for broken patient families. Its the HR, admin and Quality Assurance failure if they can not communicate their organization mission. They should work on improving review

Hi. My sister went for a consultation regarding pregnancy analysis in your hospital. Dr. Mehwish Fatima was super unprofessional with her colleague (who came for consultation). She was disrespectful, argumentative, and obviously unprofessional. I just don't get one thing How can you treat your own colleague like that (who came to you for consultation)? When a person is going through a rough time you are supposed to be there motivation not scold them or use unprofessional language. The rule is simple please respect others if you want to be respected. Do not treat your patients like that. One thing is for sure your staff needs training. Obviously, they got degrees from private medical universities on self-finance but they are not educated. Enough said Regards Saad

I would nor recommend going to the doctor named Abdur Rab, very rude and misbehaving. Didn't treat the patient with respect. Got very rude after the patient asked about the medicine detail ,left the room to check on other patient while we were still in session. When we kept asking about the medicine, the reply was "it wont show any negative reaction" and got up opened the door and said you can leave your time is up. This is such pathetic behaviour for a Doctor. Would not recommend any one going to memom hospital and getting this guy as your doctor.

I am adding my review here so that i can aware others, please read carfully and then decide to go. i went to mmi to check up by DR. MEHWISH FATIMA" (gyneacologist) . first of all i have been to so many gynea before too but she is the most ignorant doctor i ever have experienced. she was very rude arrogant and ignorant. she had an assistant that gynea usually have. but i never saw any other gynea treating them bad. when i entered she didnt ask me any thing just tell me to lay on bed for checkup. i laid there. then they both came there. she stood far away and stared to scold her assitant to take sample for pap smear test. she didnt came even closer to see stood far away and scolding her. so the assistant was scared she started to take samply from my vagina . she did it so harshly that that it started to bleed inside. and i am still having bleeding. its my 2nd day with this. back to the topic. she then just wemt away from there and didnt bother to ask me anything while checkup. i have a pimple that i wanted to get checked when i asked her i called her loudly that please check my pimple so she again came standing far away and asking her assitant to check. and her assistant that was already confused and scared checked and she didnt feel the pimple that i can feel every day everytime .and she very carelessly saix oh that is nothing just skin . ok i didnt ask for more checkup as i already was frustrated by her behaviour. my sample had blood in it and results wil not be clear due to the blood. and its a pretty expansive test. i wasted my time money and risked my health . i am regretting it now. please please dont go to her. she is not there to help u but to make things horrible. so mucn ignorant and so much attitude.higly careless.

Today on 25th of December 2020, here I am sitting in front of the ICU on 2nd floor of mmi. The doctor is reluctant to provide real-time facts , the consultant is celebrating Christmas perhaps , and not able to even provide feedback on call , the doctors are looking with a unwelcoming gaze. No one is taking the alive patient seriously but rather a specimen that can add up some experience to the staff. I tried to talk to administration but it seems they are also not available today. It feels like I am in a mansion made up of marbles and felt totally disconnected with my loves inside the ICU. I hate it but the reality is in third world countries may this kind of standard this hospital provides . Pitty . I am reconsidering everything and deciding to shift my loves one to Aga Khan or South City . May be over there they have some ethics and protocols ! Fingers crossed.

Memon medical institute hospital Also known as MMI. Institute is equipped with fine professionals in their fields, and hospital is situated hear safora roundabout with merely a distance of 5 minutes. Hospital is well maintained and equipped with the latest technologies. You'll find good care here but a little bit expensive too though the motto of hospital is "excellent health Care with reasonable expenses." Institute is neat clean and green. Well ventilated and vast area with utilities such as mosque, cafeteria etc. Over all good condition. It's also equipped with β™Ώ Accessible entrance and Accessible parking.

If you want to visit a hospital where doctors in the ER are just trainees (or atleast their knowledge shows that they are trainees), bad-mannered, insensitive to patients and have no sense how to talk, then MMI is the perfect hospital for you. I visited there for my 1.5 year old son who was having diarrhea for more than one week with multiple vomits and loose stool after every few hours. The doctor was so arrogant she was not even willing to listen the condition and was insisting that you people get make it so big issue this is not an issue your kid is fine and you should take him back home. I had to tell her many times that it has not just started 2,3 days ago, this situation is persistent since more than one week already and my son has lost about 2 kg weight and is looking pale, but she was behaving as if we went there to annoy her only and our kid is totally fine. I told her earlier I took him to other doctor in my area and he recommended to start antibiotic NT-Tox which I just started today, on which she said that ye konsi antibiotic hai aap log khud se fuzool medicine dete rehtay hain. Like seriously, she didn't even know about this antibiotic which is not uncommon for diarrhea. Everything apart, the behavior of the doctor was so bad and so arrogant that I just took my son from there and went to see some other doctor in other hospital. By the way this is not the first time, we have seen similar behavior earlier as well when I had to take my sister to MMI emergency and it was worst experience. Thank God we have Dow hospital in it's neighborhood where the staff behavior and treatment is much professional and, unlike MMI staff, they consider patients and their attendants also human being.

Such pathetic hospital staff and management. Highly not recommended there's no check and balance of Dr's timings . Dr Sarwat Laqa's days are tues wed 5-8pm, but every week, she sits according to her mood, not the given timings today was my appointment with her I called staff at 4pm and confirmed that will she sit today and he said yes from 5 to 8pm when I reached hospital she had already done with her opd in the morning from 10 to 2 pm. They are making fool out of patients. Please avoid going there and choose some better options for your loved ones . Also, they are charging Rs 1300 for opd which is not a less amount

Its situated on a large area in safroora goth. Nice Clean environment. But. Doctors at Memon Hospital in Sachal Goth, Karachi, refused to treat a girl injured in an accident without advance payment of Rs 500,000, which resulted in her death. The girl Nazia who died due to the hunger of money of private hospital, had met with an accident when her duppatta sticked into the motorcycle tyres, she was rushed to the nearby Memon Hospital emergency ward by her brother but the hospital staff didn't touch her even, said by Nazia's Brother The management asked his brother to deposit 5 Lakh as advance only then we'll start the treatment. Nazia's brother replied: "I had come to the emergency room and I did not have any money at the moment, but the hospital management reduced it to less than Rs 500,000 and asked me to deposit Rs 300,000." More tragic is that when the brother tried to take his sister to any other hospital, the management handed over a bill of Rs 15,000 and said that they would be able to leave only after paying the bill first," he said. Nazia was later transferred to the Civil Hospital Trauma Center but died before receiving treatment. Doctors at the Civil Hospital said Nazia's life could have been saved if she had received medical help on time Just short of words for the inhumane and ruthless attitude of private hospital!! Shame

The facilities in terms of test reports and machinery is decent. All machinery is available and tests results arrive at a quicker duration and place is quite clean but the doctors here seem to be very inexperienced and most of the doctors are just young and newly graduated. The senior doctors ( one namely Dr. Abdur Rehman Qureshi) are mostly on visiting basis and are hardly available , leaving the most of the stuff to do for the young inexperienced doctors who can't even treat a basic disease like pneamonia. The ER staff is the rudest and simply lack empathy and manners to deal with emergency patients, especially Dr. Ufaq who has a superiority complex only because she has become a doctor. Overall not recommended especially if you love your loved ones to be treated here. Furthermore, this place is overly expensive for the locality it is in.

We recently had our experience when our niece was born here. This hospital was neat and clean and the satff was friendly and cooperative with the patients. The fees and charges here are pocket friendly. It is one of the finest hospitals in Karachi. They have ATM and few shops for visitors' facility. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. We really appreciate their services and handling. Thank you for providing exceptional services to Karachiites. We highly recommend this place.

The behaviour of nursing staff and doctors is pathetic. The attendant with the patient in a semi private room is made to sit on a chair round the clock. Evem when other beds are empty in semi private rooms, attendant is forced not to sleep on those empty beds. The wife had blood pressure issue. Third class hospital for trauma emergencies. Doctors and paramedics are not trained to deal with trauma cases. Paramedics are rude as well. Either standard of emergency treatment may be improved or hospital may be banned from treating people with wounds and injuries from accidents or gunshot. My son died after spending an hour at the hospital. Doctors badly failed to notice internal bleeding my son had that eventually led to his death. He took his last breath at 1915 hours before a senior doctor was brought in who kept treating him until 2230 hours reminding me of Indian movie Gabbar Singh which showed how money is made by treating dead patients.

Extremely pathetic pharmacy, I've tried 7 times almost and never got any basic medicines like Augmentin. Such a shame for a huge administration of Memon Medical Institute. Senior physicians and consultants arent available on their scheduled time which is very frustrating, not naming them here but the administration should take notice. It was one of the best in 2010 and now a total faisco in 2022.

Very good hospital in the area, however need to improve their services. Especially Dr Abdul Rabb needs to change his behavior. His timing is 11am to 2pm but he arrives so late at 12:30pm and then goes for breaks in between patients treatment. Please avoid this doctor Abdul Rabb at all costs as he doesn’t care about time.

Building is well furnished. Staff response just satisfactory. And take a lot of time to check things. Make sure you have 4 5 hours to spare. Some of the staff is very disrespectful. While some will guide you through. You will spend hours to get your work done. Plus its expensive too

Our experience at MMI Hospital during my wife's emergency delivery was a reassuring one. Dr. Nasreen Majid, our attending physician, proved to be both experienced and compassionate, ensuring a smooth and safe delivery. The OPD staff, notably Mr. Faqeer Muhammad, a dedicated member of the nursing team, impressed us with their helpfulness and approachability. They made navigating the hospital a breeze. The medical administration, led by Dr. Imtiaz Ahmed Butt and Dr. Shahid, both humble and caring individuals, deserves appreciation for their hands-on approach. They regularly checked in on patients in the wards, showing genuine care. The nursing team, under the guidance of Miss Nida, the nursing manager, demonstrated professionalism and kindness. Special thanks to Miss Nida, Miss Huma, the nursing head, and Miss Shehzadi, the feeding nurse, in the private ward for their excellent care. One point worth noting is that some rooms could benefit from maintenance checks. In our private room, the washroom needed attention and thorough cleaning. This was a minor issue in an otherwise positive experience. In summary, MMI Hospital provided quality medical care with a compassionate touch. While there is room for improvement in room maintenance, we would confidently recommend this hospital to others.

I have been there several times, my daughter was admitted 2 times there, My wife c-section have been performed there. Overall it is the best in class and yes, a bit more expensive, their medicine are expensive as well although the same medicines are available in lesser price in any other medical.

Overall good but emergency department lacks a little in professionalism. Secondly, the EPI vaccines by government are free but they are charging Rs. 150/-. The OPD is good, the lab is also good and rates are quite good too, not too high.

The hospital is well maintained, atleast at par with the big names in the city. Some of the doctors are quite renowned, while others are..uummm just say ...average. The staff in emergency section is cooperative, though at times lack of professionalism is too obvious. However, I hope that this will eventually evolve into the best in class in times to come. Rest, may Allah SWT keep us all healthy and away from these hospitals.

Just new baby born in our family got niece Alhumdulillah. Memon hospital management got worse n worse day by day. We asked them for private room but sadly not available they shift my sister in law in general ward which is fine but beside her there is a COVID + patient, we complain them, they replied WHY YOU CHOSE GENERAL WARD? like wow.

The hospital was very clean from inside as well as outside. But some areas near benches were dirty because of the illiterate crazy people had spitted over there. There were guiding signs everywhere to locate easily. Staff was friendly. I wish the management could take strict action against those who litters or spit anywhere. They also had an ATM machine inside the hospital which is good for those who doesn't carry cash with them.

I have been really irritated with the response given by your operator. I admire your testing facilities and medical facilities. Today I am calling several times to your board but no one bother to response. Further, I want to get my reports on line but every time, the system rejects with comments invalid username or ID.

When I call to make an appointment, no one from the OPD answers the phone, not even the OPD manager. When I ask the other operator where I can file a complaint, he again forwards the phone to the OPD manager, who does not pick up the call. This happens at least 7-8 times. No one is paying attention to the complaint, and the staff at their OPD is extremely unpleasant. I believe they picked up the phone twice and then hung up. This is the seriousness of the situation in a hospital while patients are awaiting vital information. I believe that their upper management should act quickly to address these challenges. Never ever do your PCR test from them I repeat Never ever. It takes several calls to do the follow up. Firstly no one will response to the calls if by chance you get connected there is a hold of several minutes and the person who gets connected say you'll be receive your report in 5 minutes which is I believe of infinite seconds at the end I had to go to hospital to get my report causing delay in my flight. Never going to recommend to anyone for the services

There gynaecologist are not doctors, they are business developers, they create business in their way by pressurising patients to have abundance of unessential test, specifically by laboratory of MMI only, along Gynaecologist name on test recommendation paper, just due to their commission, such a disappointment, also their way of dealing pregnant patients are getting worst everyday. Strongly no recommendations ! A big no ! Although they are 10/10 in cleanness and environment also in lab services.

Worst service and care. Incompetent and irresponsible doctors. Especially Gyne and child birth experience is worst. Child and mother would be at high risk of injury due careless attitude of doctors. Incompetent, fraudulent and irresponsible gynecologist. My baby was delivered using 4 vaccumes without our consent and in clearance notes RMOs misstated that only one small vaccme was used. That was totally inhuman a d fraud attitude. Also Caused injury in head and subsequent high level jaundice, that also caused baby to admit in hospital with high risk of brain injury. All the RMO gynes and especially samra kashif is not recommendable.

Great customer support is very important to businesses these days. Amazing support, means happy custumers. So, use one of these Good Customer Service Review Examples to feedback the employees if they provided quality support to you in the store, online or over the phone. Leaving a review will help the employees get some benefits, but also the company itself.

Worst hospital with worst equipments. Rasheed Jooma, self-proclaimed doctor, mistreated my brother and conducted multiple surgeries just so he can make money. My brother left the world, but he told us about his death after 4 days.... He put my brother on ventilator after he passed away and he knew that. The ventilator costs 45k/day.

I want to share my horrible experience at Memon Medical Institute Hospital. On January 15, 2024, I went there with my uncle because his blood sugar was going down. What happened made me really worried. The doctors in the Emergency Room said they wanted to put my uncle in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). I didn't understand why, as my uncle's sugar was getting better with the treatment of an hour and he was stable. I thought it would be enough for the doctors to monitor his health for next 24 to 48 hours in a room/ward for observation, but they insisted to keep him in ICU. Then, I saw something that shocked me - they were using an expired drip called 'Flow Dex' on my uncle. I quickly told the staff and doctor to stop it. You can see in the attached picture. This whole experience made me question if Memon Medical Institute Hospital is really focused on keeping patients safe and giving good care? I hope by sharing this, others will be careful when choosing this hospital.

If you truly care about your loved ones please please DO NOT take them to this pathetic hospital. Specially the gynae department is full of ill mannered and rude staff and the doctors specifically Dr Mehwish Fatima is the worst kind of human being you will ever meet. The worst 4 days of life while my wife was in there for her delivery. We literally thought that we were going to lose our baby because the case was handled extremely unprofessionally by the staff and the doctor. You have been warned.
