I have given a single star for their staff who misguide over the phone. Everyone calls to get information and they never answer. But they have started doing something new. They pick up the reciever and put it aside. This is very unprofessional. I hope the management of the hospital reads this. Today we called non stop to know about the doctors timings. No one answered the phone.

I'm not satisfied with Dr Ali hassan. He alway give antibiotics and do not check the patient properly he is always in hurry.

My husband went there for hernia operation. The surgeon Dr. abid owais was good but the overall staff and services of this hospital is pathetic. Very poor treatment, really slow and disappointing. Specially the female staff is very rude. No cleanliness. 1 out of 5 for cleanliness. We booked AC room but there was no light for about 8 hours so no AC, no generator backup for AC and even no fans. How ever the surgery went well. If you are looking for an economical surgery then you can go there but brace yourself for some pathetic staff and services.

I think Shamsi hospital management is out of order, they are receiving price of Deluxe , private, semi-private, VIP and Special SUITE rooms, but no any facility by staff or managment, management is sleeping, they dont know the athics for patient and rights of patient and care of patients, staff are misguiding the patient, staff have their own rules of duty, all staff Sleeping in night shift specially, . Management have no responsibility to give attention on patients care , prices are too high according to area and respons is nill. In the whole World, There is a new rule in this hospital , that patient must have to purchase medicine from their medical store, Either patient have a personal medical store, but patient have to give money to reception counter for purchase medicine from shamsi hospital medical store. ,🤣🤣🤣 Why is this rule mandatory to purchase medicine from their medical store, why? Consultant are good BCZ they round and write orders to follow, but Nursing staff are lazy like management, nursing staff not follow consultant orders time to time. Nursing are not well trained and no any how know about ACLS & BLS . Staff nursing and paramedical staff are very rude , disguss, and misbehave with every patients. All the environment is dirty , Patient bed mattress have blood spots, Blankets have blood and oozing marks, baby cord have no cover and dirty, bed side table is also dirty. Dustbins are over filled, Bed is not ready still 4 hours after the time of admission . Cats are present in Male and Female wards. Pigeons are present in close corridors. Light are not working properly Electric Bed have not bed side remote and out of order, AC remote is not present in room.

I want to give ZERO star to this pathetic hospital I have ever experienced. Especially Dr. Muhammad Irfan (Pediatrician). He does not have any good experience of child health. he even does not know work ethics of medical field. Same condition of administration of this hospital. If you want to kill your child, take an appointment of this doctor. Only two doctors in this hospital are good i.e. Dr. Mansoor Shahid (Orthopedic) and Dr. Faisal (Diabetic).

It is a very helpful hospital in which emergency facilities are also available. The hospital extension work is also in progress. People came across the area and use the facilities, especially emergency department, but it is very surprising and puts too much burden as the fee of opd in emergency is too high and increasing day by day.

Never recommend to visit this hospital for pediatric. They are just behind making money. Had to visit a child specialist Mr. Ali Hassan, I don't want to use Dr Title with his name. His behaviour was awful. He treats patients like slaves or seems like his consultation is free. Matter of fact, his fee is higher then the other pediatrics. I have noticed, he was providing almost same medication to number of patients, sounds like he is getting good commission from pharmaceuticals. I recently underwent septoplasty (nose) surgery at Shamsi Hospital, performed by ENT Surgeon Tahir Hussain, on July 4, 2023. Regrettably, my experience at the hospital, particularly with Dr. Tahir Hussain, was incredibly distressing and far from what I had expected. The day of the surgery started off on a positive note. The hospital staff made efforts to ensure my comfort, which I appreciated. However, the post-operative phase quickly turned into a nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Shortly after waking up from anesthesia, I began experiencing extreme blood vomiting, which was not usual for this type of surgery. Dr. Tahir Hussain acknowledged the issue but, unfortunately, did not take immediate action to address it. This left me in a state of anxiety and discomfort, as I could feel a small amount of water continuously going down my throat, leading to persistent blood vomiting and a lingering sensation of blood in my throat. Despite my obvious discomfort and the fact that I was unable to eat or drink anything, the doctor discharged me prematurely on July 6. At that point, I could barely take in a single spoonful of water. As a result, I became severely dehydrated, and my only source of sustenance was through glucose drips, which was far from ideal. To make matters worse, from July 6 to July 9, Doctor Tahir Hussain was not available at the hospital. During this time, I found myself desperately vomiting in the emergency area while the receptionists failed to grasp the urgency of the situation. It was disheartening to witness such negligence from the hospital staff, as they seemed unresponsive to the severity of my condition. Other medical specialists present at the hospital were unable to provide the necessary assistance, and instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly redirected us to different hospitals. This entire ordeal left not only me but also my family deeply traumatized. It was not until Sunday, July 9, at 11 PM, when my condition had reached a critical level, that Doctor Tahir finally arrived. He performed emergency surgery to alleviate the blood in my throat. However, the fact that he only intervened when my situation had become dire was distressing, to say the least. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against choosing Doctor Tahir Hussain for septoplasty surgeries at Shamsi Hospital. The lack of immediate attention, the absence of the surgeon during a crucial post-operative period, and the overall lack of follow-up care have left me profoundly disappointed and genuinely concerned. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this hospital and surgeon for their septoplasty needs.

Worse hospital I’ve ever seen they are butchers in the name of doctors We get all check ups from them last moments DR Aisha Qayuum told us we have to do C-section just because baby size is large when I asked about ultrasound reports they refused to give us and said go and get new from where you do delivery.... I dont know about their other departments but their dentistry department is absolute worst.I got my teeth scaling done two weeks ago by Dr. Aleena Israr. She asked me to come one week later to give feedback. During this time my teeths went absolute worse than before.After researching it,I found out that she did not polished my teeths after scaling which turned my teeths more worse than before .Today I went there to give feedback but first they made me wait outside for an hour and later her assistant told me that Doctor cant take feedback and that I should come on Monday.It takes only minutes for feedback but since she recieved the fees then patient is no concern for them. Save your teeths and plz dont come here for any dental problems.

Went there for multiple times, every time returned with a different experience. First experience was of a gynaecologist who rather than comforting patients was more inclined to scaring them. Second experience was a stark different one of child specialist, Dr. Ali Hassan A very calm doctor who seemed to know how to deal with patients without reprimanding them. Other than these two, went there at different occasions in their emergency ward. And it was an overall satisfactory experience. However, there restrooms need a deep clean.

Biggest hospital of the area, equipments and facilities are fine but the staff is below average. I’ve heard and experienced lot of bad things about the staff here. Not long ago a guy visited the hospital in its emergency, where after evaluating his ECG the hospital asked the guy to go to some other hospital as they don’t have the necessary treatment for heart related trauma, the poor soul went on foot to get a taxi and died in it. He might have been alive today had the hospital staff been professionals and arranged an ambulance for him.

Am average hospital.. Average means the standard is not much high.. Hospital is clean and rooms are cleaned on daily basis..but the treatment is not as they cost, or as it should be.. If you Wana go and try opd, you can go, but try to avoid operation and minor surgery..the rates are way too high and the administration is worst.. Eligible and qualified doctor team and nursing staff is also good, advanced lab and pharmacy is also there to make it a good exposure to a visitor or a patient. Performed several visits to this hospital as one of my good friend is working in Shamsi hospital.

To my surprise turned out very efficient and quick in providing small surgical procedure. Very reasonable too and no unnecessary blood work or lab tests. To the point, precise and fast. Highly recommended.

Worst Experience. Very unhygienic, no geyser facility, even we were in VIP room. Whenever we have to wash wound with warm water, Bua bring one loota water and the loota was very dirty. Dr. not even visit patient, she asked my sister to come on OT even after her surgery. I wish we don't go there again😓
